      @alle zusammen:
      nachträglichALLES GUTE IM NEUEN JAHR!

      Hallo Meichel,
      hallo Tikiti!

      Glückwunsch für Eure Aktienzuteilung/ Geschenk :lick:

      Bei der comdirect warte ich noch auf meine Umwandlung der Bezugsrechte zu Aktien;
      läuft hier wieder mal - gemeint ist von seitens McEwen Mining aus - chaotisch. (Wie lange hatte es damals gedauert die ehemals Nevada P. Gold Aktien, die USGOLD übernommen hatte, von USGOLD Exchangeable Aktien in ("real") UXG umzutauschen ? :O
      Eigentlich wurden sie erst bei dem Umbenennung in McEwen Mining (durch den Zusammenschluss von Minera Andes und USGold) umgetauscht. Mal abgesehen davon, dass wir (wie z.B. auch "Börsentrader") Kurse von ca. 5,5 us$ sehen müssten um den "Übernahmekurs" von damals zu haben ! :mad: )
      Bei 2 weiteren Konten (bei der comdirect) von 2 Personen, die ich verwalte, also die Vollmacht und "Handlungsbefugnis" habe, ist es so gelaufen:
      1. Konto:
      Weisung für den Bezug der Aktien ist so ausgeführt worden, daß die Bezugsrechte ohne Weisung meinerseits verkauft worden sind; war nach Aussagen der Bank ein Versehen ihrerseits.
      Ergebnis: ca. 300 € geschenkt (bei knapp 300 Aktien) als Gewinn auf dem Konto + 50 € freiwillige Zugabe der Bank als Kulanz für den Verlust, weil es bei Verkauf der Aktien an diesem Tage 50 € mehr gebracht hatte, + 3 kostenlose zukünftige mögliche Aktienorder (Kauf/Verkauf Transfers). Na ja, o.k. ...
      2. Konto:
      KEINE Weisung erteilt für den Bezug von möglichen 8000 Bezugsrechten, also knapp 800 Aktien.
      Ergebnis: die Bezugsrechte wurden trotzdem erhalten(!) + verkauft (?!)
      = knapp 800 € Gewinn "ungefragt" auf dem Konto. Ei schau guck :laugh:

      Aber bei mir ... ich warte noch :rolleyes:

      Gruß

      P.S::
      und wer nicht alles glaubt, was "Mutti" in ihren Neujahrs-Muppetshow" vom Himmel herunter lügt, der höre sich mal Dirk Müller vom 2. Januar an:

      Na dann will ich heute noch einmal nachfragen: Wer hat denn außer den Verkauf von Aktien-Anrechten eventuell doch Aktien von MUX ins Depot gebucht bekommen. ?

      Ich habe keine Aktien erhalten, liegt wohl an den "Doofen von der (das) Deutschen Bank" die haben halt andere Prioritäten im Moment zu setzen und zu behandeln als sich mit meinen Anrechten auf MUX zu befassen ? Die (das) Hütte brennt bei der (das) Deutschen Bank. Wo wird das noch Enden ?

      Warum hat McEwen das so festgelegt, das kaum ein Aussenstehender, als die Ami's und Canadier diese Aktien in das Depit geucht bekommen ? Was war der Grund dazu ? Hatte er Angst vor den Alien, die eventuell am 21.12.2012 auf die (das) Erde kommen sollten ?

      Erklärung für das eingeklammerte (das)

      Dies will ja unsere Familien-MinisterinSchröder demnächst so in den Schulen durchsetzen . Sie will alles was nicht direkt mit den jeweiligen Geschlechtern zu tuen hat als sächlich darstellen lassen. z.B. das Gott, gilt das dann auch für das Baum, das Brücke, das Himmel, das Wolken, usw. ? Ich gehe davon aus, das unsere Politiker alle krank im das Kopf sind. :confused::confused::confused::confused:

      Meine Güte was sind das für hirnlose Politiker und wir haben die sogar noch gewählt.

      McEwen Mining Announces Key Additions to Its Operational Tea…

      December 17, 2012 07:30 ET

      TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 17, 2012) - McEwen Mining Inc. (NYSE:MUX)(TSX:MUX) is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its operations team with the recent hiring of Fernando Aguilar, as Operations Manager (Mexico), Luke Willis, as Director Resource Modeling and Nigel Fung, as Director Mine Planning.

      "These key additions strengthen our growing operational team as we bring on new production in Mexico and Nevada. I am delighted to welcome Fernando, Luke and Nigel to McEwen Mining. We have large ambitions and our growing management team will enable us to achieve our goals," stated Rob McEwen, Chief Owner.

      These three individuals bring a wealth of experience to McEwen Mining.

      Fernando Aguilar prior to joining McEwen Mining, was Goldcorp's Operations Manager at the Peñasquito mine in Mexico, one of the largest precious metal mines in North America. Fernando performed a key role during both the construction and commissioning of the Peñasquito mine. Prior to his time spent at Peñasquito, he served as the Mine General Manager at Goldcorp's El Sauzal mine also in Mexico. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Fernando served as Pan American Silver Corp.'s Operational Manager at the Alamo Dorado mine in Mexico. Fernando's experience will be a tremendous asset for McEwen Mining as the Company completes commissioning of El Gallo Phase 1 and begins construction of Phase 2.

      Luke Willis prior to joining McEwen Mining, served as the Resource Geologist at Goldcorp's Red Lake mine in northwestern Ontario. The Red Lake mine is considered to be the highest grade gold mine in the world. While at Goldcorp, Luke was primarily responsible for reviewing and publishing geological resource estimates for the mine and he worked underground on gold grade reconciliation and mining dilution. Also, Luke served as a Geologist at Barrick Gold's Hemlo mine in northwestern Ontario. Luke will be responsible for our resource modeling and estimates.

      Nigel Fung joins McEwen Mining from Tetra Tech (formerly Wardrop Engineering) where he served as a Consulting Mine Engineer. During his tenure at Tetra Tech, Nigel focused on open pit optimization, life of mine production schedules and capital and operating costs at various projects around the world. Also, Nigel served as Mine Planning and Project Engineer at IAM Gold's Rosebel Gold mine in Suriname, which in 2011 produced 385,000 ounces of gold. Nigel will be responsible for our long range mine planning.

      McEwen Mining also wanted to take this opportunity to wish its shareholders a Merry Christmas and a Golden New Year!

      Gold To Continue To Rise On Back Of Failed Government Attempts To Bail Out Economies: McEwen
      By Alex Létourneau

      (Kitco News) - According to a mining executive, gold prices will continue to rise as governments across the world have been unable to bail out their respective economies.

      Speaking to the AMEX club in Montreal Monday, chairman and chief executive officer of McEwen Mining Inc. (TSX, NYSE: MUX) Rob McEwen backed gold’s continual future ascent due to global government’s debasing their currencies in a bid to jump start their economies.

      “Around the world, governments are trying to bail out the economies and it’s not working,” said McEwen. “We’ve had trillions of dollars pumped into the U.S. and have seen very anemic, weak recoveries in the economy.

      “The gross national debt of the U.S. running from 2001 to present, and this is just the government debt, and it is just about $16 trillion,” said McEwen. “It’s doubled since 2008. During Obama’s term, he’s created more debt than any president before him.”

      McEwen pointed to recent reports from the White House that U.S. debt will continue to grow, rather than shrink.

      “The White House in February said that debt in the U.S. in 2022 will be $26 trillion,” said McEwen. “Now I’m quite confident in politicians around the world and their ability to underestimate where they’re going to be, and it’s not any different over here.”

      While the U.S. has seen their debt grow exponentially, McEwen says they’re not the only country that has been trying to get their economies going by such methods.

      “The thing you have to keep in mind is that it’s not just the U.S. that’s the culprit, it’s every government around the world that’s employing the same mechanism to try and kick start their economies and their debasing their currencies,” said McEwen.

      During his speech, McEwen provided statistics showing the steep drop in global currencies compared to gold.

      “The way that I think everyone should look at it is how much the currencies have depreciated against gold,” said McEwen. “If you look at our Canadian dollar in the past 11 years it has lost 76% of its value against gold. The U.S. dollar has lost 85% of its value in the last 11 years against gold.”

      The statistics also showed that the Euro has dropped 78%, the Chinese Renminbi 80% and the British Pound 83% as well during that 11 year period.

      As McEwen continues to see these trends from governments across the world, he stands by his gold price call of $5,000 an ounce gold.

      “To me gold is the ultimate currency because it can’t be created quickly and this is one of the reasons that the price of gold is going up,” said McEwen.

      McEwen also touched on gold prices and they’re outperforming senior gold stocks (XAU), which has been confusing to investors seeing as gold stocks were once higher than gold but the trend has been reversed, rather than gold stocks following gold prices higher.

      “You had lower gold prices and high stocks, you would have expected stock prices to follow high gold prices, but they haven’t,” said McEwen. “There are a couple of reasons and one I’d like to put out is a research report put out by CIBC this year and it looked at the election years from 1984 to 2008, there were seven of them.

      “The XAU would decline in performance during the election year, and when I think about it, I think it’s rather intuitive,” McEwen said. “The incumbent government is going to try to pull out all the good news they have to get reelected, and there’s a lot of noise and confusion in the market place due to the election. In the year following, reality sets in and promises made cannot be delivered right away.”

      What it leads to, McEwen said, is that the XAU has a historical bounce back period in the year following the election.
