Sieht aus wie irgendein Zeitungsreport oder Interview nichts wirklich interessantes aber zum Background von rjk und habe gesehen dass das PP bei RJK auf jetzt fast 600k erhöht wurde.

Glenn Kasner's RJK Explorations Ltd. (RJK), unchanged at 17.5 cents on 22,000 shares, says it will commence exploration at its recently acquired Maude Lake gold property in Northern Ontario this year. RJK's shareholders are undoubtedly hoping for a drill program with exciting assays, and Mr. Kasner, president and CEO does dangle the possibility in front of the market -- smothered in Howe Street fudge. He says the company "intends to complete" its data compilation "in order to make an interpretive determination for a drill program later this year."

Mr. Kasner points out that the Maude Lake property, just north of Kirkland Lake, received $11-million worth of work from the 1980s to the early 2000s, including nearly 50,000 metres of drilling, as well as stripping for an open pit and underground development. He says that work had ceased by 2005, adding that the property "missed any interest all through the previous gold cycle." Maude Lake has a historical resource estimate of 510,000 tonnes averaging 8.5 grams of gold per tonne to the 220-metre level and Mr. Kasner thinks there is plenty of potential beyond that. He says that calculations in the mid-1990s -- also historical and non-compliant -- suggested anther 283,000 tonnes at 7.5 grams per tonne were present below 220 metres.

At last report Mr. Kasner had an agreement with RJK that the company would pay him $120,000 per year for services in lieu of a salary, but the payments have been "accrued" rather than "paid" since 2012. The Kasner clan has had a long involvement with RJK -- which bears the initials of Robert J. Kasner, who founded the company in the 1980s. That Mr. Kasner turned the company over to the current Mr. Kasner in 2008. Amanda Kasner, another generation of the family, took her place with the company a few years later. She is now the chief financial officer and a director.

RJK EXPLORATIONS LTD. COMPLETES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

RJK Explorations Ltd. has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units, raising gross proceeds of $575,000. Under the terms of the offering, five million units were sold at a price of 11.5 cents per unit, each unit comprising one Class A subordinate voting share of the corporation and one Class A subordinate voting share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional Class A subordinate voting share for up to two years at a price of 20 cents per warrant share during the first year of the term and at a price of 30 cents during the second year of the term.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for mineral exploration, property option agreement payments and general corporate purposes. The securities issued are subject to a four-month statutory hold period and a TSX Venture Exchange hold period, each expiring on Dec. 11, 2016.

Grossaktionär bei Globex dank euch Willam Crystalsonic Urpferdchen und die anderen ,werde ich sehr gut informiert und wenn Globex einen Rücksetzer macht wird gekauft ,ich selbst habe nur wenig oder gar keine Ahnung vom Minengeschäft, Also der Grossaktionär ist in Wirklichkeit nur ein billiger Kraftfahrer ,der nach 21 Jahren im gleichen laden verkauft wurde ,somit kein Urlaubsgeld ,kein Weihnachtsgeld mehr bekommt ,damit sich ein anderer mit meiner Tüchtigkeit und Kollegen die Taschen voll stoppen kann . Update Royalty Differenz ofolgt asap

Hallo Gemeinde,

Jack hatte geschrieben und war von dem Mittelsmann bei dem damaligen Deal nicht sehr angetan er ist dran und schaut sich die Differenz von Seans Aussagen vs der Angaben auf unserer Homepage an und gibt mir dann zeitnah Bescheid. Update folgt und hier Jacks Antwort. Ach und die Schweizer können wohl sehr viel aber das mit dem Internet in den hohen Bergen naja :-) :-) :-)

Ich grüsse Euch, leider immer noch aus dem Internet-Café. Ich wurde auf Mittwoch vertröstet, dann soll es bei mir zuhause wieder klappen.

Die Frage wegen der Differenz der Royalty mit Rogue wurde an Jack schon mal gestellt. Er bestätigte die 1% für Globex. Wie es scheint, hat Globex nur eine Vermittlerrolle gespielt bei diesem Deal und die Differenz geht an den offiziellen Verkäufer Fiducie Adanke, welche auch den Grossteil der Aktien erhalten.

Habs gefunden. Die Frage wegen der Differenz der Royalty wurde Anfang Jahr gestellt.

Es wäre nicht schlecht wenn Globex in ein paar Jahren zwischen 1,5 -2,5 Euro stehen würde ,die Eier sind zum größten Teil dort im Körbchen .

PFS in Q4-2016 für Authier und Mining Lizenz, Abnahme Verträge und Finale FS!!!!!

Brisbane, Australia (ABN Newswire) - Sayona Mining Limited (ASX:SYA) (OTCMKTSMNXF) ("Sayona" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of the Authier Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS").

The PFS will assess the development potential of a simple, low strip ratio, open-cut mining operation and processing facility producing spodumene concentrate.

Highlights:

- New phase of development with the commencement of a PFS, results due in 4th quarter 2016

- PFS to determine optimal project configuration, capital and operating costs

- Authier project benefits from excellent supporting infrastructure, well understood mining and metallurgical characteristics

The PFS will be prepared by SGS Canada and Bumigeme who together have significant experience and expertise in all aspects of lithium resource definition, mining, processing and infrastructure requirements in Quebec. The PFS will assess the technical and economic viability of developing the Authier project, and expands on the Authier NI43-101 Technical Report, Preliminary Economic Assessment, completed in 2013.

The PFS will be based on a JORC Mineral Resource derived from 123 diamond historical drill holes totalling about 15,000 metres, and more than 2,143 assays for lithium. The independently prepared Authier JORC Mineral Resource, is summarised in Table 1 (see link below).

The PFS will also draw on three other work programs currently underway, including:

1. A metallurgical study at SGS Lakefield to provide new data for process engineering studies. This will include flotation and dense media separation testing;

2. A process engineering study to identify enhancements and optimisation of the process flow-sheet, and to estimate the capital and operating costs; and

3. A resource definition and extension drilling program, including an updated JORC mineral resource estimate.

Corey Nolan, Chief Executive Officer, commented "The PFS will provide important technical and financial information about the project for shareholders, and supporting discussions with potential of-takers, equipment suppliers, financiers and regulatory organisations. On completion of the PFS, the Company plans to progress towards completing a Definitive Feasibility Study, Mining Licence applications, and product offtake contracts".

Key components of the PFS will, include:

- Geological and geotechnical characterisation and resource assessment;

- Mine plan and design;

- Process plant design;

- Infrastructure requirements, including transport, power and water supply; and

- Market assessment and financial evaluation.

The PFS will identify the optimal project configuration, capital and operating costs, and the single go forward scenario for the Definitive Feasibility Study to be completed in the first half of 2017. The PFS study results are expected to be available in the 4th quarter 2016.

The Company believes that the feasibility of developing an operation to extract the Authier lithium resource has a number of distinctive competitive advantages which will form the basis of a fast-tracked PFS:

- Simple low-cost mining operation at low waste stripping ratio;

- Proven processing methodology from extensive testing, based on simple spodumene mineralogy, including recovery into saleable spodumene concentrate; and

- Unique position in respect of development infrastructure including roads, power, water, rail, gas, and labour.

Other Project Related Activities

In parallel with the fast-tracked PFS work program, the Company is working with a number of consulting groups to establish work programs for environmental permitting, indigenous and community relations, and the mining license application.

The Company is also continuing discussions with parties interested in securing a highquality spodumene concentrate for further processing into value-added products for the global battery markets.
