Kann es sein das Central African Mining(Camec) eine Beteiligung an dieser Firma hält. Habe dieses aud der englisch sprachigen Homepage von Camec gefunden.

Raises £9 Million
Central African Gold Plc, the AIM listed gold mining and exploration company, has raised £9,000,735 million through the placing of 100,008,167 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at 9p per share, with leading UK and international institutions and private investors. The proceeds of the placing will be used to develop its existing projects and acquire other projects in Africa that can be brought into production in the short to medium term.
Central African Gold Plc Chairman Phil Edmonds said: “While the fund raising significantly strengthens our investor base, it also enables us to rapidly progress our existing exploration portfolio as well as focus on securing new acquisitions in Africa that will transform us into a producing entity.
“I believe that the new team headed by Greg Hunter will, using their proprietary technology, methodology and databases, truly add value to the Company. Their focused approach has already prioritised a potential hit list of future acquisitions that may fulfil our investment criteria and generate near term revenue. Our aim is to become a leading mid tier African focussed gold producer and exploration company and I believe we have now taken our first steps towards achieving this.”

ich habe mir diesen Wert schon bei 0,043 € gut angeschaut und wollte ihn mir holen,aber leider wurde meine order nicht ausgeführt, jetzt kann man sich echt nur ärgern... es ist schwer was über dieses unternehmen in erfahrung zu bringen.. aber dieser wert ist sehr interessant...

Retention of Nominated Adviser
Central African Gold Plc, the AIM listed gold mining and exploration company, is in advanced talks to secure the services of a new Nominated Adviser (‘NOMAD’) following the termination of its agreement with Grant Thornton as of 6pm Thursday 27 April 2006. The Company has a period of one month to retain the services of a new NOMAD and pursuant to the AIM rules, should it not find a replacement by Saturday 27 May 2006, then the admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled.
Central African Gold Plc CEO Greg Hunter said: “We are in advanced discussion to appoint a new NOMAD which we hope we can announce shortly. We are looking for an advisor that can help me and the new team grow with the Company and assist us in fulfilling our strategy of becoming a mid tier African focussed gold exploration and production company.”

Seit heute wieder handel in Deutschland.

In London hat der Wert heute aber wieder stark zugelegt,nachdem dort gestern der erste Handelstag nach der Aussetzung war.Und es ging auch ziemlich stark nach unten (zwischendurch um über 60 Prozent).
Kann mir jemand was zur neuen Aussetzung sagen?
