Vor allem wird der Kurs ja mit der deutschen Übersetzung von Pollingers Börsenbrief in ganz Kanada verbreitet. Deswegen geht NKL auch dort so ab.

was sich heute hier bloß für vögel tummeln...
das gestrige gap ist wie heute morgen von mir prognostiziert
nahezu (bis auf vier cent) lehrbuchmäßig geschlossen worden, ehe
der aufwärtstrend fortgesetzt wurde.
ich gehe davon aus, dass wir heute über drei dollar schließen.
nur schade, dass meine 1,60-euro-nachkauforder heute nachmittag nicht bedient wurde.
pp ist unter 5 dollar weiter ein klares strong buy

ach, das ging schief!

jedenfalls: beim ersten umrechnungsfaktor hiess es "would recieve", also subjunktiv, es ging um einem provisorischen umrechnungskurs auf basis der aktuellen optionenzahl.
kurz vor dem spinoff gab es änderungen bei den optionen/warrants, und der umrechnungsfaktor wurde wie angekundigt endgültig festgesetzt, also hiess es "will recieve".

(nur um das mal für diejenige klarzustellen, die es nicht schon verstehen.)

die banken hinken hinterher mit der bearbeitung der mitteilungen, ohne die neueste stand der dinge zu prüfen.

Vancouver, British Columbia, May 4, 2011: Prophecy Resource Corp. (“Prophecy”) (TSX-V: PCY, OTCQX: PRPCF, Frankfurt: 1P2) and Pacific Coast Nickel Corp. ("PCNC") (TSX-V: NKL) (“PCNC”, and collectively with Prophecy, the "Companies") are pleased to announce that further to their announcement on April 4, 2011, both Companies have each set a shareholder meeting date of May 31, 2011 to approve the sale of Prophecy’s Wellgreen PGM Ni-Cu and Lynn Lake Nickel projects (the “Projects”) to PCNC.
The sale of the Projects will be implemented by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the “Arrangement”). In connection with the Arrangement, Prophecy has obtained an interim court order from the British Columbia Supreme Court on April 29, 2011. A joint management information circular containing detailed disclosure n respect of the Arrangement has been prepared by the Companies and will be mailed to shareholders of the Companies in early May.
The Prophecy shareholder meeting will be held at the offices of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP at Suite 2600, 595 Burrard Street, Vancouver at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 31, 2011. The PCNC shareholder meeting will be held at the offices of Armstrong Simpson at Suite 2080, 777 Hornby Street, Vancouver at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2011.
Upon completion of the Arrangement, 450,000,000 pre-consolidation common shares of PCNC (the “PCNC Shares”) will be issued to Prophecy, of which 225,000,000 PCNC Shares will be retained by Prophecy and 225,000,000 PCNC Shares will be distributed to Prophecy securityholders (“PCNC Distribution”). Assuming Prophecy fully-diluted share count of 237,350,652, each Prophecy shareholder of record at the effective time of the Arrangement would receive 0.9482 of a PCNC Share per Prophecy share held, and each Prophecy warrant and option holder of record at the effective time of the Arrangement, upon exercise anytime before expiration, would also receive 0.9482 of a PCNC Share per Prophecy share exercised for.

Vancouver, British Columbia, June 13, 2011: Pacific Coast Nickel Corp. ("PCNC" or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NKL, US-PINK: PNIKF, Frankfurt: P94) is pleased to announce the completion of the purchase of the Wellgreen and Lynn Lake nickel properties from Prophecy Resource Corp. (the “Transaction”) (see joint PCNC / Prophecy news, January 18, 2011, February 17, 2011, April 4, 2011 and June 1, 2011) by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

Pursuant to the Transaction, the Company issued 450,000,000 of its common shares to Prophecy Resource Corp. (“Prophecy”). Prophecy retained 225,000,000 of these shares and will distribute 180,823,575 PCNC common shares to Prophecy shareholders as of today’s date and reserve 44,176,425 common shares for distribution to holders of Prophecy options and warrants, upon the exercise of such options and warrants.

Immediately following the completion of the Transaction, the Company will consolidate its share capital on a 10 old for one new basis (the “Consolidation”) and will change its name to Prophecy Platinum Corp. The Company will retain its existing symbol NKL.V. Prophecy will change its name to Prophecy Coal Corp. and will retain its existing symbol PCY.V.

Post-Consolidation shares of the Company and common shares of Prophecy are expected to commence trading under their new names in the next two to five days.

As a result of the Transaction and Consolidation, each Prophecy shareholder will receive 0.094758 of a post-Consolidation PCNC share for each Prophecy share held as at June 13, 2011. Each option holder and warrant holder of Prophecy will, upon the exercise of their Prophecy options and warrants, as the case may be, receive 0.094758 of a post-Consolidation PCNC share, in addition to one common share of Prophecy for each whole option or warrant of Prophecy held. If the Prophecy options and warrants expire unexercised, such holder will not receive any PCNC Shares.
Following completion of the Transaction, the Company will have 50,603,484 post-Consolidation shares outstanding and 52,894,784 post-Consolidation shares issued on a fully diluted basis. Also at this time, Prophecy will own 22,500,000 common shares of PCNC or 44.46% on an outstanding and 42.54% on a fully diluted basis.
