Hallo,

mPhase Technologies (OTCBB:XDSL) and Lucent Technologies
Bell Labs (NYSE:LU) today reported that their jointly developed
nano-based " smart" battery prototype has proven it can store and
convert energy on demand. This practical confirmation of the theory
behind the technology is a major milestone in the product development
process.
In a test conducted at Bell Labs` Murray Hill, N.J. facility, the
development team demonstrated that the first fully assembled prototype
device could generate enough power on demand to light a light-emitting
diode (LED). The prototype is based on a novel nanostructured
architecture pioneered at Bell Labs.
" We are pleased that the mPhase-Bell Labs team has surmounted many
technical obstacles to make this theory into a working prototype,"
said Ron Durando, CEO mPhase Technologies. " This reinvention of the
battery is addressing a major market need for portable, programmable
power."

I am looking at XDSL`s chart right now and I am very confident that the stock is about to EXPLODE!
I have been a big supporter of XDSL for three years now. Never has the stock traded so much volume on a regular basis as it is right now.
Nanotechnology is going to change the entire world as we know it. XDSL is focusing on the battery because it is something that we use in everyday life. It is something that will produce the most revenues the soonest!
However, the magnetometers XDSL is working on could drive the stock even more than the battery because the magnetometers have homeland security purposes. It is amazing how much money is being spent on homeland security. There isn`t a better way for XDSL to produce bigger revenues with higher margins than with their magnetometers.
Scientific American is the oldest circulated magazine in the entire country. Make sure you buy the current issue and read the feature article about XDSL. There is nothing that could better validate what I am saying than the Scientific American article.
There is no other stock trading on the OTC BB that is more exciting than XDSL. I will continue to support the company until it is bought out for $5 per share. We have no way of telling if it ever will, but I believe it has a better chance of becoming huge than any other stock on the OTC BB.
When I went to Bell Labs the other day I was impressed beyond belief. XDSL has access to Bell Lab`s $450 million nanotechnology laboratory. There is no other public company with this kind of resource.
I got to see under the microscope the honeycomb structure of XDSL`s nanobattery that separates the chemicals until the device is in use. This will allow XDSL`s nanobatteries to have unlimited shelf life. This means the batteries will last forever when not in use. The batteries we use today lose 10% of their energy each year even when they are not in use.
It is ridiculous that every product in the world we buy today has a place to enter batteries into the device. Why can`t the batteries be integrated on the chips inside of the device? XDSL is making this possible.
It is a joke how undervalued XDSL is. ALTI is trading with more than triple the market cap when their lithium ion batteries will never be sold to the public. ALTI is all hype and will never generate real revenues.
XDSL will have revenues very soon from their IPTV business. The only other company with IPTV software that is anywhere close to XDSL`s IPTV software is Microsoft. Microsoft believes that IPTV will fuel their growth in the upcoming years. Well Microsoft is a $294 billion company and XDSL believes their software is superior.
Telephone companies are dying. They are losing all of their business to the cable companies. We are about to see all of the telcos begin offering television services. This is something that will be talked about by all of the news media very soon. XDSL is well positioned at the perfect time.
XDSL ran to $20 back in 2000. How many technology companies from back then are still in business? XDSL management could have easily cashed out but they decided to build the company. It is amazing how much insider buying there has been during the recent months. How many OTC BB stocks have this much insider buying? How many technology stocks have this much insider buying?
There is nothing that will hold XDSL back. The company is making progress everyday. While there have been no press releases for three weeks, the stock price has continued pushing higher. This shows how solid the company is. This shows that XDSL`s investors are holding on tight and not letting go until the company accomplishes their goals.
There are many huge investors supporting XDSL. If you read XDSL`s filings you will see that the Wolfson family is a major shareholder. They came here from Russia with nothing and couldn`t even afford to buy potatoes to eat. Now they are one of the richest families in New York City. They know how big XDSL is going to become.
I am trying my best to spread the word about the company. It is a blessing for us that not too many people know about it yet. To make money in the stock market you need to be a few steps ahead of everyone else.
I am not in any way recommending that you buy the stock. I am just telling you the facts and my opinion. I don`t want anybody to miss out on XDSL. I will feel very bad if you miss out on an opportunity this big. But please, don`t buy the stock because of me. Do your own research and make your own decisions. I could very easily be wrong but I doubt it.

mPhase Technologies Demonstrates Delivery of IPTV Over Switched Ethernet Connection at NORWECOM 2006; Cost-Effective Interactive TV Solution Serves to Highlight Quality of Service Control
Business Editors
ST. PETERSBURG, Russia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 15, 2006--
mPhase Technologies, a pioneer developer of technology
for delivering television over telephone networks, this week is
demonstrating how telecommunications providers can now
cost-effectively market TV programs as part of a switched Ethernet
multi-service offer encompassing VoIP, high speed Internet data and
streaming video.
The integration of the mPhase TV+ System over a Worldwide Packet
Network Ethernet network demonstrated the flexibility of the mPhase
TV+ System. The solution is being showcased at this week`s NORWECOM
2006 at the LENEXPO Fairgrounds here.
"mPhase is demonstrating the latest generation mPhase TV+ System
across a variety of broadband access topologies including DSL, fiber
and Ethernet," said Ron Durando, mPhase`s chief executive. "Our
platform is a means to enable telephone companies to cost-effectively
offer premium interactive television services to their broadband
customers."
"We recognise that operators have a variety of choices in how they
design their `triple play` infrastructure," said Durando. "We are
showing that the mPhase TV+ System is a carrier grade IPTV enabler
that operators can use in any number of multi-service scenarios,
whether their preference is switched Ethernet or xDSL, running either
on copper or fiber cable."
With standard interfaces to existing phone company operations
system support systems (OSS), including maintenance and billing
functions, the mPhase TV+ System enables telephone company technicians
to add and customize new capabilities. For example, the optional
electronic program guide displays Cyrillic characters and is
customised for the Russian market with Russian language technical
support. Russian speakers who would like to see the video running can
go to http://www.mphasetech.com/video/russiandemo.html to see a copy
of the demo.
The mPhase TV + System is built around an innovative cluster
architecture and offers key advantages to telecommunications
providers, including:
-- Improved maintenance environment, with links to
industry-standard operations support systems, including
element management of IP traffic
-- Compatibility with industry standard services creation
environments
-- high degree of reliability to protect against network failover
-- Unprecedented scalability, capable of growing to hundreds of
thousands of users
The cluster architecture enables technical personnel to manage
subscribers, monitor alarm messages and billing information and seek
context-sensitive help across all network elements. Each central
exchange-based cluster is designed to control and integrate
video-on-demand and program information elements and the video head
end encoding systems. Network planners can distribute the clusters to
optimise the load balancing of the network resources for capabilities
like content distribution. Through this segmentation, technicians can
better manage subscriber demand and establish QoS criteria against
failover.

Nano-Batterie mit extremer Lagerzeit
Lucent und mPhase entwickeln Primärzelle mit Nanotechnologie
-------------------------------------
