Wellgreen Platinum (OTCQX:WGPLF) announced the completion of a non-brokered equity financing on November 20 in which 15.12M new common shares were issued. The flow-through placement was accomplished at C$0.60 per share representing roughly a 10% premium to the current market price.
On the one hand the terms of the placement seem favorable; but on the other hand we are finding it disappointing that the capital raise has taken place before the release of the preliminary economical assessment for the company's namesake nickel project. The release of this PEA has been postponed several times now, and the present capital raise is the second time investors have been diluted despite the company's repeated assurance of being fully funded to completion of this study. Investors who had trusted the company's initial assurance have now been diluted by 31%, and the PEA is still pending.
In our recent article we commented on the share structure being stacked against retail investors, and predicted that "the next capital raise will become necessary before too long" -- and only six weeks it took for the current equity issue to eventuate. Our argument that "in the light of this share structure we believe that the deck of cards is stacked heavily against existing share holders, and dreams of multi-bagger potential are quite probably just that" has become stronger with the recent dilution.

die rede ist von mehr als 10 neuen instis, darunter eine lang etablierte europäische "gruppe".
die europäische "gruppe" hat zirka die hälfte der PP gemacht, ist jetzt also grossaktionär mit über 6% von WG.
[was meint er mit "professionals" ? instis sind sowieso profi. oder meint er rohstoff-profis ??]
[gehören die anderen instis zur "gruppe", dh zu einer dach-insti ??]
[könnte die "gruppe" UBS heissen ??]

anscheinend ist die gruppe auf minengeschäft spezialisiert und hatte einen eigenen team zur wellgreen-besichtigung geschickt.

Was ich nicht weiß: rennt das Teil auf 2 - 3 $ habe ich dann den Mut drin zubleiben oder werden die Gewinne realisiert, denn kommt solch ein Ausbruch, dann könnte der Traum doch endlich wahr werden und die westlichen mit den östlichen Investoren sich einen Bieter Krieg liefern - mein Traum und das mit Übernahme so um die 10 $
Das wäre es doch oder.... endlich mal wieder ein 10 bagger.
Nun gut - wäre auch mit einer Verdoppelung zu frieden und dann reden wir neu.
