We continue to benefit from our strong purpose, our diverse portfolio, and our resilient, long-term growth drivers. These strategic qualities, together with the essential nature of many of our products and services, have underpinned increasing demand across the Group. The Board expects Adjusted profit before taxation for the year ending 31 March 2022 to be in line with market consensus expectations (see notes 1 and 2).
The Group is expected to deliver a further sequential improvement in revenue in the second half of the year and substantial revenue growth in the year as a whole. Order intake has continued to be ahead of both revenue this year and order intake for the same period last year.

Halma ist zum mehrjährigen Aufwärtstrend zurückgekehrt und stößt dort seit Wochen auf Interesse.
Gelingt jetzt ein Ausbruch über 2.375 GBp, kommt es zu einem Kaufsignal mit möglichen Kurszielen bei 2.500 und 2.625 GBp.

Das macht Spaß bei steigenden Umsätzen. Der Vorstand sieht die Lage wohl auch positiv und erhöht die Dividende:

.. und die Dividende wird angehoben, nicht mehr selbstverständlich in den aktuellen Zeiten.
The Board is recommending a 3.8% increase in the final dividend to 9.96p per share (2019: 9.60p per share). Together with the 6.54p per share interim dividend, this would result in a total dividend for the year of 16.50p (2019: 15.71p), up 5%, making this the 41st consecutive year of dividend per share growth of 5% or more.
The final dividend for 2020 is subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM on 4 September 2020 and is expected to be paid on 1 October 2020 to shareholders on the register as at 28 August 2020.
