Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 42.780.497 von chaosjosef am 21.02.12 08:21:50What the Greece Rally is really about
That conclusion is simple: what's going on in Europe has nothing to do with solving the Greek debt crisis and everything to do with preserving a corrupt system based on limitless debt and growing government power.
Saving Greece means preventing a technical default. But why is that so important to the European Central Bank (ECB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF)?
When you realise that the ISDA and the ECB and the EU are in league to save their financial skins, you realise that the Greek rescue plans is about preventing other countries from realising that default is an option. In fact, it's not even about preventing the realisation. It's about making it impossible for a country to default on its obligations...even if it means selling the population into servitude for years to come.

Presenting The Full Greek (Un)Sustainability Analysis
You read headlines that Greece is saved (in a carbon copy release from July 21). Now read the truth behind the lies ...
... if the downside case means the country is about to need 100% of its GDP in additional funding needs, the reality is that this number most likely be 200%, bringing the total bailout bill for Greece to nearly 3x its GDP!
Becase wait, there's more: the downside case assumes -1.0% GDP decline in 2013. As a reminder, in Q4 Greek GDP imploded by -7%! Somehow we are to believe that within a year, the country will not only turn around its economy, which is foundering courtesy of infinite austerity and striking tax collectors, but almost generate growth???

Greece: Preliminary Debt Sustainability Analysis
The 2011 outturn was worse than expected, both in terms of growth and the fiscaldeficit; the macroeconomic outlook has deteriorated significantly, due to events in Europe; the fiscal outlook has deteriorated due to the economy and due to delays in developing fiscal-structural reforms;
...
There are notable risks. Given the high prospective level and share of senior debt, the prospects for Greece to be able to return to the market in the years following the end of the new program are uncertain and require more analysis. Prolonged financial support on appropriate terms by the official sector may be necessary.
...
Official financing needs between 2012 and 2014 would be about €170 billion. For the period 2015-2020 official financing needs could amount to an additional €50 billion.
