Gestern sogar auf 0,05 CAD. Das sind bereits mehr als 100% Kursanstieg, innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Demnächst sollten dann aber auch News kommen. Ansonsten hält dieser Kursanstieg nicht lange an.

Gestern ging es hoch auf 0,035 CAD. Diese Kurse gab es meines Wissens zuletzt Ende 2022. Und auch das Handelsvolumen ist zuletzt teilweise sehr ordentlich. Es scheint wohl so, als würden einige Anleger darauf spekulieren, dass der neue JV-Partner der Arctic Star wieder Leben einhaucht.
Passiert hier mal wieder was ? Wird der neue Eigentümer des Minderheitsanteils auch die Anteil von ADD haben wollen. Oder werden sie Anteile von ADD erwerben ? Es macht zumindest keinen Sinn die 18,5% zu erwerben. Nur um zuzugucken, wie ADD aufgrund von Geldmangel keine Suche und keine Bohrungen vornimmt.

Arctic Star Exploration Corp. has provided an update to the joint venture with respect to the Diagras property, in which Arctic Star holds an 81.5-per-cent interest and Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. held an 18.5-per-cent interest, pursuant to an option and joint venture agreement dated Nov. 7, 2016, between Arctic Star and Margaret Lake (the OJVA).
Arctic Star has provided its consent to an arm's-length transaction, whereby Margaret Lake sold its 18.5-per-cent interest in the Diagras joint venture to a new joint venture party. The acquirer is an arm's-length party to Arctic Star and is a privately held company. Arctic Star has entered into an assignment, consent and acknowledgement agreement with the acquirer and Margaret Lake, whereby Arctic Star has consented to the assignment of Margaret Lake's 18.5-per-cent interest in the Diagras joint venture to the acquirer. Pursuant to the assignment agreement, Arctic Star will continue to be operator and will hold 81.5-per-cent interest in the Diagras joint venture. The Diagras joint venture remains subject to the terms and conditions of the OJVA. If a party to the OJVA dilutes to below a 10-per-cent interest in the Diagras joint venture, then such party's interest will convert to a 1.5-per-cent gross overriding royalty.
Arctic Star has been advised by the acquirer that the assignment agreement closed on March 25, 2024.

Für die laufenden Kosten und zum überleben, reicht das vielleicht erstmal. Das war es dann aber auch. Für Investitionen zur Suche nach Diamanten haben die weiterhin kein Geld. Um aktuell hier zu investieren, müsste man schon ein Hoch-Risiko-Zocker sein.

Ja, die Ergebnisse sind richtig schlecht angekommen. Da beibt wohl nichts anderes übrig, als jetzt weitere 6-12 Monate bis zu neuen Bohrungen abzuwarten. Noch weiter runter kann es eigentlich nicht gehen, da die Aktie nur noch mit gut 6 Mio bewertet wird. So ist es halt bei (Junior-)Explorern. Von mehreren hundert Prozent Kursgewinn bis zur großen Enttäuschung ist alles möglich.

Nicht ( nur ) weil sie eine Beteiligung von 18,5 % am Projekt haben,
vor allem aber auch weil ihre Marktkapitalisierung wohl unter dem aktuellen cash Bestand liegt.
