Wirklich aktuelle Daten sind auf der Homepage leider nicht zu finden. Mich würde vor allen interessieren, ob jetzt (wie bereits vor Jahren angekündigt) endlich Tantal produziert und verkauft wird.

Freu mich jetzt umso mehr, dass es wieder aufwärts geht. Zuerst die news über den 9 mio dollar deal. Dann hat sich das Design der Homepage geändert, obwohl die news noch immer nicht aktuell sind.
Die Umsätze in USA sind ja jetzt geradezu explodiert, wenn man das Volumen des letzten Jahres anschaut.
Ich bin eigenlich nur Mitleser, jetzt hab ich mich aber überwunden auch einmal ein posting abzugeben, weil es mich freut, dass es noch jemanden gibt, der ein Auge auf diese Aktie hat.

The company's management had contended that the release of the 10KSB for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005 was wrongfully withheld from being filed timely and that such failure to file caused the company's stock trading symbol to be marked by NASDAQ with an "e." This further led to the company's stock being de-listed from the Bulletin Board and relegated to the "Pink Sheets" where it has been trading for the last two years.
Today the company completed its review of subsequent events that have occurred since November 15, 2005 to the satisfaction of the company's auditors and the company's attorney has been cleared to file the 10KSB for 2005 which has been accepted.
In anticipation of an improved relationship with the auditors the company has made arrangements to file, by the end of September, the next three 10Qs for the first three quarters of 2006.

Die australische Continental Goldfields hat Mitte September gemeldet dass Sie 50% an dem VanMag Projekt übernehmen wird.....
Die sind z.Zt. nach einem Placement auch flüssig.
Wenn ich den letzten 2005er PNRR-Bericht anschaue sind dort 18,2 Mio outstanding shares angegeben. Also Marketcap 1,8 Mio USD....
9 Mio USD Verkaufspreis für das evtl. größte Vanadium-Projekt der Welt sind durchaus realistisch....
Das könnte ein Zock wert sein, wenngleich der Laden natürlich einen extrem unseriösen Eindruch macht.
Die CNF liegt schon im Depot. Die wollen das Projekt in den nächsten 3-6 Monaten voranbringen. Ein paar PNRR werde ich mir glaube ich auch noch gönnen....

DENVER, CO, Apr 14, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Pinnacle Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PNRR) announced today that it had received an encouraging report from Chris Wilson, operator of the Company's wholly owned South African subsidiary, Diamonaire.
The Diamonaire crew, utilizing a pair of newly designed Aqua-Tracks, over a four day period in February, uncovered and produced approximately 500 tons of gravel from the ocean floor underlying the surf zone at Bethel Bay located on the west coast of South Africa.
Ocean diamonds have been commercially recovered from the ocean floor underlying the deeper, calmer portions of the ocean having collected the discharge of rivers that over geologic time drained the inland diamond fields. The Aqua-Track mining method is a patented innovation that can recover diamonds from the previously inaccessible surf zone.
In March the mined gravel was delivered to concession owner Transhex for sorting at their De Punt processing plant for recovery of diamonds. The total yield was a spectacular 1,175 carats of gem-stone quality diamonds. This parcel of diamonds has been sent off for sizing, grading, and valuation. Management estimates that Diamonaire will realize a minimum of US$200,000 from its 55% cut of the gross selling price at the April diamond auction. Transhex, which owns the concession and is responsible for marketing the stones, receives 45 percent of the sales price. Transhex has advanced the Company Rand 600,000 (US$75,000) to cover Diamonaire's operating expenses until after the diamonds are sold at auction.
"While these results are excellent news," said Mr. Wilson, he went on to caution that "Bethel Bay is not a swimming pool but a difficult marine environment with ever-pounding waves and shifting cross currents. Therefore, we must fortify the equipment and install a caisson on one of the Aqua-Tracks in order to achieve continuous operations during the upcoming turbulent and often stormy winter months and to hopefully repeat the success that we had in February."
