      Hi
First let me apologize. I was traveling when I received your email and somehow I must of deleted it somewhere along the line.
      As regards your questions:
      1) I recently had a meeting with Queenston and there was no interest expressed to dispose of their 50% interest. In fact Globex presented a budget and drill program for the next phase of work and it was immediately approved. We will move forward once the snow is all gone and the land dries out.
      2) We are indeed working on a NI 43-101 Technical Report on the entire Chibougamau property package in addition to the one already completed on the Berrigan Au-Ag-Zn deposit. We have just completed deep penetration Induced Polarization surveys on a number of areas although we had to stop before getting all that we wanted done due to poor ice conditions. We have interest in the project and in fact have a conference call on it at 10AM this morning with an interested party. At the same time, our lawyer has reinitiated work on the spin out. The spin out will of course be governed by market conditions. As you know presently and in fact for the last year or so market conditions have been poor. I want to do the spin out but I do not wish to do it at a price that is not beneficial to shareholders. Let's see as we move forward. We hope to have the report completed within the next month and one half.
      3) As to other priorities they will be governed by available funds and personnel. Our chief geologist will be out of commission at the end of May as he is going to get a hip replaced. We have hired a new senior project geologist and interviewed a junior geologist yesterday. We have a drill program defined for our Turner Falls rare earths property, and wish to do more drilling and/or geophysics and geology on our Tavernier, Tonnancour, Lyndhurst and Courville properties. This is in addition to work on numerous other projects to numerous to mention. It looks like it may be a very busy field season. In addition we are trying to acquire a number of projects that we think will add significant value to the company. I know we have a lot already but if we get them you will see why we are going after them . This has been going on for quite a while and is frustratingly complex but if Globex succeeds we should be rewarded for the effort.
Anyway thanks for the continued interest and support. I know it must be as frustrating for other shareholders as it is for me and I am truly unhappy that I have not been able to get the market to recognize the intrinsic long term value of Globex in the current market depression regarding junior stocks.
      Best regards
      Jack.

In early 2007, an agreement in principal was reached with Agregats R-N to test and if advisable, mine the #1 Copper-Silica Zone. Twenty-one shallow holes totaling 2,000 metres were drilled and assayed. The copper-silica mineralization was intersected and the data was compiled in the first quarter of 2008.

During 2008, line cutting and an advanced, deep sensing, induced polarization (IP), resistivity and magnetotelluric resistivity (MT) survey contract was completed with Quantec Geoscience Inc. This Titan 24 survey covered the previously shallowly mined Lyndhurst shaft area as well as Globex’s deep massive sulphide “Moses Zone” discovery. Review and compilation, was completed on the known shallow massive sulphide mineralization in the area of the Lyndhurst shaft. In the area of the # 1 Copper Silica Zone, stripping, mapping and sampling was completed. In the fourth quarter diamond drilling was started in the area of the old mine, based upon the results of the compilation work. In total 8 diamond drill holes representing 2,942 meters of work was completed, prior to year end. Also, at year end, an airborne gravity survey was conducted by Bell Geospace over the Lyndhurst Mine and Moses Zone areas.

In 2009, the area of the # 1 Copper Silica Zone, located 250m east of the former Lyndhurst shaft, was mapped in detail and channel sampling was done. The best channel assay was 1160 g/t Ag over 1.5 m, further stripping is planned. Costs for this work are covered under an agreement with Agregat RN Inc.

      In 2010
A small, 2km, Deep time domain IP survey test was performed to provide comparative geophysical data relative to other types of IP surveys performed over the property in the past. Results confirmed the validity of anomalies detected from the earlier surveys and showed them to extend to depth to at least 600m to 700m depths.

      In 2011
A 56.5 ln km dipole-diploe IP survey at 100m line separating was completed over the property covering a strike length of approximately 4.5km extending westward immediately along strike from the know Lyndhust/Moses Zone VMS occurrences. This survey work was successful in tracing several known mineralized trends including the historic Beattie zinc stringer zone where select grab samples assayed 6.6% Zn and 8.0% Zn. The wide array IP in this area suggests continuation to depth and the probability for additional drilling.

      Conclusion
A full review and integration of this latest geophysical data with the known geologic mineralized occurrences is in progress, the results of which will define the extent of drilling to be determined for 2012.

      rauskopiert aus Stockhouse:

Q&A with Globex Mining Enterprises (T.GMX) President and CEO Jack Stoch

Can you describe your company and say what it does?

Globex Mining Enterprises (TSX: T.GMX, Stock Forum) is a diversified exploration and development company focused on the acquisition and advancement of North American assets. We target the frugal acquisition of undervalued mineral assets, do work to confirm project potential and then either option the asset to third parties or continue working on them ourselves.

What distinguishes your company from others in your space?

Many things. First is the sheer number of assets. We have over 125 property interests. Second is the diversity. We have a large number of precious metal properties but also a stable of polymetallic projects, specialty metals and minerals as well as industrial minerals. Lastly, we make money from option and royalties, which has allowed us to keep our number of issued shares extremely low. We have only 22.7 million shares outstanding, have money in the bank and no debt. We also own all of our assets.

Please explain why you have chosen to acquire so many mineral properties throughout North America? Any plans to explore overseas?

We chose to own so many assets because we understand the risks of the business and realize that the chances of any individual project succeeding in becoming a mine are small. We are very good at acquiring assets and maintaining them until we can option them. The name of the game is to create value for your shareholder and what better way is there in this high-risk business than betting on a large number of assets.

      What are your flagship projects?

We have a very large number of very good projects. We recently announced a PEA on our large Timmins area talc/magnesia project. Twenty-year gross revenue is projected at almost $2.6 billion with an after tax IRR of approximately 20%. Also have a number of great gold projects, base metal discoveries and a very interesting manganese/iron project in New Brunswick. In total we have over 40 properties with former production or historical or NI 43-101 resources, so we have a lot of what could easily be termed flagship properties.

What are the main challenges that you face in operating your business?

We have many challenges but probably the greatest is shifting government laws and policies. Maintaining a good current level of funding can periodically be a challenge as we rely in large part on income from option partners and when markets turn negative they can find it difficult to meet their obligations to us thereby reducing our revenue stream.

      Who are your competitors?

Everybody and nobody. Lots of firms compete with us for assets but we are pretty good at what we do thus the previous phrase.

Who are the major shareholders of Globex Mining Enterprises?

The largest shareholders of Globex are Dianne and I at just under 16%. A couple funds and a number of private individuals hold blocks of 500,000 to 1.2 million shares each.

How much cash do you have on hand and what is your monthly cash burn rate?

We have over $4 million in cash, term deposits and shares of other companies. Our burn rate varies between $125,000 and $150,000 per month. Remember that we have royalty and option income, which last year was about $4 million.

Who are the key players on your management team?

It is going to sound old fashioned but all of our team are key. We have overlapping specialties for continuity and safety sake but every employee provides Globex with important and timely input that allows us to do what we do.

What kind of experience do the directors and managers bring to the table?

You name it we’ve got it. We have several geologists, a mineral economist, a financial analyst, a smelter accountant and various other specialties through various project managers and consultants. We are extremely fortunate to have such a diverse, talented and dedicated team.
