      A Mighty Oak Tree
      (ABCOURT MINES)
      March 5, 2006
      By Lorenzo Montana
      ‘Now that the cattle are quiet and that you’ve eaten your beans and bacon and all them other vittles you can handle, you young whippersnappers, come gather ‘round the campfire and listen to ‘Ole Lorenzo’ tell the story of a small silver zinc mine which is destined to become huge and make us all rich. Remember here that a mighty oak tree begins as a small acorn.
      When I was a kid (more than fifty years ago), I recall adults around me complaining and whining about how life is so hard for the little guy…saying such as ‘it’s not what you know, but whom you know’, ‘the rich get richer and the poor get children (poorer)’, or the fatalist ‘we were born to be poor’, and so on, ad nauseam. This attitude probably turns most people off. It does me. Obviously, I have no sympathy whatsoever with these attitudes. And rightly so. You and I too can become rich; and if we never do, it will be our own damned fault!
      I don’t know about other countries, but in Canada and the U.S. today, anyone, even someone with no savings at all, can walk into a bank and borrow $1000 and open a discount brokerage account. That’s no big deal. The banks are very accommodating. As a matter of fact, even if you are a covetous environmentalist you can get that loan and invest the money in a good mining company instead of bitching and whining about one.
      Now, it’s a matter of what you do with that $1000 that will make the difference. If you choose to blow it on wine, women and song, or drugs and Z-Mart junk, whose damned fault is it going to be that you’ve remained poor? You could have invested that money wisely, made it grow and you could have become one of those rich guys whose money you covet.
      Well, I have news for you ‘little guys’ (and big guys who want to get bigger)…We have been in a commodities bull market for the last 5 years and, as the best economic minds figure it, it’s due to last another 10 to 15 years.
      Silver, gold, zinc, oil, uranium, and molybdenum will be the biggest wealth builders over that period and mostly in that order. Silver and gold are money and the other commodities are essential elements of growth in fast-developing nations like China, India, and the others. We’ll make money on our cattle too if you don’t run them ragged or stampede them over a cliff on the way to market!
      Conversely, all paper money denominated assets will be losers because of the woes of the US dollar. What does that mean? It means stay out of the stock market, bonds, and Certificates of Deposit (CD’s), bank savings accounts (save in silver and gold coin). It means stay ‘out of unproductive debt’ and ‘away from large variable rate mortgages’. It’s just common sense.
      Now, where to put that money so it doubles in the next few weeks or months?! I would say that what you need is to find a company that fits the bill. Say, a silver/zinc mining company with gold assets too…
      $1 billion in economically mineable assets (silver, zinc gold), unhedged and no debt;
      open-pittable with a near-surface ore body (5 areas with varying ratios of silver to zinc…provides flexibility to mine ores in greater demand);
      with an upgrading in resources and a feasibility study coming soon, April I suspect;
      a former producer who was wise enough to put the mining on care and maintenance during the hard times of low prices and surviving for 15/20 years without diluting the company shares (fully diluted only 43M shares…compare that with its peers!); if I were a betting man, I would say management surely has a well thought out development plan in the works…one that can produce growth without dilution of shares down the road;
      located at the ‘forks’ of two major historical gold-producing breaks (the Porcupine-Destor break extending from Timmins, Ont. and the Larder Lake-Cadillac break extending from Kirkland Lake, Ont., both running through Rouyn-Noranda and Val-d’Or). (Note here that Agnico-Eagle seems to be buying out a lot of property in the area)…and the names say
      it all: Timmins, Kirkland Lake, Rouyn-Noranda and Val-d’Or are all outstanding in mining;
      whose deposits (reserves or resources) and great exploration potential are located in the safest possible governmental jurisdictions with respect to property rights… (I am thinking of Canada… the Canadian economy is heavily dependent on a successful mining industry)…no Mugabe/Zim stuff here;
      where a mining company gets the most favorable tax treatment possible (Quebec returns 40% of development expenses) as reported by the Fraser Institute recently (the company has $7M of tax credits applicable to future taxable capital gains and income);
      whose majority of shares (30%) are family held (strong hands); (the business survived 20 difficult years of low commodity prices);
      with $12 M in infrastructure in place at their Abcourt-Barvue silver zinc mine and another $12 M in infrastructure at their Elder gold mine plus all supporting infrastructure roads, bridges, hydro, water, with towns close by, with local population support (Val d’Or historical mining region of Quebec, not very far away from world class mines such as Goldcorp’s Virginia);
      with shares still selling under 50 cents (but not for much longer for there are only a few good ones left at that price)…big discount to Net Asset Value and unlimited potential for gains (check past price history with a high around $5.00)…note that many larger cap company stocks sell at a high premium above the Net Asset Value… (Yes, it has doubled+ but there is much more to come);
      which is well-known and well-promoted (advertised on most silver investment websites such as silverstrategies.com and gold-eagle.com and recently listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange)
      which is proving up its resources and reserves and, because it is small, can go into production more quickly than a large cap and take advantage of higher metal prices more quickly;
      whose management is experienced, dedicated and successful with an historical track record that is unbeatable!
      ‘ARRRGH!’ you say, ‘there is no such silver zinc mine!’ - ‘Hold it,’ I say, you young whippersnappers, ‘there is!!!!!’
      ‘Quick, tell me…what is the name and trading symbol?’, you ask’ – Ah, not so fast, you greedy, little fellas...as you know I am just the trail boss on this here cattle drive… I am not a ‘qualified’ investment analyst and I am not a broker; therefore, legally I must warn you to do your own DUE DILIGENCE’. I will not and do not take responsibility for anyone’s investment decisions! It’s your baby. Do your homework and study the company before you invest. But as an experienced investor, I believe this one is a sure moneymaker!
      The name is Abcourt and the trading symbol is ABI.V. In ‘Ole Lorenzo’s opinion it’s a 10 bagger. I reckon that’s a keeper!
      ‘What’s that you say, eh?’ (That’s Canadian for ‘What did you say?’)
      ‘I said, ABCOURT (ABI.V)!
      A small company with a CANDO attitude and big prospects!
      THEIR LOCATION
      And there is much more yet! Check out their website: www.abcourt.com
      What more does one want for 48 cents per share as of March 9, 2006?
      ‘Ole Lorenzo’ has written this entirely on his own and it is entirely his opinion. He has not been paid or compensated in any way to write this. He has interviewed company officials and they seem to smile a lot when we talk about the size of the resources.
      I do own stock in the company and I shall buy more and hang on to it very profitably for a very long time. One more thing before I ‘git on my hi hoss’, Don’t miss this one! Happy trails to all of you! Tonto say ‘Ekose’…Cree for ‘I have spoken’.
      Hi Ho Silver, Away!

      schauen wir mal wo da beira in ein paar wochen steht!

      Man sollte sich nur mal vor Augen halten, wie lange und wie schwer es ist eine Mine zu bauen! Abcourt hat 2 davon!;)

      De Beira hat eine MArketcap von 700 Mio EURO!!!!!!!!!

      Wie soll man das rechtfertigen????:confused::confused::confused:

      Da fuehle ich mich bei einem ¨richtigen¨ Minenunternehmen wie Abcourt besser aufgehoben, auch wenn ich in Bezug auf Performance im Moment auf der falschen Seite stehe!

      Das wird sich aber aendern sobald die De Beira Blase platzt!

      Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 22.099.521 von Eskobar69 am 13.06.06 20:01:46Ja, das ist hammerhart was hier gerade wieder so läuft... Aber für mich, der ich Abcourt schon länger auf der Watchlist habe, ein richtiger Glücksfall (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes)... :rolleyes:

      Es sei denn, das was gerade an den Märkten passiert ist der Anfang vom Ende - und der Zusammenbruch "von's Janze" läuft gerade schon, nur ohne dass wir es bislang geschnallt haben... :confused:

      Hoffe aber mal (bzw. noch) nicht und werde daher jetzt kaufen...

      Viel Glück allen!

      -31 Prozent an einem Tag...
      Was soll man da noch sagen?
      Wenn´s nur auch so schnell wieder aufwärts gehen würde...
      Es ist zum Weinen...
      Hoffe, es hat sich damit so langsam "auskorrigiert"...
      Wenn es sich um miese Aktien handeln würde könnte ich es noch verstehen....

      Sicher darf man nach einigen Hundert Prozent korrigieren.
      Ist nur für die doof, die nicht diese "einige Hundert Prozent" Gewinn im Portfolio stehen haben bzw. hatten und erst später eingestiegen sind... und jetzt langsam leicht nervös werden.
      Da bracht man momentan schon ne dicke Kuhhaut.
