Anaconda sets all time record annual production @ 16,080ozs
Slowly, but surely, Dustin's plan for the development of the current ANX project areas, is crystallizing into record metrics. With the continued acquisition of near-ready development properties, I can envision Anaconda hitting a 100,000 ozs./year of gold production within the next 5-10 years, including a pipeline of grassroot exploration and development projects. For those buying now and/or have been buying ANX stock over the past 3-4 years and intend to go long with it, a bottom-basement investment opportunity like this only comes around once or twice in an investor's lifetime. Beat the bank, buy ANX and hold!

Anaconda processes 3.08 g/t Au sample at Stog'er Tight
2016-06-07 07:38 ET - News Release
Mr. Dustin Angelo reports
ANACONDA MINING OUTLINES HIGH GRADE MINERALIZATION AND PROCESSES A 3.08 G/T SAMPLE FROM THE EAST ZONE OF THE STOG'ER TIGHT PROJECT
Anaconda Mining Inc. has recently outlined and processed 7,880 tonnes of high-grade ore from the East zone, which is thought to be the continuation of the Stog'er Tight deposit (see press release of Dec. 17, 2015). The Company processed the High-Grade Sample along with 2,111 tonnes of relatively lower-grade ore (the "Processed Sample") from the eastern portion of the Stog'er Tight Deposit to produce a mill head grade of 3.08 grams per tonne ("g/t") gold, nearly double the grade currently coming from the Pine Cove Pit. Mill recovery of the Processed Sample was 83.2%, yielding a total of 823.6 ounces of gold. The Processed Sample was excavated over several days, trucked 3.5 kilometres to the Pine Cove mill and processed from May 8th through May 15th. The recovered gold generated $1.3M in revenue.
Dustin Angelo, CEO of Anaconda, states, "Because of the robust grade in this sample, we were able to generate 823.6 ounces in just a week, which is approximately two and a half times our typical production rate. The results demonstrate the tremendous leverage our operation can get from higher-grade ore. We see potential to find more high-grade ore in the East Zone along strike of this high-grade area and at depth. Our near-term efforts will concentrate on outlining more of this zone, as well as other sources of high-grade resources, and processing the ore to maximize gold production and profits."
The High-Grade Sample was outlined by percussion drilling during recent exploration efforts. It was intersected in 6 of 13 holes (Exhibit B) over a strike length of approximately 40 metres and to a depth of 10 metres. During excavation, the Company discovered a fault zone (the "Fault Zone") that appears to be a geologic feature constraining the area in the East Zone containing the High-Grade Sample (the "High-Grade Area"). The High-Grade Area is south of the Fault Zone and remains open along strike to the southeast and at depth. The Company is planning another diamond and percussion drill program at Stog'er Tight aimed at following the strike and depth extents of the High-Grade Area.
Highlights of the percussion drill program are as follows:
Hole ID Interval (m)* Grade (g/t)* From (m) To (m)
BNp-16-30 8 6.49 1 9
BNp-16-31 9 8.93 0 9
BNp-16-32 9 4.12 0 9
BNp-16-33 7 5.26 0 7
BNp-16-34 6 1.74 1 7
BNp-16-35 7 2.94 0 7
Percussion holes BNp-16-27 to BNp-16-29 and BNp-16-36 to BNp-16-38 did not intersect significant mineralization. Percussion drill intervals are estimated to be ~60-100% of the true width.
Diamond Drill Results
In February and March, the Company drilled nine, shallow diamond drill holes totaling 489 metres in the East Zone, north of the Fault Zone, to test the possible near-surface easterly extension of the Stog'er Tight Deposit (Exhibit B). Eight of nine holes intersected the expected alteration typical of Stog'er Tight mineralization, but only two holes intersected significant mineralization. Hole BN-16-252 intersected 7 metres of 0.55 g/t Au from 31 to 38 metres and BN-16-253 intersected 2 metres of 2.73 g/t Au from 32 to 34 metres. The eastern portion of the Stog'er Tight Deposit still remains open at depth.
A tenth diamond drill hole (BN-16-251) was drilled south of the High-Grade Sample, but did not intersect significant mineralization. Subsequent to the diamond drill program, the percussion drill program (described above) intersected the High-Grade Area of the East Zone and resulted in the recognition of the Fault Zone.
Overview of the Stog'er Tight Deposit
The Stog'er Tight Deposit is located 3.5 kilometres from the Pine Cove mill along the existing mine road. The Deposit contains a 43-101-compliant resource, including an Indicated Resource of 204,100 tonnes with a grade of 3.59 g/t Au (23,540 oz Au) and an Inferred Resource of 252,000 tonnes with a grade of 3.27 g/t Au (26,460 oz Au) using a cut-off grade of 0.8 g/t Au (see Company's news release dated October 22, 2015). The Deposit is characterized by intense carbonate, albite, and pyrite alteration of gabbroic rocks with gold, strongly associated with pyrite, which is similar to the Pine Cove Deposit. The geological characteristics of Stog'er Tight are found in a much larger area around the Deposit that is approximately 1.5 kilometres long by 0.5 kilometres wide. Besides the East, West and Gabbro Zones, several other zones of alteration and mineralization have been identified throughout the greater Stog'er Tight area, indicating the potential for further discovery.
This news release has been reviewed and approved by Paul McNeill, P. Geo., VP Exploration with Anaconda Mining Inc., a "Qualified Person", under National Instrument 43-101 Standard for Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
All samples are collected using QA/QC protocols including the regular insertion of duplicates, standards and blanks within the sample batch for analysis. All samples quoted in this release are analyzed at Eastern Analytical Ltd. in Springdale, NL, for Au by fire assay (30g) with an AA finish.
*Percussion drill samples and composited intervals are not as reliable as diamond drill core samples. All samples quoted in this press release including QA/QC protocols. The Company has not, however, completed sufficient tests to determine the exact potential for gold contamination from sample to sample within a given drill hole - a potential issue inherent in the percussion drilling technique. The percussion drill results are, however, considered significant and, based on the results of the Processed Sample and geological mapping at the excavated zone, are considered generally representative of the Processed Sample.

Mr. Dustin Angelo reports
ANACONDA MINING SELLS OVER 16,000 OUNCES OF GOLD IN FISCAL 2016; GENERATES OVER $24M IN REVENUE; SETS ANNUAL PRODUCTION RECORDS
Anaconda Mining Inc. has released certain financial and operating results from the fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended May 31, 2016. During the fourth quarter, the Company sold 4,253 ounces of gold and generated $6,875,371 in revenue at an average sales price of $1,617 per ounce. Sales volume and revenue for the quarter were approximately 8% and 22% higher than the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015. For fiscal 2016, the Company sold 16,080 ounces of gold and generated $24,447,310 in revenue at an average sale price of $1,520 per ounce. Compared to fiscal 2015, sales volume and revenue increased by 2% and 10%, respectively. Year-over-year revenue increased due to a rise in average sales price from $1,405 per ounce in fiscal 2015 to $1,520 per ounce in fiscal 2016, and an increase in sales volume of 259 ounces. The Company expects to file its full financial statements by August 26, 2016. All dollar amounts are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.
President and CEO, Dustin Angelo, stated, "Fiscal 2016 was another record setting year for Anaconda Mining and the Point Rousse Project. The project generated and sold, for the first time, over 16,000 ounces of gold. This accomplishment was made possible by a determined operating team who delivered record ore production in the mine, and record throughput and availability in the mill despite being challenged by grade. During the fourth quarter, the mill was able to periodically achieve throughput levels above 1,300 tonnes per operating day as the team continued to work on optimizing performance. Beyond the Pine Cove pit, we mined, on a limited basis, the Stog'er Tight deposit and successfully demonstrated the positive impact of blending higher grade ore with Pine Cove ore, which is a key part of our strategic plan going forward."
FY Q4 2016 Mill Operations Overview:
The Pine Cove mill operated for 87 days during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016 at an availability rate of 94%, a 2% increase above the availability in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015. The mill achieved an average run rate of 1,197 tonnes per operating day and processed a record 104,163 dry tonnes of ore during the quarter compared to 1,018 tonnes per operating day and 86,495 dry tonnes of ore in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015. Average feed grade during the quarter was 1.26 grams per tonne, 24% less than the feed grade in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015. The Company expected low grade based on the mine plan and is projecting an improvement to the Pine Cove grade during the remaining pit life. Overall mill recovery was 85%, compared to 86% in fourth quarter fiscal 2015.
During the quarter, 9,991 tonnes of ore were processed from the Stog'er Tight deposit at an average feed grade of 3.08 grams per tonne, yielding approximately 824 ounces of gold in one week of production.
The mechanical issues in the regrind circuit were resolved during the fourth quarter, which allowed the operation to maintain a stable feed size of concentrate to the leach tanks. As a result, recovery levels saw an improvement compared to the third quarter of fiscal 2016. In addition, the operation focused on and achieved consistent and evenly distributed product size from the crusher, which helped increase throughput.
FY Q4 2016 Mining Operations Overview:
The mining operation at the Point Rousse Project operated for 65 days in the fourth quarter in the Pine Cove pit and for 6 days in the quarter at the Stog'er Tight deposit. Total production over the 71 days was 98,214 tonnes of ore and 634,746 tonnes of waste, which included 7,727 tonnes of ore and 5,282 tonnes of waste from the Stog'er Tight deposit. Ore and waste production at the Pine Cove pit was 23% and 42% above the production in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015. The increased production per the mine plan is expected to continue as production is focused on Phase III of the Pine Cove pit and material is required for construction of the tailings facility expansion.

Anaconda Mining drills four m of 6.7 g/t Au at Stog'er
2016-06-02 08:28 ET - News Release
Mr. Dustin Angelo reports
ANACONDA MINING EXTENDS THE STRIKE OF STOG'ER TIGHT TO 500 METRES AND INTERSECTS 6.70 G/T GOLD OVER 4 METRES
Anaconda Mining Inc. has released the results of a 751-metre, 16-hole, diamond drill program conducted at the Stog'er Tight project. The drill program focused on shallow areas, no more than 40 metres from surface, west and southwest of the Stog'er Tight deposit. The goals of the program were to test the hypothesis that the gabbro and west zones joined together below surface and to determine if surface mineralization at the west zone continued downdip and is an extension of the deposit.
Highlights of the drill program include:
Hole BN-16-235 returned 6.70 grams per tonne gold over four metres from 16 metres to 20 metres, including 8.85 g/t Au over three metres.
Hole BN-16-227 returned 1.81 g/t Au over six metres from 22 metres to 28 metres.
Hole BN-16-236 returned 3.72 g/t Au over four metres from six metres to 10 metres and 2.27 g/t Au over three metres from 18 metres to 21 metres.
The west and gabbro zones were determined to be two separate zones of mineralization and both zones continue at depth. The gabbro zone dips shallowly to the north beneath the west zone and is within 20 metres of surface. Both the west and gabbro zones are the folded extensions of Stog'er Tight, which extended the strike length 100 metres for a total of 500 metres. Equally important, the company's interpretation of these drill results indicate that numerous other showings throughout the Stog'er Tight project area may represent fold repetition of the Stog'er Tight deposit.
Dustin Angelo, chief executive officer of Anaconda, stated: "The drill program around the gabbro and west zones was successful in that it extended the Stog'er Tight deposit 100 metres westward, to a total strike length of 500 metres, and identified multiple zones of shallow mineralization. We also learned about the repetitious folding that is occurring around Stog'er Tight, which is a very good predictive tool as we step out farther from the main deposit area. It has given us more confidence in the potential to expand the resources around Stog'er Tight."

A summary of significant composited assays (core length) from the western and gabbro zones at Stog'er Tight. True widths are estimated to be between 70 per cent and 95 per cent of the core length.
The company has geologically modelled the results of the drill program and will use the information to determine the best approach to test the further continuity of the Stog'er Tight deposit.
The Stog'er Tight deposit
The Stog'er Tight deposit is located 3.5 kilometres from the Pine Cove mill along the existing mine road. The deposit contains a National Instrument 43-101-compliant resource, including an indicated resource of 204,100 tonnes with a grade of 3.59 g/t Au (23,540 ounces Au) and an inferred resource of 252,000 tonnes with a grade of 3.27 g/t Au (26,460 ounces Au) using a cut-off grade of 0.8 g/t Au (see company's news release dated Oct. 22, 2015). The deposit is characterized by intense carbonate, albite and pyrite alteration of gabbroic rocks with gold, strongly associated with pyrite, which is similar to the Pine Cove deposit. The geological characteristics of Stog'er Tight are found in a much larger area around the deposit that is approximately 1.5 km long by 0.5 km wide. Besides the east, west and gabbro zones, several other zones of alteration and mineralization have been identified throughout the greater Stog'er Tight area, indicating the potential for further discovery.
This news release has been reviewed and approved by Paul McNeill, PGeo, vice-president, exploration, with Anaconda Mining Inc., a qualified person, under National Instrument 43-101 standard for disclosure for mineral projects.
All samples are collected using quality assurance/quality control protocols including the regular insertion of duplicates, standards and blanks within the sample batch for analysis. All samples quoted in this release are analyzed at Eastern Analytical Ltd. in Springdale, Nfld., for Au by fire assay (30 grams) with an atomic absorption finish.
