Die warscheinlichkeit ist sehr hoch das einige die Aktie geshortet haben in den letzten 3 Monaten weil sie wussten das MRNJ Geld braucht und Verwässern mußte , dann kann es auch zu einem Short-Squeeze kommen , und um so mehr dort Short waren um so heftiger wird er dann auch .

Solche Aktien wie MRNJ bei den bekannt war das sie Geld brauchen um ihr Geschäft weiter auszubauen , werden ja gerne geshortet , weil ja da klar ist das der Kurs durch die Verwässerung runter geht .

Jetzt scheint es aber so , das sich da einige verspekuliert haben , weil die Aktie ohne News gut gestiegen ist , und einige die da Short sind werden versuchen sich noch halbwegs wieder einzudecken bevor sie noch weiter steigt .

Das Unternehmen ist noch nicht mal ein Jahr alt , erzielt schon einen kleinen Gewinn und hat seine Verbindlichkeiten um ca 30-40% reduziert , das hat man nicht so oft bei den Pink`s .

Der Markt für APP`s soll soll in den nächsten 2 jahren auf einen zweistelligen Mrd Umsatz ansteigen und Metatron wird sich auch einen Teil von dem großen Kuchen holen .

Imho, as I have said a few times on this board, I don't look at this company or stock as just another sloppy Pink story. In my DD, what tipped me off to that straightaway was their dilution strategy. Next to no Pink companies who up their share structure within their first year, will show any kind of restraint whatsoever and easily jack up their structure numbers toward 700M, if not 1B. They will also jack up their amount of holdings in restricted shares. Not this company. And why not? Imho, it's because they know what they have in their service offering, they know they are in the hottest business space around in ENABLING mobile content streaming (so that means as a main player in what they do, their pipe potential is unlimited with regard to all the content that is existing/combined with all that is being created everyday forward), they sell D2C (direct to consumer, which means their profit potential is only limited by consumer interest and choice), and they are connected tangentially to the behemoth AAPL (which holds all kinds of potentials in the future of say a year or two). So they've already proven that their thing is not trying to get rich on the backs of shareholders in the start-up phase and they will accept their rightful compensation as the company continues to grow into bigger profitability. So as Pinkies go, that is a highly unusual approach. And that's why this is not some perennial .00 or .000 anything. As said, they rev'd last year up to ~ .40 and at the time, with no revenues of course you will be taken back down to the ground. NO company will be allowed to get away with that. But, it's what happens next is what's important. How fast does the company get to revenues? What will be the dilution strategy? Now these questions have been answered and the result is beginning to show in the stock.

Yesterday was but the first day of what appears to be the beginning of a correction for the stock, so as I have also said, it's always one day at a time and no need to get ahead of anything. But. Facts are the facts, and the fact is this is the way in which corrections are usually done. First the takedown, then a fairly tight-windowed confirmed bottom, then not on news, but at the time and place of their choosing, the correction begins. Pretty textbook. As far as dollar talk, given my above reasoning, I do think FOR THIS STOCK, within a year or two, it certainly can be included within the realm of sane conversation. And mainly because of how management has chosen to go about their business, which makes all the difference in the world. And another part of support of that concept is what I believe will be a newly expanding LT shareholder base going forward. The people that Ms. Duff may be turning on to this company and stock, will be those who, if they like the company and are willing to invest, I believe will see the potential for at least a year out and have the means to be able to let their investment grow into the bigger profitability. Given how management has proven their conduct as a Pink lister (to-date), I think that's what helps open the doors here for that new LT base potential, which is how a stock does move to levels such a buck+ on its own steam.

Now as far as meeting anyone in Vegas or Cabo...I will be meeting NO ONE.

I took a look at the bloggers page on this stock. And we seem to agree on just about everything. Esp. that this is no dead cat bounce. So we'll just watch it unfold now and see where the market and investment community places fair value (and think: not just for today but the normal rule of investing thumb of 6 months out). Should be interesting to see where that is given all that's on the table.

The blogger claimed that the current resistance point to be 0165 and to me it appeared to be 017. So went and looked it up and he's mainly right although there was a spike on of 3 days up to 0167. But either way, the Friday close of 017 (which was a bid price while the offer was 0175) appears to be over the technical resistance point. Which certainly bodes well for achieving the next level up at least. The 50 looks like will be of no real help if that was their intention, given the close over the resistance level. VERY NICE. Here is a table of the price action related to this resistance level (in which I also included the bottoming):

In the table, it can also bee seen that it was but just 3/1 when the stock was at 04. So I would call that SP level well within reach here.

Where are we headed? As I mentioned a few days ago, my channel chart suggests that a range of 04 - 12 is in the mix. That's a pretty wide range, and which leaves room for market interpretation and surge volatility (which is as it should be). The green x's on the chart represent the range of channels I believe the stock should settle into after the full correction surge is realized. The black-lined channel is the main mo channel that was broken, off of the early Jan bottom attempt. Personally, for this stock, considering company status extant and potential, I think getting back to trading in that main channel and maybe even above, during surges, isn't out of the question at all. If looking 6mo out as most SP's should reflect, it's very reasonable in fact, imho. We'll see how she plays out. gl

Und das gute hier ist , das man noch von Anfang an dabei sein kann , die 100% die sie von ihrem tief bis jetzt gemacht hat ist so gut wie nix im vergleich zum Potenzial was sich hier auftut .

Wie ich ja schon gesagt hatte wurden die Shorter von dem Anstieg am Freitag ohne News überrascht , wenn nächste Woche genug Kaufdruck in die Aktie kommt rennt die auch mal ganz schnell weit über 100% .

Aber wenn wie du schreibst du ja eh einen Broker hast der dir die möglichkeit gibt in USA zu handeln , macht es ja nur den kleinen Unterschied das die Gebühren ein wenig höher sind als wenn man die Aktie in Deutschland handeln kann .

Das sollte aber kein Grund sein einen Einstieg in eine Aktie nicht in betracht zu ziehen , nur weil ein bißchen höhere Gebühren auf einen zu kommen , dem gegenüber stehen ja auch höhere Gewinne die man mit solchen Aktien erziehlen kann .

Vor was willst du warnen , hast du dir mal das Unternehmen und ihre Produkte angeschaut .

Garantiert nicht so wie bei den anderen vielen Aktien , bei dem du nur dummes Zeug schreibst , wenn du was sagen willst was dir an dem Unternehmen nicht gefällt dann schreibe es mit Quelle ansonsten unterlass dein dumm geposte.

Für voll nimmt dich doch eh schon lang keiner mehr , dafür bist du schon als dumm Poster bekannt .

Ruf einfach deinen Broker an und der soll die Aktie bei sich freischalten , gibst ihm die WKN oder US Nummer durch und den Namen der Aktie .

Habe ich sonst auch immer bei meinem anderen Broker machen müssen , dauert im schnitt ca 1-3 Tage bis die dan dort Handelbar ist .

Kann natürlich auch sein das es bei einigen wenigen Brokern nicht mal möglich ist dies zu machen , dann sollte man sich mal einen ordenlichen Broker suchen , Comdirect war ich auch mal kann man voll vergessen .

Ich sage nur Michael Jackson und die vielen anderen bekannten Künstler , über die MRNJ APP`s raus bringen wird .

Für das geringe Volumen im gegensatz du anderen Handelstagen , haben wir doch ne gute Kurssteigerung heute hin gelegt .

Erwarten tun das bestimmt einige , wenn die richtige NEWS kommt kann es schnell auch mal so gehn das die Aktie mehrere 100% steigt an einem Tag .

Ich bin von MRNJ überzeugt , habe in den vielen Jahren an den ich schon an der Börse bin einige hundert PINK/OTC werte gezockt , aber bis jetzt war keins dabei was wirklich in so kurzer Zeit schon ein operatives Geschäft mit sinkenden Verbindlichkeiten und steigenden Umsätzen und neuen Projekten hatte , so wie MRNJ hier .

Versprechen tun viele Unternehmen was , aber halten nur die aller wenigsten , was MRNj bis jetzt versprochen hat haben sie auch eingehalten .

Ich werde kein einzigtes Stück verkaufen bevor wir nicht die 10cent erreicht haben , danach werde ich vielleicht mal 10% verkaufen , den großteil ca 50-70% meiner Aktien lasse ich mal 1-2 Jahre laufen , denn ich denke mir das hier das meiste zu holen ist in einem längeren Zeitraum .

Darum hatte ich am Anfang schon gesagt 2 Positionen , eine zum Traden und eine für 1-2 Jahre , dann ist man immer auf der sicheren Seite .

Trotz Gewinnmitnahmen steigt sie weiter , ein Zeichen das viele Käufer ihre Hände aufhalten und die Shares der Verkäufer auffangen .

Three very big facts in play here: 1. small float and even smaller "effective" float. 2. Heavily shorted. What shorts do many times is set up their buy-backs in auto programs as triggers. If you saw yesterday, the second NITE let go of 01s in the PM session, some big buy V immediately piled in @ 02 and 021. Most likely an auto trigger. What smart money loves to do is come in and drive a price back up through all the auto triggers so they are all tripped. Short may have some number of shares set up at every penny for example. 3. The company is in their own wheelhouse now, having shored up some of their corporate structure issues of transparency and attention to shareholder value, and are growing into bigger revenues and bigger deals/much bigger opportunities going forward.

What should happen now by all rights, is the company should command a decent multiple according to 6mo out earnings projection. I do know this. The company reported in 2009 they had just 10 titles out there with no real key relationships solidified. Today they have ~700 titles out in the market, have reported realizing record revenue advances in recent months during Q1 and have secured some very high profile relationships with several top brand names in their field, one of whom is highly touted by Oprah Winfrey to her throng of constituency. It's all about where biggest money penny players will consider a stock or will disregard one. 02 is the area, when they see great mo in place, that shows the stock has built a solid foundation (esp coming off a properly formed bottom as in this case), and that next is exploring the upside from there. So this area becomes their bottom.

Without going into all the details, the config that is set up here right now has significance to smart money and some big potential for next week. Yesterday's BreakOut Stocks alert pretty much said it all:

sind alles gute news, das einzige was ich aber über die jahre an der börse gelernt habe ist, zu viel euphorie ist ein guter zeitpunkt zum verkauf. Hatte am Freitag meine Trade posi bei 0,019 verkauft, warte damit mal etwas weiter unten. Langfristig gesehen ist das ding immernoch eine große chance.

Ich verstehe dich , hier im Chat und in vielen anderen auch gibt es halt auch immer 2 extreme , welche die extrem Pushen so wie Mergerplay oder extrem Bashen so wie Csillagok , beides gefällt mir auch nicht da es bei einigen das Vertrauen in das Unternehmen schwächt und vieles nur als Zock gesehen wird , obwohl gute Chancen bestehen das es auch ein längerfristiges gutes Invest wird .

Bis jetzt kann sich aber keiner von den Investierten letzte Woche hier beschweren , alle sind im Plus die drine sind oder es waren egal welchen EK sie hatten .

OK guys...not a bad day as said in my earlier post. I'd actually rather have this red candle today. Why? Because if they like to keep their patterns in three's, the table is set now for a nice 3 day up-run that could just amaze us all. No matter what comes next, nice and healthy trade today. Second gc confirmed now in the 10/50MA. How about 6 of last 7 trading days 10M+ shares WHILE on an UPTREND since the bottom. Just plain nice. The story keeps building. MACD just 0001 away from the 001 level. STO's a very strong showing right here now over 90. All these stats were just NOWHERE to be found a little over a month ago. And we're now getting to the juicy part of the steak at this SP level. The stock just keeps proving it belongs higher, as we here on this board would agree.

As said, a very exciting time right now. Here's what I see. At first I was a a bit puzzled by this choice of resistance. Hmmm, I said. 021. And we all saw them set it up Friday. Once NITE cleared out of the 01s, big auto trigger buy V came in the very second 02 was offered up. Stock could have/should have easily run another penny before they ostensibly would have stepped in to beat it back. But they chose to kill it here instead. Why? I think the answer is in two places. 1. the 100MA. They knew they had to keep the SP as far away from there as possible. And this is about the last place to do that. Because I will tell you again, once that MA is broken, buckle up ALL the buckles. Fireworks should be ensuing next after that. My guess is 03 and 04 are the last two significant short forts that are set up with auto triggers, with 04 being the larger of those. Once the 100 is broken, whatever smart money
isn't already in should pile in with a vengeance. Not saying we don't see it before then, but, once the SP has the 100 back, there will little to do but get out of the way of the bullet train imho. And 2. If you look at the 1yr, there is a 12/23/09 major support low clocking in at 023.

Makes sense now doesn't it. But the good news is, once we pass this area, we take that major support out. Another piece to the puzzle and a big win. So another attempt to try to slow this train down. Not much success today once again I would offer. Sooner than later, this dam is going to give way. Too many people want in to this story now. Charts look too good, company is firing on all cylinders, they're connected to AAPL's success and the huge market of mobile devices in general, and they provide APP's. Since the beginning of April (35 days) MNRJ has released 62 IPAD and IPHONE apps.

62! 62! 62!

Most of these apps are bringing in $9.99 for each download. Many of the Health and Fitness Apps on Itunes are consistently ranked in the middle of the pack. What this means, IMO, is that they are selling $9.99 Apps DAILY! 35 days X $10 X 62 = $21700 X 12 Months = $260400! AND THAT IS IF THEY ONLY SOLD ONE OF EACH APP A DAY. :eekoes anybody really think they are only averaging 62 downloads a day with over 1,000,000 Ipads sold? FYI: There are only 74 Health and Fitness IPAD APPS and MRNJ has 11. That is not included the 700 +IPhone Apps (700 apps X $1 each X 365days = 255500!)that they sell on Itunes as well. Obviously, there is overhead costs and royalties involved, as well as some "lame duck" apps, but if they are selling these apps, which I believe they are, the money is coming in. And, it's coming in as fast as the apps are coming out IMO.

One other thought. Most other IPAD apps on ITunes cost about $1.99 to $4.99. MRNJ's are still $9.99 and they have yet to adjust the price (which they do). No price adjustment should hint to a high demand and no immediate need to lower the price to attract buyers.

Of course, all this basic math is speculative, but isn't that why we are here?

Also ich für meinen Teil stocke mein Depot auf , bei jeder Kaufgelegenheit die sich mir bietet , ich war noch nie von einem PINK so überzeugt .

Vielleicht sind die geposteten Kurse von 1-2 Dollar in 1-2 Jahren garnicht so unrealistisch , wenn die Zahlen vom 1Q draussen sind kann sich ja jeder ungefähr ausrechnen was MRNJ so im Jahr verdient und wenn sie weiter so gute Arbeit machen und wachsen , dann werden sie von Jahr zu Jahr mehr Gewinn machen und das wird sich auch im Kurs wiederspiegeln .

So langsam könnten die mal die Katze aus dem Sack lassen!
Die Zahlen sind doch schon längst fällig,Oder nicht.

Wenn heute wieder rote zweistellige Prozentzahlen kommen sollten muss ich mich leider verabschieden von der Aktie.

Aber bei meinen Glück kommen am Montag die Zahlen und die Aktie steigt wieder um 50 Prozent.

Nein die Zahlen brauchen noch ein wenig , MRNJ hat viel zu tun .
MRNJ wird einige Zeit vor den Zahlen wieder steigen nicht erst kurz davor .

Ich mache mir da keine so große Gedanken wann nun genau die Zahlen kommen , ich bin und bleibe investiert mit allen 2 Positionen .


Es ist meistens so das wenn alle auf die Zahlen warten sie nicht kommen und wenn keiner darauf wartet kommen soe plötzlich und dann steigt die Aktie um so mehr weil nicht viele Investiert sind aber viele rein wollen .

Verstehe dich schon , aber wer kein Risiko eingeht kann auch keine großen Gewinne machen , so ist das nun mal in der Wirtschaft .

Ich kaufe weiter nach wenn sie noch tiefer gehen sollte , habe mittlerweilen schon 500k , und werde versuchen auf 1 Mio aufzustocken wenn sich Kaufgelegenheiten bieten .


Ist doch nur Geld , entweder wir vermehren es oder wir verlieren es .

Wenn einige Anleger aus den vermeintlich sicheren Aktien aus den großen Börsen Nasdaq , Dow u. Dax u.v.a raus gehen suchen sie möglichkeiten ihr Geld trotzdem zu vermehren und dann kommt wieder die zeit der PINK und OTC Werte .

Noch mal zu der Frage von einem User hier warum MRNJ am Anfang so gefallen ist .


Wie so oft haben neue Unternehmen wenig Geld auch MRNJ hatte diese Problem , sie haben am Anfang neue Aktien raus gebracht um an Geld zu kommen und um i-mobilize zu erwerben ende letzten Jahres , und seit dem läuft das operative Geschäft von Monat zu Monat besser und es wird immer mehr Umsatz gemacht der jetzt ohne Verwässerung Geld in die Kasse von MRNJ bringt .

Was sie ja auch brauchen denn sie wollen ja eine Bibliothek für 5 Mio erwerben , dies wurde vor einigen Wochen in einer PR angekündigt .

The chart is a thing of beauty, and apps are flying out the door.

For the chartists -- I usually focus mainly on the simple moving averages, but check out the 20 EMA. MRNJ seems to follow that -- and today was the bounce.

Die von dir genannte Aktie ist aber nur auf ca 0,04 gelaufen , ich denke hier wird es Woche für Woche und Monat für Monat höher gehen und auch mal ein wenig zurück und dann wird hier unerwartet auch mal ein großer Run in kurzer Zeit einsetzen .

Sounds like to me, we've got a company that is the real deal that is going somewhere fast, not hoping to capitalize on the hype of one or two popular apps. Ist irgendwie komisch , gib mal bei google "MRNJ Yahoo" ein und klicke dann da mal drauf , da zeigt er mir die richten Kurse an , erst kommt kurz 0,02 dann der richtige Kurs 0,0189.

Ansonsten probiere es mal mit nem anderen Browser .
