sorry wollte ja deine Hoffnungen nicht zerschlagen Zahlen sind eigentlich auch egal...warten auf die Ergebnisse. Top oder Flop. Im April wissen wir mehr. Zumindest zu 90% denn 100% gibt's bei AEZS nie

Die bringen es fertig mit den STA Deal auf 10 Mio$ zu kommen und erzählen was von 33 Mon.

During the third quarter of 2016, we also started to amortize the one-time, non-refundable payments made to us in connection with similar agreements we entered into with Cyntec and Rafa, which also relate to ZoptrexTM. We amortize those on a straight-line basis over a 33-month period. We expect revenues during the fourth quarter of 2016 to be slightly higher than those recorded during the third quarter of 2016 due to higher sales commission revenue that we expect to generate in connection with our promotion efforts related to Saizen® and APIFINY®. We will also commence recording the amortization of the one-time, non-refundable payment received in connection with the agreements with STA, in connection with ZoptrexTM, as described in the "Key Developments" section above.


Wird nicht viel sein da gestaffelt über 33 Monate...nur beim STA Deal bleibt noch die Hoffnung auf einen "grössere" Zahlung. Oder übersehe ich etwas?

Oki,daß ist eine Aussage mit der wir arbeiten können.

Da ich davon aussgehe,daß wir in unsere Phase 3 Zop Studie,auf Grund ihrer Vorbehandlung mit Platin/Taxan,zumindest einen hohen Anteil Patienten sehen werden,deren Tumorzellen auch gegen Doxorubicin resistent/teilresistent geworden sind,Zoptarin aber von dieser Resistenz nicht betroffen ist;
erwarte ich eine sehr deutliche Signifikanz

Methods: This is a single case report of a 66-year-old male who was diagnosed in May 2009 with metastatic urothelial carcinoma (UC) of the prostatic urethra. He presented with pelvic and retroperitoneal lymph nodes (LNs). Initially he was treated with cisplatin and gemzar, followed by radical cystoprostatectomy in October 2009. He relapsed in December 2009 and he received two more lines of chemotherapy with no response. The patient entered a phase I clinical trial with zoptarelin doxorubicin, in 2011. He received zoptarelin doxorubicin every 3 weeks for nine cycles from May to October 2011. Results: After two cycles of the investigational drug, all pain and palpable lymph neck nodes disappeared. A computed tomography (CT) scan 20 months post-treatment showed a complete response. Thirty months after treatment started, the patient is symptom free with no evidence of disease. Conclusions: This is the first case of a patient with LHRH-receptor (LHRH-R) positive UC treated with zoptarelin doxorubicin that has been reported. Considering the generally poor outcome of progressive UC and the short survival of these patients, the effect of this drug in this patient has been remarkable.
