was in Berlin getaxt wird.

Nichts desto trotz, sehr enttäuschend, was hier geht...
jo...genau, wie das getaxe...*kopfschüttel*

is in a trading halt after a large 53.85% jump in the share price today on good trading volume.
Thor is to release preliminary assays from drilling at its Spring Hill Gold Project in the Northern Territory.
The company said a number of assays had been received from some of the holes drilled, however the complete set and necessary interpretation were not yet available.
Last month Thor revealed it had discovered near surface gold mineralisation of up to 12 grams per tonne (g/t), above the intended Hong Kong lode target.
Spring Hill, which has a JORC Resource of 3.6 million tonnes at 2.34g/t for a contained 274,000 ounces of gold, has not being tested to more than 150 metres in depth, with mineralisation open at depth on almost all sections.
Thor has outlined a three pronged approach for 2012 to test different gold resource options presenting at Spring Hill.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made available to the market, or the opening of trade on Monday 17 September 2012.
nah dann last uns mal hoffen auf Montag
bin gespannt wie ein Flitzbogen

Thor Mining drill results reveal ‘encouraging’ extension at Sping Hill gold project
Tuesday, September 18, 2012 by Jamie Ashcroft
Thor Mining (LON:THR, ASX:THR) today reported drill results that reveal an ‘encouraging’ extension to the known gold mineralisation at the Spring Hill project in Australia’s Northern Territory.
It said that the results revealed today, which come from 2 holes, indicate that the mineralisation could extend 100 metres deeper.
However Thor said that it cannot yet be sure about the implications this extension will have on the project’s potential resources.
"This is an encouraging extension to the known mineralisation at Spring Hill,” said chairman Mick Billing.
“While we do not have all the assays from the program and therefore cannot speculate on any possible resource extensions, it is encouraging to confirm the extensions to the mineralised system."
The company also confirmed that it has now spent enough on exploration to exercise its option to acquire additional equity in the project, and as such it now has a 51 per cent interest in the exploration venture.
Additionally Thor said that it has now received data from a high resolution helicopter based survey over the tenements earlier this year. This will now be processed to target future drilling to test satellite resources.

another thought has entered my head ( two in one day, im on a role!)
if you observe the thor website you will notice all mention of the hale river uranium project is gone and it only lists molyhill springhill and dundas as projects. update was about 5 days ago
maybe we have sold the lease to hale river or the whole hale energy ltd spin out ? they did pay 10mil for in in 2006

Thor gibt eine Platzierung von 50Millionen Aktien bekannt
THR) has raised A$600,000 to fund the continued exploration and assessment of all its gold, tungsten and molybdenum projects.
The funds were raised through a placement of 50 million new shares to sophisticated clients of Patersons Securities at A$0.012 each, a 25% discount from the last traded price of A$0.016.
The company has been focused on extending mineralisation at its Spring Hill gold project in the Northern Territory.
Assays from drilling into the main Hong Kong Zone have confirmed further improved grades and extensions of known gold mineralisation at Spring Hill.
This paves the way for an upgrade to the current JORC Resource of 3.6 million tonnes at 2.3 grams per tonne (g/t) for a contained 274,000 ounces of gold to be undertaken during the next three months, once check-assaying has been completed.
At the Molyhill tungsten and molybdenum project, Thor is focused on securing offtake agreements for the sale of concentrates of tungsten and molybdenum, and also securing finance for project development.
This is targeted at starting site development before the end of 2012 and first production of concentrates early in 2014.
Molyhill has an Open Cut Reserve of 1.64 million tonnes at 4.2% tungsten and 0.13% molybdenum.

Thor Mining (ASX: THR, AIM: THR) has successfully raised £332,800 (A$515,631) via a placement which will go towards financing the Molyhill tungsten and molybdenum project in Australia’s Northern Territory.
The placement of 47.5 million shares was to UK sophisticated clients of Simple Investments at £0.70 per share.
Mick Billing, executive chairman, commented: “We are pleased to have raised these additional funds following the refreshment of our capital raising capacity at our General Meeting held on 31 October 2012.
“The funds will help finance the project development at the Molyhil tungsten/molybdenum project, and resource development at the Spring Hill gold project, each in Northern Territory, and the continuing exploration and evaluation program at Dundas in Western Australia.”
At the Molyhil Project, following the completion of a Definitive Feasibility Study earlier this year, Thor has been focused on negotiations to secure agreements for offtake and project finance.
Discussions have been held with a number of potential customers for project concentrates, and more are scheduled.
This is targeted at starting site development before the end of 2012 and first production of concentrates early in 2014.
Molyhill has an Open Cut Reserve of 1.64 million tonnes at 4.2% tungsten and 0.13% molybdenum.
Meanwhile, at Spring Hill, Thor has been focused on extending mineralisation at its Spring Hill gold project in the Northern Territory.
Thor has also begun nickel exploration in the Albany-Fraser Province of Western Australia at its Dundas Project.
The company will undertake preliminary nickel exploration activities over a small area in conjunction with the ongoing gold exploration program at the project.
The Albany-Fraser belt hosts a number of nickel prospects, including Sirius Resources' (ASX: SIR) recently announced Nova discovery, about 80 kilometres north-northeast of Dundas, and historical nickel intercepts nearby at the Gnama South and Talbot prospects.

Bin mal gespannt, obs morgen Neuigkeiten gibt.

By Matthew Allan , 05 February 2013
Times are tough for miners - but they're about to get a lot tougher. The head of a UK brokerage firm thinks as many as 50 per cent of Alternative Investment Market (Aim)-listed junior exploration companies could be forced to de-list in 2013 because they won’t be able to raise enough money to continue operating.
Now, we always take whatever brokers say with a generous pinch of salt. But long gone are the days of easy money given to hapless management with low-quality exploration plays, simply because the rising tide of commodity prices lifted all boats. Institutions and private investors have been burnt too many times these past few years even as commodity prices soared to all-time highs. Today, risk capital for mining ventures has all but dried up.
"It's sad but most of the junior explorers are in dire straits", says John Wong, a senior fund manager at New City Investment Managers. "Most are not finding decent enough grades or sizes, and barely anyone will give juniors money to build their own mines any more. And if the majors don't buy them, their projects will eventually have to be shelved."
Depressed yet?
Research by the Investors Chronicle reveals 45 of 146 mining companies on Aim had less than £500,000 in working capital at the time of their last reported financial statements - barely enough to cover listing fees, management fees and office space for a year, let alone the odd site visit and light field work. That's a remarkable one-third of junior mining companies up to their necks in financial quicksand. And if you strip out companies that already generate cash flow from mining operations, that number rises to nearly one-half.
As geologist and newsletter writer Brent Cook puts it: "We tend to forget that a junior mining company is a perpetual share issuance machine, usually with no visible means of support, which sells dreams to the dreamers in the good times and slowly dilutes the dreamers out of existence during the bad."
But with the usual sources of capital tapped out, this cycle has turned even more vicious. Many explorers can no longer afford to explore and can't raise additional funds even at low and extremely dilutive prices. And if they can't explore, they can’t drill their projects or generate new prospects to keep current investors interested in their story, let alone bring in new ones. So share prices keep ticking down on lower and lower volume, further scaring off potential new capital.

Thor bekommt 1Mill vom privaten Investor
THOR MINING PLC
NEW A$1 MILLION FUNDING FACILITY
The directors of Thor Mining PLC ("Thor") (AIM, ASX: THR) are pleased to announce that Thor has accepted a committed offer for a 3 year term A$1 million secured debt facility from a private sophisticated investor ("the Facility").
The key terms of the Facility are as follows:
· The Facility will be made available in two equal tranches. The first tranche of A$500,000 is available following execution of the formal documentation (expected within 2-3 weeks) and satisfaction of customary conditions precedent until 31 March 2013 (or, if later, 30 days after execution of the formal documentation). The second tranche of A$500,000 will be available following satisfaction of additional customary conditions precedent until 30 September 2013.
· Funds drawn under the Facility are principally to be used to fund exploration and development expenditure on Thor's Molyhil Tungsten/Molybdenum Project and the Spring Hill Gold Project, both located in Northern Territory, Australia ("Projects"), and the Company's working capital requirements.
· The interest rate applicable to the Facility is 7% pa, payable 6 monthly.
· Thor will issue the lender with tranches of 3 year options to subscribe for CDIs which, if exercised, would raise funds equivalent to the A$1 million face value of the Facility. The options will be issued in the following tranches and at the following exercise prices:
- Tranche 1 Options - by the date that is 60 days after the drawdown of tranche 1 of the Facility, Thor will issue the lender a number of options equal to the aggregate of 100% of the face value of that tranche (A$500,000) divided by an exercise price set at a 20% premium to the 30 day Volume Weighted Average Price ("VWAP") of Thor CDIs prior to the option issue or, if an offer to shareholders is made within that 60 day period, the price per CDI at which that offer is set (with an adjustment for the value of any options which may be issued under that offer) or,
- Tranche 2 Options - on draw down of tranche 2 of the Facility, Thor will issue the lender a number of options equal to 75% of the face value of that tranche (A$375,000) divided by a strike price set at a 20% premium to the 30 day VWAP of Thor CDIs prior to the date of drawdown.
- Commitment Options - as consideration for the lender's commitment to provide the Facility, Thor will also issue at the time of issue of the Tranche 1 options, a number of options equal to 25% of the face value of tranche 2 of the Facility (A$125,000) divided by an exercise price that is the same as the Tranche 1 options.
The issue of the options, and the subsequent exercise of options, will not be conditional upon shareholder approval.
· The Facility will be repayable in full on the earlier of 36 months from first draw down, the sale of Thor's interest in the Projects, initial draw down under a project financing facility, or failure of certain conditions subsequent to draw down of the tranche 1 of the facility. Additionally, if Thor sells any of its assets (other than its interest in the Projects) and the aggregate cash proceeds received by Thor from the sale are greater than A$1.0m, it will be obliged to direct 50% of those proceeds towards loan repayment. Proceeds from the exercise of the options must be directed towards the repayment of the outstanding loan, if any. There are no penalties for early repayment of the Facility.
· The Facility will be secured against Thor's interest in tenements at Molyhil and Spring Hill.
Commenting, Mr Mick Billing, Executive Chairman of Thor, said,
"We are very pleased to have secured this facility which demonstrates investor confidence in Thor and our projects. It will allow us to confidently plan ongoing activities, including work which has the potential to add to project life and value at Molyhil, and follow up promising exploration opportunities at Molyhil, Spring Hill and Dundas."

Was schließen wir daraus?
2. Kapitalerhöhung abschließen
3. Funding für Molyhil abschließen (mit weiterer Verwässerung)

Was sind denn hier jetzt so viele Spammer unterwegs?

THOR MINING (LON:THR, ASX:THR)
Thor Mining was admitted to AiM in 2005. The company has encountered a fair share of trauma with the natural resource sector cyclical swings and the sector lows in 2008/09 and the more recent sector lows of 2012/13. But the times they are a ’changin and although management and longer term investors would have just cause to feel dispirited (the share price at 0.285p is now 93% down from its closing high in 2011 of 4.125p), one can feel a sense of optimism creeping back in.
For one thing, the company has just undertaken back-to-back double placings raising £335,000 at 0.225p on 13th August and £362,250 at 0.25p on 29th August. The total raised (pre-expenses) of nearly £700,000 is now sufficient to enable Management to crack on with business operations.
There are 1.277billion shares in issue (as will be the case when both placings complete) and at 0.285p per share, the company has a market capitalisation of £3.63million.
We expect the market will likely start to drive the share price higher to correct the current undervaluation, in recognition of the fact that the company is now funded. This happened recently with Greatland Gold (LON:GGP), another client of the same broker (SI Capital) who saw a 0.225p placing price turn into a market trading price of over 0.9p in just a few weeks. Greatland Gold is hardly a dynamic stock, and certainly doesn’t have the same kind of strategic focus Thor Mining is working to garner. Its real potential lies within the project portfolio, details of which we summarise below:
Molyhil (Tungsten/Molybdenum) –the company has confirmed it is in marketing and financing discussions with interested parties over its 100% owned Molyhil project. That said they have been trying to do a commercial deal on Molyhil for some time, so far not successfully. We have pondered whether the lack of deal success could be in some way due to an inherent weakness in the proposition, but when conducting peer comparisons we don’t see that as likely to be the case.
It seems to us that, as with any kind of deal, timing is always a critical factor. With strategic metal Tungsten’s price firming considerably in recent months, a pullback in the Australian Dollar and an improved model for Molyhil itself, the commercial viability of the project has now strengthened.
Add to that, the very recent off-take deal announced by Tungsten Mining (ASX:TGN) along with A$15m of financing, suggests that the climate for deal-making is now highly conducive, provided management have the wherewithal to pull it off!
Those interested may wish to compare the scoping study characteristics of the project commercialised by TGN with the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) conducted by Thor on Molyhill.
And one final thought: TGN works with Western Desert Resources, as does Thor Mining, so perhaps some knowhow as regards securing Chinese partners may have cross-pollinated?
Spring Hill (Gold) – the gold project already has a 450,000 ounce JORC resource all in the Indicated category. Here the company has decided that plodding along with exploration is not the way to go and has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Crocodile Gold Australian Operations Pty Ltd a subsidiary of TSX listed Crocodile Gold (TSX:CRK) to produce gold asap with planned mine development within 12 months. The key here is the ultra-low capex (estimated at less than A$5m) because rather than building a mine they are planning to use toll treatment facilities.
Thor currently owns 51% of Spring Hill and is exercising rights to take that up to 80%. Assuming the initial plan comes together, they will be mining 45,000 ounces of gold at a total operating cost of A$1,170 (US$1,076). At $1,400 gold that amounts to $14.6m net cash return over 3 years of operations (subject to capex) of which 80% is $11.7m. For gold bulls expecting the price to reach c$2,000 next year that figure then becomes $41.6m, of which 80% is $33.3m.
As announced in July, the company has also conducted Ore Sorting Test Work in order to improve the ore entering the production process and the results thus far have been positive, clearly bolstering the commercial viability of the project.
Dundas (Gold) –Dundas is less in focus and not quite as advanced. But we find it rather interesting, mainly because its earlier gold focus has since morphed into a hunt for Nickel mineralisation, reflecting its proximity to the Sirius Resources (ASX: SIR) Nova Nickel discovery 80km north/northeast of Dundas.
In April 2013 we saw the first encouraging progress from work undertaken and the June 2013 Quarterly Report indicates the company is intending to undertake geochemical sampling for nickel potential in preparation for drilling. Sirius managed a 100x return post Nova discovery but this is still early stages for Dundas and although the indicators are good thus far, there is can be no certainty as to the degree of success, if any.
When considering the commercialisation drive for the two main projects and the blue sky potential of the third, we feel the market value is considerably understated. As with KIBO, we believe the volume of trading since the placings were announced suggest the placing overhang is now clear or close to clearing. We should then see a tightening of stock available which, with a fair wind should reflect in a strengthening share price. Well that’s the theory anyway!
These are MiningMaven’s "Two to Watch" for the forthcoming week. We suggest readers take time to review both these companies and keep a watchful eye on them in the week ahead.
Members of the MiningMaven team hold shares in both KIBO and THR.

THOR MINING PLC
DRILL PROGRAM ASSAYS BOOSTSHALLOW GOLD POTENTIAL OF SPRING HILL
New assay results, including assays of more than 10 grams/tonne gold (Au), have been received from the 2013 Spring Hill Reverse Circulation drill program at Thor Mining PLC's ("Thor") (AIM, ASX: THR) Spring Hill gold project south of Darwin in Australia's Northern Territory.
Highlights include:
· SHRC238 6metres(m) at 5.6 grams/tonne (g/t) gold from 15m
Including: 3m at 10.9g/t from 15m
· SHRC250 6m at 6.8g/t from 15m
Including: 4m at 10.1g/t Au from 16m
· SHRC244 28m at 1.18g/t Au from 3m
Including: 1m at 2.5g/t Au from 10m,
: 1m at 2.7g/t Au from 12m,
: 1m at 2.2g/t Au from 15m, and
: 2m at 2.3g/t Au from 18m
In addition, 11 holes of the 19 hole program, intersected mineralisation within 50 metres of surface at grades consistent with what the Company has come to expect from Spring Hill - suggesting that the planned near-term oxide mining inventory, announced in June 2013, may be extended.
· Highlighted intersections above show down-hole measurements. Refer to Table 1 for the full report of significant intersections including estimated true widths.
The program comprised 1,606 metres of RC drilling targeting near surface mineralisation most likely to enhance Thor's proposed initial mining inventory. Holes SHRC238 and SHRC250 demonstrate the potential to further add significant value to the near surface resource at Spring Hill.
Drilling to test up-dip continuation of mineralisation, from SHDD010 in the 2012 drilling program, has shown mineralisation may roll in an easterly direction as a saddle reef rather than extend directly to the surface as previously postulated.
Testing of other targets within the Spring Hill lease area, such as Steve's Gully, was not completed in this round of drilling but remains a high priority due to surface exposures of robust sheeted veining supported by only a preliminary level of drill testing.
Commenting, Mr Mick Billing, Executive Chairman of Thor Mining, said: "Not only do the new assay results have the potential to enhance the Spring Hill mining inventory but they also demonstrate the potential for further growth. The Spring Hill mineralising system is not straight forward, however, its potential is growing, and Thor continues to identify additional mineralisation outside previously known boundaries."
Thor holds a 51% equity interest in the Spring Hill project, and is exercising rights to increase that interest to 80% from Western Desert Resources Limited (ASX "WDR").
In June, Thor lodged a mining application with the NT Government to commence gold mining operations at Spring Hill via a near-surface short-term gold extraction operation estimated to yield between 40,000 and 45,000 ounces of gold over a 2-3 year period. The Company hopes to commence mining within 12 months, subject to regulatory approvals, with milling via toll treatment at Crocodile Gold's nearby Union reefs processing plant.

THOR MINING PLC
More High Grade Gold Assays from Spring Hill
Final gold assay results, showing high grade mineralisation adjacent to, but outside the mineral resource boundaries, have been received from the 2013 Spring Hill Reverse Circulation drill program at Thor Mining PLC's ("Thor") (AIM, ASX: THR) Spring Hill gold project south of Darwin in Australia's Northern Territory (figure 1).
Down-hole¹ drilling highlights include:
New Results
· SHRC257 5m at 4.1g/t Au from 22m
Previously reported
· SHRC253 ² 10metres (m) at 14.1grams/tonne (g/t) gold (Au) from 93m,
Including: 1m at 105.1 g/t from 99m
within, 21m at 7.2 g/t Au from 82m
bottom of hole assay 4.1 g/t Au
· SHRC238 ³ 3m at 10.9g/t Au from 15m
within, 6m at 5.6g/t Au from 15m
· SHRC250 ³ 4m at 10.1g/t Au from 16m
within, 6m at 6.8g/t Au from 15m
1 No correction for true thickness has been applied to the highlighted intervals.
² Reported on 22 November 2013
³ Reported on 30 October 2013
Other significant intercepts not previously reported are recorded in Table 1.
The final seven of the 25 hole RC drill program have now been completed. Overall results provide increased confidence in the likelihood of success of the planned near-term opencut oxide mine and in the potential to expand the mining inventory.

SHRC253 is the fourth hole to intersect mineralisation in the zone between Hong Kong and West Lode which now has a minimum strike length of 50 metres. This zone of mineralisation has not been included in the Spring Hill resource estimation. As the geometry of the mineralisation in this area has not yet been determined, true mineralisation widths cannot be provided.
Commenting, Mr Mick Billing, Executive Chairman of Thor Mining, said: "The 2013 Spring Hill drilling program was aimed at testing for possible extensions of the resource. The mineralisation reported is outside of the resource boundaries and is also of a grade which suggests the mining inventory should grow."

The first stage of a Moving Loop Electro Magnetic Survey (MLEM) by Newexco will test for the presence of bedrock conductors which may be associated with nickel mineralisation.
Soil samples will also be taken at all stations to conduct Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) analysis, a form of low detection soil sampling, which analyses the loosely bound ions attached to soil particles and allows for the detection of geochemical signals through cover and transported overburden.
The survey is expected to take around a week with analysis and reporting to follow, with a review of the data to be provided in the near future.
MPJ is also expanding its Fraser Range footprint, with the acquisition of the Balladonia Tenements comprising 246 square kilometres.
This will expand the company's existing Fraser Range East Project which borders Fortescue Metals Group (ASX: FMG) and Sirius Resource’s (ASX: SIR) tenements located south-east of the Nova-Bollinger Deposit.
MPJ will also acquire 100% of the Dingo Range Tenements comprising 326.8 square kilometres bordering Rox Resources' (ASX: RXL) Mt Fisher Project.
MPJ teams with Bill Amann and Adrian Black
Mining Projects Group has teamed with renowned nickel prospectors Bill Amann and Adrian Black.
Amann and Black, who will take up a key equity position in MPJ by providing geophysical and geological services in return for MPJ shares - and are behind some of Australia's biggest West Australian nickel discoveries including:
- Nova – Nickel Sulphide Deposit in 2012
- Spotted Quoll – Nickel Deposit in 2007
- Flying Fox – Nickel Deposit in 2003
In total, their company, Newexco will be issued with 29,166,667 MPJ shares at the same issue price as the recent oversubscribed capital raising for the services.
So if anybody knows anything about discovering nickel in Western Australia it is Amann and Black.
Capital raising oversubscribed
There was strong support for the recent capital raising from sophisticated and institutional investors, with the oversubscribed raising $392,000 at an issue price of $0.003 per share with two free attaching options for every three shares subscribed.
Analysis
It might only be early days for exploration at the Fraser Range East Project, but MPJ has boosted its chances of exploration success by teaming with renowned nickel prospectors Bill Amann and Adrian Black.

Thor acquires Pilot Mountain Tungsten Project
By StockMarketWire | Tue, 16th September 2014 - 08:56
Thor Mining confirm the execution of a formal Share Sale and Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of the Pilot Mountain tungsten project in the US state of Nevada.
As announced on 10 June 2014, Thor had signed a Term Sheet with Black Fire Minerals Limited ("Black Fire") (ASX: BFE) in relation to the potential acquisition of the Pilot Mountain Tungsten Project. The Term Sheet was subject to normal due diligence and the necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals.
Consideration for the acquisition remains unchanged from that which was previously announced, being $1,675,000 to be settled by the issue of 418,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in Thor at an agreed issue price of A$0.004 per share. The Ordinary Shares are subject to a 12 month escrow period.
On 31 July 2014, Thor shareholders approved the issue of 418,750,000 Ordinary Shares to Black Fire.
The acquisition remains subject to Black Fire obtaining the necessary approval from their shareholders by 30 October 2014. We understand Black Fire are currently finalising preparations for a General Meeting to seek the required shareholder approval and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Pilot Mountain Acquisition - Update
The Directors of Thor Mining PLC' ("Thor") (AIM, ASX: THR) are pleased to announce completion of a significant step in the acquisition of the Pilot Mountain tungsten project, in the US state of Nevada, from Black Fire Minerals Limited ("Black Fire") (ASX: BFE) (termed the "Acquisition").
As announced on 16 September 2014, Thor had executed a formal Share Sale and Purchase Agreement for the Acquisition, subject to a number of conditions precedent, including approval by shareholders of Black Fire. That approval was granted at a General Meeting of Black Fire shareholders on 23 October 2014. Documentation relating to the proposed acquisition is being finalised and a further announcement on final completion will be made as soon as practicable.
The Pilot Mountain project is situated in south-western Nevada approximately 200kms south of Reno. It comprises four deposits: Desert Scheelite, Gunmetal, Garnet and Good Hope. All are in close proximity (~3 kilometres) of each other and have been subjected to low-scale mining activities at various times during the 20th century.
Mr Mick Billing, Executive Chairman of Thor Mining:
"This is an exciting time for Thor. We are very pleased to be this significant step closer in the acquisition of the Pilot Mountain project which has an attractive existing resource and significant exploration upside. Previous exploration was halted due to market forces, rather than lack of targets. At Pilot Mountain, we have a number of "walk up" drill targets along with very interesting longer-term exploration opportunities. Some metallurgical testwork has been conducted with encouraging results, however, more is required."
The Desert Scheelite Indicated + Inferred Resource comprises 6.8 million tonnes @ 0.31% WO3, 0.17% Copper, and 22.8g/t (grams/tonne) Silver, announced on 10 June 2014.
