The agreement in the securities action provides for a settlement payment to the class of $20,000,000, of which $16,700,000 will be paid by the Company's insurance carriers, and $3,300,000 will be paid by the Company through a combination of $2,300,000 in cash and $1,000,000 in shares of the Company's common stock. The shares shall constitute less than one percent of the total shares then outstanding.
Hmm damit ist die Klage wohl vom Tisch. Galena bezahlt 20 Mio. als Vergleich.
Tja damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet und den Haupteil trägt die Versicherung.
Kurs heute trotzdem im Plus. Hätte da eher einer stärkeres Rot angenommen.

irgendwie scheint hier die Luft aus zugehen! Ich dachte, die News würden neuen Schwung in die Aktie bringen!

Bis vor wenigen Tagen war ich noch sehr überzeugt von Gale- ja sogar deren Management- aber inzwischen Zweifel ich an der Kompetenz von Schwartz. Für $13 Millionen gekauft für $8 Millionen verkauft. Diese $8 Millionen macht Abstral in einem 3/4 Jahr an Umsatz. Das heißt, dass der Käufer von Abstral seinen Einsatz in spätestens einem Jahr wieder hat.
Das ist ja mal ein Super schnäppchen für ihn.
Für mich galt bisher immer die Faustregel:
Jahresumsatz des Produktes * Faktor 3 oder 2 = Verkaufspreis des Produktes.
Wären für mich in diesem Fall ca. $30-35 Millionen die Gale verlangen könnte.
Also da haben dich sich echt abzocken lassen.
Diese 8 Millionen in Cash wird Gale noch nicht mal 1 Quartal länger über Wasser halten
Sie haben sich vllt. 2 Monate mehr Zeit gekauft.
Für Zuplenz sieht es noch schlechter aus.
Ich gehe von einem Verkaufspreis von nur noch $1-2.5 Millionen aus.
Insgesamt dürfte Schwartzs fehlgeleiteter Versuch uns Aktionären über die Jahre hinweg
$60-75 Millionen gekostet haben.

Ich persönlich bin gestern ausgestiegen und werde wohl erst wieder einsteigen, wenn geklärt ist, wie die sich bis mind. Ende 2016 finanzieren wollen.
