Leider nichts Neues zur PEA, die m.E. überfällig ist. Der Finanzreport wurde inzwischen abgeliefert. Sieht so aus, dass eine KE vorbereitet wird. Tsodilo benötigt dringend Geld. Hier ein Auszug aus der "Management Discussions" von 30.05.:
LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES
As at March 31, 2022, the Company had a negative working capital of ($1,941,167) [2021: ($1,068,310)], which included cash of $2,987 (2021: $131,271).
Additional Funding Requirements
Further development and exploration of the various mineral projects in which the Company holds an interest depends upon the Company's ability to obtain financing through equity or debt financing, joint ventures or other means. While the Company has been successful in the past in obtaining financing through the sale of equity securities and royalty transactions, there can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in obtaining additional financing in the amount and at the time required and, if available, that it can be obtained on terms satisfactory to the Company.
Management believes that it will be able to secure the necessary financing through a combination of the issue of new equity or debt instruments, the entering into of joint venture arrangements or the exercise of warrants and options for the purchase of common shares. However, there is no assurance the Company will be successful in these actions.

Wie kommt denn Frankfurt auf so einen Kurs ohne dahinterstehenden Umsatz? Alle anderen Börsen liegen deutlich höher. Und Ask und Bid in Frankfurt ebenfalls.
