Agreement Further Expands Product and Property Relationship Announced in 2003
PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2004--Emerson Radio (AMEX:MSN - News), with Nickelodeon, a division of Viacom (NYSE:VIA - News), announced today they had entered into an additional three-year agreement further expanding the license agreement entered into in 2003.
Singing along to your favorite songs and capturing memorable moments will soon be even more enjoyable with the addition of two new product categories to Emerson`s Nickelodeon portfolio. The current line of SpongeBob SquarePants(TM) televisions and portable audio products will be supplemented by the addition of karaoke machines, and 35mm and single-use cameras. The new products in these categories will combine Emerson`s product quality and customer service with the appeal of SpongeBob SquarePants(TM) and other Nickelodeon properties such as The Fairly OddParents(TM), Jimmy Neutron(TM) and Blue`s Clues. Additionally, Dora the Explorer(TM) has been added to the stable of Nickelodeon properties for all product categories, including audio and video.
