ich glaube, du hast nichts falsch gemacht. ich war heute bei 38,20 auch schon am ueberlegen wieder einzusteigen. habe ich dann aber doch nicht gemacht. vielleicht geht es vor dem naechsten dividendentermin im maerz noch ein bischen tiefer. vielleicht aber auch nicht.

Total Enters Deep Offshore Exploration in Cyprus

Paris, February 6, 2013 - Total announces that it has signed two production sharing contracts (PSCs), for Blocks 10 and 11, with the Republic of Cyprus. The PSCs were awarded as part of the second offshore exploration licensing round, launched by the Cypriot government in 2012.

The licenses extend over 2,572 square kilometers and 2,958 square kilometers respectively, southwest of Cyprus, in water depths ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 meters.

The exploration program will begin with seismic surveys.

“We are delighted with this new exploration acreage, where we will be conducting an extensive seismic program, shooting 3D seismic on Block 11 and 2D seismic on
Block 10. Each block is targeting a different play”, commented Arnaud Breuillac, Senior Vice President, Middle East at Total Exploration & Production. “This acreage acquisition is aligned with Total’s ambitious exploration strategy focused on new acreage and plays.”

Total in Exclusive Negotiations on the Proposed Sale of TIGF to Snam, EDF and GIC

Paris, February 5, 2013: Total announces it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a consortium comprising Snam, EDF and GIC1 that has submitted a firm offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Transport et Infrastructures Gaz France (TIGF). The offer values the company at €2.4 billion.

The proposed sale is aligned with Total’s active portfolio management strategy.

“The consortium selected, consisting of industry-leading operators and long term investors, will support TIGF in its further development, while meeting the commitments made to TIGF’s employees and partners”, said Christophe de Margerie, Chairman and CEO of Total.

Total initiated dialogue with employee representatives from the commencement of the process leading to an agreement — “Undertakings in Case of the Sale of TIGF” — that was signed on January 23. In particular, the agreement includes provisions concerning maintaining jobs, benefits and TIGF’s headquarters in Pau.

The proposed sale is subject to information and consultation procedures with the relevant employee representative bodies, including consultation with relevant authorities.

TIGF provides gas transmission and storage services in 15 departments in southwestern France. It manages a network of about 5,000 kilometers of pipeline that carries 13% of the total volume of gas transported in France and operates 22% of the country’s gas storage capacity. With almost 500 employees, TIGF generated revenues of over €350 million in 2011 (www.tigf.fr).

Sehr interessantes Interview in der Süddeutschen Zeitung vom 4.2.2013
mit TOTAL Chef Christophe de Margerie, besonders seine Aussage zum Thema " Peak Oil" u. seine Meinung zum Stromprojekt "Desertec".

Bei Total finde ich die Infos vom Unternehmen zu knapp. Der Anleger wird dumm gehalten bzw. es wird alles in französischer Sprache formuliert. Finde Total schon atraktiv, habe aber auch wegen fehlenden Infos an Umschichtung gedacht. Die Aktie steigt, also muss etwas passiert sein, der Ölpreis stieg auch vorher. Und man hört nix. Auch hier im Forum, das bei einem Umsatz von 180 Mrd. Einfach schwach.

BP halte ich auch, die sind aber langfristig im Depot. Kaufte bei schlechten Nachrichten und Ungewißheit, das bewährte sich oft, bisher auch bei BP. Wenn am 28.2. der Prozess beginnt und einigermaßen endet, dann es der Großteil der Ungewißheit weg und dann zieht die Aktie trotz fehlendem Eigenkap. wieder an.

seltsames kursziel von diesen franzoesischen analysten. 54 euro hat total schon sehr lange nicht mehr gesehen. ich habe eher den eindruck, dass diese bank hier eigeninteressen verfolgt.

ich bin noch unentschlossen, ob ich im dezember etwas kapital bei total oder bp allokieren werde.
