Jetzt kann es wieder losgehen!

Weil zu starker Verlust, habe ich nicht verkauft und die Ergebnisse aus Namibia abgewartet. Wird sich wohl lohnen.

AGM Meeting 30.Nov. 2015

The project operator Tullow is negotiating with a farminee for drilling in EL 37 and
Pancontinental itself is seeking to divest part of its interest for cash. Such divestments
are normal and are used in the industry to manage risk, as is particularly necessary
in the current industry climate.

In EL 37 the joint venture will continue the process of selecting a drilling site from
the various prospect alternatives, and we expect that drilling planning will commence
in 2016 with a well in that year or early 2017. Tullow needs to exercise its option to
drill by end-March 2016 and we fully expect that this will happen.

Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL (“Pancontine
ntal”) requests an immediate trading
halt in respect of its securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:
(a)
Pancontinental is seeking the tradin
g halt pending the making of an
announcement to the market in relation to a capital raising;
(b)
Pancontinental is seeking the trading halt to assist in maintaining an
orderly market in the trading of the
company’s securities and managing
its disclosure obligations;
(c)
Pancontinental requests the trading halt until the earlier of the
commencement of trading on Friday 4 December 2015 or
Pancontinental releasing an announcement to the market concerning
the capital raising; and
(d)
Pancontinental is not aware of any
reason why the trading halt should
not be granted.

Da werden wohl am Montag noch einige versuchen auf den losfahrenden Zug aufzuspringen.

Nur eine Frage der Zeit bis der PPS abgeht... bei dem jetzigen Stand des Kurses dürfte dies jetzt mit dem Absegnen der Bohrung durch Tullow ein Selbstläufer werden.... also ich bin ganz zuversichtlich für die kommenden Monate

geht mir gleich. Bin zur Zeit auch happy habe gleich zwei selbstläufer im Depot und das hier wird wohl der dritte werden

Galp won the block in a runoff against Tullow and AZINAM (a switched on private explorer). There were seven initial applicants.
