Strathmore reicht Bohrantrag für Flaggschiffprojekt Night Owl ein

Kelowna, BC - 8. Mai 2023 - Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp. ("Strathmore Plus" oder das "Unternehmen") (TSXV: SUU - WKN: A3DQAW - FRA: TO3) freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass das Unternehmen einen Antrag auf Bohrungen auf dem Grundstück Night Owl eingereicht hat. Der Explorationsplan umfasst 30 Bohrstellen und 3.000 Fuß Bohrungen, um die Gebiete mit bekannter Uranmineralisierung zu erweitern, aus denen Night Owl in den 1960er Jahren produzierte. Strathmore freut sich darauf, neue, moderne geophysikalische Techniken einzusetzen, um ein viel besseres Verständnis der Geologie in diesem Gebiet in Bezug auf die Uranablagerung zu erhalten. Das Unternehmen war in der Lage, neue Ziele zu identifizieren, die ein noch größeres Potenzial aufweisen als der ursprüngliche Standort der Night Owl Mine. Strathmore Plus beantragt Bohrgenehmigung für das Agate ISR-Projekt

Kelowna, BC - 22. Februar 2023 - Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp. ("Strathmore Plus" oder das "Unternehmen") (TSXV: SUU - WKN: A3DQAW - FRA: TO3) freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass das Unternehmen in diesem Sommer ein Bohrprogramm mit 100 Löchern auf insgesamt 15.000 Fuß plant, sobald die Bohrgenehmigung erteilt wurde. In Verbindung mit den Bohrungen wird Strathmore in Zusammenarbeit mit der University of Wyoming oberflächennahe und geophysikalische Untersuchungen im Bohrloch durchführen, um neue Bohrzielorte zu ermitteln.

Strathmore Plus Uranium Corporation (SUU) has partnered with the University of Wyoming to complete research at the Agate and Night Owl projects
The research will integrate modern geophysical procedures and analysis – such as 2D and 3D imaging – and apply them to different settings at the projects
The study will evaluate strategies for use in Wyoming uranium development projects with private industry partners
The projects support this type of study due to the near-surface uranium occurrences, available historical drilling results and recently obtained data
A grant of US$199,787 has been provided for one year, with more to come

Die Aktie ging ja gut hoch in den letzten Wochen und dass obwohl die meisten Uranwerte nur seitwärts laufen.

Kelowna, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 17, 2022) - Strathmore Plus Energy Corporation (TSXV: SUU.H) (OTC: SUUFF) ("Strathmore Plus" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it is seeking TSX-V approval for a name change from Strathmore Plus Energy Corporation to Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp.

Dev Randhawa, CEO stated, "The name change to Strathmore Plus Uranium Corp. reflects the near-term growth potential of the Company and better reflects our commodity focus, and our progress in the mining jurisdiction State of Wyoming."

The Company further announces that is has granted 2,150,000 options pursuant to its option plan to certain Officers, Directors and consultants to the Company. The options are granted at an exercise price of $0.24 per share. The options are subject to a 2-year vesting period, with 1/6 of the options vesting on the grant day and the remaining options vesting on as to 1/6 every 6 months thereafter. The options expire 5 years from the date of the grant, subject to the optionees continuing to act as directors, officers or consultants of the Company.
