Bei den aktuellen Preisen (30 $ per lb ) erzielt die Firma einen Tagescashflow von rd. US$ 19.000,-

Based upon present Mo prices (30$ per lb), a small quarrying operation with trucking ore to the mill could result in net cash flow of $19,257 US per day; at $32.50 per lb it nets $24,788/Day, and at $35 Mo it nets $30,319/Day. An estimated break-even Mo price of $21.30 per pound has been calculated for the project.

Ob 360 Tage oder nur 280 Tage in 2006 produziert wird ist noch nicht ganz klar.

Insgesamt würde die Firma bei 280 Arbeitstagen ca. US$ 5,3 Mio im nächsten Jahr verdienen ( abzüglich overhead und Steuern )

Das scheint ganz interessant zu sein, zumal man auf
rd. 1 Mio Tonnen Moly sitzt.
Ich habe mir mal eine erste Mini-Position zu CAD 0,28 gekauft...
obwohl zueletzt auch einige Insiderverkäufe stattgefunden haben.

The road program, which provides haul truck access to state/interstate highways through the town of Marysville, is expected to be completed by Dec. 7, 2005. Actual mining operations will commence Dec. 5, 2005, with the first ore shipments, at a reduced rate, scheduled for the week of Dec. 19, 2005. The ore will be trucked to the Contact flotation mill in Phillipsburgh. By mid-January, 2006, mill throughput capacity is expected to be about 1,000 tonnes per day.

So, heute Rekordumsatz mit 2,298,790 Stücken in Canada.

Schlusskurs bei 0,175 CAD, Bid/Ask bei 0,175/0,19 CAD.

Ich denke, die "smarten" Investoren haben heute zu extrem guten Preisen eingekauft und werden sich bei dem kurzfristig zu erwartenden Produktionsbeginn die Hände reiben. Und die "zittrigen" Verkäufer von heute werden sich wahrscheinlich (hoffentlich) bald schwarz ärgern und bei 0,25 CAD wieder einsteigen...

Die News von gestern war zwar auf den ersten Blick grottenschlecht, aber eigentlich war es nur ein Formfehler bei der Einreichung der Filings (hab ich jedenfalls so verstanden). Die Moly-Vorkommen sind deshalb natürlich noch immer wie beschrieben vorhanden....wahrscheinlich wurden nur auf irgendwelchen Formularen die Kreuze falsch gesetzt...

Und der alte CEO Blair hatte (jedenfalls nach der Stimmung in den US-Boards) eh keinen besonders guten Ruf.

Also alles in allem wohl eine super Gelegenheit, UNB billig einzukaufen.

United Bolero Development Corp. (the "Company" or "United Bolero"), (TSX VENTURE:UNB)(FWB:U7N) -

Further to the Company`s December 8, 2005 press release, the Company is pleased to announce that it has filed, on SEDAR, a technical report relating to the Company`s Bald Butte project. The technical report is now in compliance with the requirements of NI 43-101 and Form 43-101F1. As was previously disclosed in the Company`s December 8, 2005 press release, as a result of the review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company advised that there were certain deficiencies in respect to its previously filed technical report. In addition, the December 8, 2005 press release also stated that the Company suspended its web site to make corrections and modifications.

The Bald Butte molybdenum deposit is a quartz vein molybdenite stockwork system occupying the southwest flanks of Bald Butte. The property covers 320 acres on 22 patented claims within Lewis and Clark County, Montana. The Company conducted a limited percussion drill program consisting of 50 holes in 2005 on the Snowbird and Eureka claims and identified a very near surface zone (30-60 feet below the surface), of molybdenum mineralization grading in average in excess of 0.10% Mo. Block model calculations from the 2005 United Bolero 50 hole percussion drill program resulted in estimating an "Indicated Mineral Resource" of 390,000 tons @ 0.13% molybdenum. Mineral resources which are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. Reference is also made to the Company`s December 8, 2005 press release, as filed on SEDAR on December 9, 2005, for the Company`s drilling results on the Bald Butte Project.

The foregoing scientific and technical information has been prepared or reviewed by John P Thompson M.Sc., P.Eng. of John P Thompson and Associates and Michael Hastings Sandidge, P.Geo. Both Mr. Sandidge and Mr. Thompson are "qualified persons" within the meaning of NI 43-101 and both are independent of the Company.

With the filing of the NI 43-101 report, the Company`s second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, facilitated by Aberdeen Gould Inc. (www.aberdeengould.com), has now closed. Specifically and notwithstanding the Company`s December 2, 2005 press release which was issued prematurely and in error, the private placement consisted of the issuance of 3,660,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of $732,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one further common share of the Company at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of two (2) years. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for working on the Bald Butte project and general working capital. In connection with the private placement of units, the Company paid a cash commission of $73,200 to Aberdeen Gould Inc. ("AGI") and AGI also received agent`s options on 366,000 shares exercisable at $0.20 for two years.

In addition, the Company announces that it has also closed a private placement of "flow-through" units. Specifically, the Company sold, on a non-brokered basis, 850,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of $170,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase a further common share of the Company at a price of $0.25 per share for a period of one (1) year. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for working on the Company`s Chong property. In connection with such private placement, the Company paid the following cash commissions: $1,500 payable to Cannacord Capital Corporation, $1,000 payable to Bolder Investment Partners, Ltd., $10,500 payable to Aberdeen Gould Inc. and $1,500 payable to Arlen Mifflin and issued agent`s options to AGI on 52,500 shares at $0.20 for two years and agent`s options to other finders on 12,500 shares.

The securities issued pursuant to both private placements are subject to a four month hold period ending March 29, 2006. The securities and funds issued in connection with both private placements have been held in escrow since November 28, 2005 - the originally scheduled closing date. However, as a result of the Company having to revise its 43-101 technical report, it was decided that all proceeds and securities related to the private placement would continue to be held in escrow until the Company complied with its obligation to file a technically compliant 43-101 report.

As was stated in the Company`s December 8, 2005 press release, effective December 7, 2005, R. Bruce Duncan has succeeded Mr. Blair Naughty as President and a Director of United Bolero. Mr. Naughty remains with the Company in a corporate development role. Since December 7, 2005, Mr. Duncan has worked very closely with the Company`s Directors and their employees to oversee the corrections required to the Company`s 43-101 technical report as well as many of the Company`s disclosure weaknesses. Effective with the appointment of Mr. Duncan on December 7, 2005, the Company announces that Mr. Duncan was awarded an option on 200,000 shares at a price of $0.165 per share for a period of 5 years under the Company`s stock option plan.

UNB ist m.E. nach ein sehr guter CALL auf den Molypreis mit einer Knock out Schwelle bei 21 US$( Cash costs ) pro lb.

...also sehr riskant.

Das lb Moly ist auf US$ 25 abgesackt, so dass bei UNB die Luft nach unten dünner wird.
Ich erwäge meine restposition zu verkaufen, wobei unterm Strich noch ein schöner Gesamtgewinn steht. Meinungen ?

würde verkaufen, weil moly preisverfall für mich nicht abzuschätzen ist. besser wieder einsteigen, wenn moly dreht. für ich ist die aktuelle entwicklung günstig, da ich noch nicht investiert bin.

Ich kann MOLY leider auch nicht wirklich einschätzen - laut einigen US-Boards ist das ein jahreszeitbedingter Preisrückgang und mit einem weiteren Anstieg von MOLY wird aber Februar gerechnet.

Außerdem kann MOLY gelagert werden - UNB muß also nicht unbedingt zu diesen niedrigen MOLY-Preisen verkaufen. Damit würde sich natürlich der CashFlow etwas nach hinten raus verschieben.

Ich bin drin und bleibe auch noch ein bisschen - bei diesen Kursen und der MarketCap kann aus meiner Sicht eigentlich (nach den letzten guten News) nicht mehr viel Luft nach unten sein.

möglich wäre auch das bei moly erstmal die luft raus ist. hat immerhin in 4 jahren von 2 auf 25 zugelegt. auch im vergleich zu anderen werten eine sehr starke performance.

UNITED BOLERO PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

United Bolero Development Corp.`s director Gerard Mercer resigned on Jan. 2, 2006. The company thanks Mr. Mercer for his board contributions. The company is now in the process of seeking to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Mercer`s resignation.

As far as mining activities are concerned, the company reports that its wholly owned subsidiary, Montana Molybdenum Corp. (MMC), has now entered into a lease of 65 acres of land located in Silver City to be used as a weighing, stockpiling and transfer point for quarried molybdenum material being trucked from the Bald Butte quarry to the Contact (Antonioli) mill in Phillipsburg. The land in question, leased from Silver City sand and gravel, comes complete with shop, scales, concrete pads and a Burlington Northern rail siding, and is located adjacent to State Highway 279, approximately 11 miles from the Bald Butte quarry. The lease of this property provides the company with the flexibility to optimize transportation alternatives as weather and market parameters change.

United Bolero also reports that MMC has also signed a trucking contract with MRTF Inc. of Black Eagle to deliver up to 1,000 tons per day to the Contact mill in Phillipsburg from the Bald Butte quarry. MRTF commenced trucking on Dec. 20, 2005, and is expected to ramp up production to 1,000 tons per day by the week of Jan. 16.

In addition, MMC reports that pilot testwork is under way to determine if on-site crushing and/or screening could improve the shipping grade of the Bald Butte quarry product. A pilot sample of 35 tons of quarried material was trucked for processing through the MRTF crushing and screening plant in Black Eagle. Tests showed that 67 per cent of the molybdenum values were carried in the 35 per cent of the material that would pass through a three-quarter-inch screen. These tests indicate that it may be possible to increase the shipping grade of Bald Butte quarried material by a factor of 1.91, with a modest investment in screening equipment. Management cautions that these tests are preliminary in nature, that additional testwork is required and that final results may differ from the preliminary test results.

MMC also announces that two Tamrock Super Tiger CHA 700 drills have been mobilized to the Bald Butte site. One drill will concentrate on blast hole drilling while the other drill will be used for exploration drilling to attempt to find additional zones of economic mineralization.

L. Joseph Bardswich, PEng (Ontario), a director of the company and president and a director of MMC, is the qualified person (as such term is defined in National Instrument 43-101) responsible for the preparation of the technical information in this news.

Gestern übrigens NEWS von UNB.

Aus meiner Sicht haben die jetzt ihre Hausaufgaben gemacht und Bruce bekommt den Laden in den Griff. Produktion hat begonnen.

Laut US-Boards hat sich der MOLY-Preis wieder auf 25-26 USD erholt - "laut Telefonaten mit MOLY-Händlern" - müßt Ihr selber einschätzen, ob Ihr`s glauben wollt.

The Copper Star group of 4 claims was staked by experienced personnel from the company`s wholly owned subsidiary, Montana Molybdenum Corporation immediately after the Coronado announcement. Hart Baitis PhD. (geology) assisted the staking crew by making available his extensive library of geological information on the Silver Star district. During the staking operation, oxidized gossan as well as copper stained (malachite and azurite) material were found on surface (float) on the properties acquired.

The Copper Star land package is on federally administered (BLM) public lands, in a known mining district, and is easily accessed by 4 x 4 roads within 2 miles of State Highway 55 and the village of Silver Star.

Nur mal so zum Vergleich (und für alle Zweifler die meinen, Bolero wäre schon zu gut gelaufen für eine Einstieg...):

Blue Pearl (haben auch gerade MOLY gefunden - sind aber lange noch nicht so weit wie Bolero) ist heute in Frankfurt um 64 % gestiegen...und die Bewertung ist um ein Vielfaches höher als bei UNB...

Market Cap bei Blue Pearl liegt bei ca. 134 Mio CAD.

Market Cap bei United Bolero liegt bei ca. 7 Mio CAD.

Und UNB hat noch weitere MOLY-Projekte, und Gold, und Kupfer, und Öl.....
