Coalbed Methane - CBM Alberta, Rock River Basin

      Coal - Bow River

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 26.394.175 von Panem am 22.12.06 10:32:0210 Millionen lbs Uran sind bereits im Portfolio.

Man sollte diesen Wert DRINGEND beobachten.

Weitere Kohleprojekte verfolge Santoy Resources in Yukon.

      News!

Santoy Announces Plans to Resume Drilling on Uranium Properties, Labrador
Tuesday January 16, 9:00 am ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 16, 2007) - Santoy Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SAN - News) is pleased to announce plans to resume work this March on the Mustang Lake property in the Central Mineral Belt of Labrador. A 4,000 metre drilling program is proposed, concentrating initially on following up on a best previous intercept of 9.11 metres of 0.12% U3O8 in hole SP-06-10. The Mustang Lake property is part of a 50:50 joint venture with Monster Copper Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MNS - News).

The SP-06-10 intercept is considered significant because it is similar in width and tenor and occurs in the same geologic setting as the Michelin deposit, which is located 8 km to the SW. Aurora Energy have reported a NI 43-101 compliant Measured and Indicated Resource of 22.2 million pounds with an additional Inferred Resource of 13.4 million pounds for Michelin (source www.aurora-energy.ca).

A thorough review of all drill results augmented by structural field data gathered in 2006 has lead to the interpretation that the mineralization intersected at Mustang Lake is structurally controlled and plunges to the southwest, as it does at Michelin. Drilling will commence by following the known mineralization in SP-06-10 down-plunge and along a northeast structural trend. Interpretation of regional satellite imagery has revealed a northeast-trending structure which passes close to Michelin and continues through the Mustang Lake property. This same trend is also apparent in historical (BRINEX) ground magnetic data at Mustang Lake and will be tested in the current phase of drilling.

Prior to commencement of drilling, a 60 line kilometre ground magnetic survey is scheduled to be completed in order to assist in more accurately defining the position of major structures on the property. For operating efficiencies and in recognition of the scarcity of experienced personnel, the Monster JV operatorship is being assigned to Monster Copper.

On the 100% Santoy owned Central Mineral Belt properties, summer programs are currently being planned. This will commence with a minimum 2000 metre diamond drilling program to test the Fish Hawk Lake South and North zones. Prospecting here during the 2006 field season discovered 3 new zones of uranium mineralization which were described in a Nov. 23, 2006 news release.

The Fish Hawk Lake South zone has been traced over a strike length of 430 meters, and over widths of up to 20 meters. Two saw cut-channel samples assayed 0.093% U3O8 over 6.0 meters, and 0.062% U3O8 over 7.0 meters. Grab samples from this zone returned values of up to 1.487% U3O8.

The Fish Hawk Lake North zone occurs along a 45 meter long ridge, with additional radioactive outcrops located 175 meters away along strike. The best analysis from a locally derived angular boulder located at the base of the ridge assayed 5.086% U3O8.

Drilling is scheduled to commence once the Mustang Lake program is complete. Additional prospecting in the Fish Hawk Lake area, as well as follow up of previously located anomalous lake sediment samples will also form part of the 2007 field program.

The Qualified Person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101, responsible for the review of this news release is Ron Nichols, P.Geo., Vice-President Exploration.

The claims cover two uranium showings of note; the Marc-Andre uranium occurrence at the northeast end of the property, and the J. Robert radioactive boulder train in the southwest sector. Geophysical grids established in the early 1980's by Uranerz Exploration and Mining delineated an east-northeast trending, 100 to 200 metre wide, altered gabbroic dike cut by a series of sub-parallel, north-south to ENE-trending faults. At the Marc-Andre Occurrence, a number of trenches investigated the highly altered (limonitic, hematitic, tourmaline and epidote rich, siliceous and sericitic) fault breccia adjacent to and within the gabbroic dike. The best grab sample was reported to have assayed 0.26% U3O8. On the J. Robert grid, a boulder train of angular, altered, brecciated radioactive sediments lies adjacent to a geophysically interpreted fault zone. As a consequence of the collapse of the uranium market in the 1980's, neither occurrence was investigated by drilling. Subject to field confirmation of the historical data, the Companies consider that this will form a drill-ready target and an aggressive follow-up program is planned for this summer.

The geologic setting appears analogous to the Strateco Resources Matoush Property, 20 km to the southwest, where one of the best reported drill intercepts to date has been 2.1% U3O8 over a core length of 12.4 metres (Strateco news release Dec. 21/06). The Matoush occurrence was also a Uranerz discovery during the same early 1980's program. This mineralization is "perched" above the basement rocks in altered, arkosic to sub-arkosic, brecciated sandstones in the hanging wall of the Matoush Fault. "The uranium mineralization is closely linked to the tourmaline alteration on both sides of a gabbro dike in the sediments. Typically, moving outward from the dike is first a tourmaline zone, then a chlorite-fuchite-muscovite zone and a limonite-hematite zone," (Strateco website). To date, this fault zone has been traced for over 8 kilometres on Strateco's claims. This style of mineralization is similar to unconformity-related uranium orebodies at McArthur River and Cigar Lake in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan.

Consideration to be paid to International Royalties Corp., a private company, by the Joint Venture for the property will be $10,000 cash, 200,000 shares of Melkior and 40,000 shares of Santoy. A two percent (2%) royalty interest, of which 1.5% may be purchased for $1 million at any time prior to commercial production, has been reserved for the original vendor of the property, Mr. A. L. Barker. As a current director of Melkior, Mr. Barker is a non arm's-length party to the purchase agreement, which is subject to regulatory approval.

This news release has been prepared by the companies jointly and is issued under the technical qualifications of Mr. J. E. Hansen, P.Eng, President of Melkior, and Mr. Rupert Allan, P.Geol., on behalf of Santoy, both of whom are qualified persons under National Instrument 43-101.

Boss Gold to proceed with reverse takeover

      2007-02-05 18:34 ET - News Release

      Mr. Irvin Ridd reports

ACQUISITION OF BLIZZARD URANIUM DEPOSIT REVERSE TAKEOVER TRANSACTION UPDATE

Boss Gold International Corp. is proceeding with its reverse takeover previously announced in Stockwatch on July 28, 2006. Boss has entered into an agreement dated July 27, 2006, with Anthony J. Beruschi, representing his company and trustees, Santoy Resources Ltd. and Adam Travis and Cazador Resources Ltd., under which Mr. Beruschi, Santoy and Mr. Travis and Cazador are selling all of their actual, or purported, interest in and to the Blizzard uranium claim, located in the Greenwood mining division in south-central British Columbia, and certain surrounding mineral claims to Boss for total consideration of $105-million payable by the issuance of a total of 52.5 million common shares of Boss at the deemed price of $2 per share. Mr. Beruschi is a Canadian resident, lawyer and businessman, Mr. Travis is a Canadian resident and geologist, and Santoy is a British Columbia incorporated company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol, SAN. Cazador is a British Columbia incorporated company controlled by Mr. Travis. The transaction is an arm's-length transaction.

Subject to completion of satisfactory due diligence, Blackmont Capital has agreed to act as Boss's sponsor in connection with the proposed acquisition. In connection with the sponsorship, Boss has agreed to pay Blackmont a sponsorship fee plus all reasonable disbursements and Blackmont's legal fees incurred in connection with the sponsorship of Boss. The sponsor has also been provided, for a period of one year from the closing date of the acquisition, with an exclusive right and opportunity to lead any offering of securities of Boss to be issued and sold to the public in Canada by private placement or public offering or to provide professional, sponsorship or advisory services performed by a broker or investment dealer. An agreement to sponsor should not be construed as any assurance with respect to the merits of the transaction or the likelihood of completion.

Boss also announces that it has retained Blackmont to act as its agent, on a best-efforts basis, in connection with a proposed private placement of 7,666,666 units at a price of 75 cents per unit for gross proceeds (before fees and expenses) of $5.75-million. Further, in connection with the acquisition, Boss intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 666,666 units at a price of 75 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000 (together with the private placement, the financings). Each unit to be issued pursuant to the financings will consist of one common share of Boss and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable for one common share of Boss for a period of 18 months from the closing of the private placement at an exercise price of $1. The expiry date of the warrants may be reduced, upon notice to holders and at the election of Boss, if after expiry of the four-month hold period, the closing price of Boss's shares are at a price equal to or greater than $1.25 per share for 20 consecutive trading days. If this condition is met and Boss so elects, the exercise period will be reduced to 25 business days from the date notice is provided by Boss to the holders of the warrants. Boss Gold intends to use the proceeds of the financings to implement the Phase 1 work program recommended by the independent geologist who prepared the technical report in connection with the acquisition, for working capital and for general corporate purposes. Blackmont is to receive 7 per cent of the gross proceeds of the brokered private placement and an option to acquire 7 per cent of the total number of units sold under the private placement with each option consisting of one unit exercisable at a price of 75 cents for a period of 18 months from the closing of the private placement.

Completion of the acquisition and the financings is subject to a number of conditions, including, among other things, TSX-V acceptance and shareholder approval of the acquisition.

The acquisition cannot close until the required shareholder approval is obtained. There can be no assurance that the acquisition or the financings will be completed as proposed herein or at all.

Investors are cautioned that, except as disclosed in any management information circular or filing statement to be prepared in connection with the acquisition, any information released or received with respect to the reverse takeover may not be accurate or complete and should not be relied upon. Trading in the securities of Boss should be considered highly speculative.

Santoy buys 50% interest in 20 Bancroft claims

      2007-02-13 09:22 ET - News Release

Also News Release (C-MKR) Melkior Resources Inc

Mr. Ron Netolitzky of Santoy reports

SANTOY-MELKIOR JOINT VENTURE ACQUIRES 20 CLAIMS IN BANCROFT, ONTARIO

Santoy Resources Ltd. has acquired a 50-per-cent joint venture interest in a 20-claim, 400-hectare property in the historic uranium mining district of Bancroft, Ont., recently staked by Melkior Resources Inc. (see Stockwatch news dated Feb. 8, 2007).

The claims cover a series of radioactive showings known as the Henderson (Marquardt) occurrences. Historically, these are described in Ontario Geological Survey Mineral Deposits Circular 23 (1981). Five sheared, brecciated pegmatite dikes were investigated by Henderson Uranium Mines Ltd. in 1954 and by Merland Oil Co. of Canada in 1968. Showing No. 1 consists of two parallel, closely spaced radioactive zones, 10 and 25 feet in width. One select grab sample assayed 0.28 per cent U3O8. At showing No. 3, a chip sample of biotite-rich brecciated pegmatite over a width of six feet assayed 0.15 per cent U3O8. At showing No. 4, a 40-foot-wide sheared and brecciated zone is exposed over a length of 150 feet. A representative grab sample assayed 0.22 per cent U3O8, and two additional samples assayed 0.33 per cent and 0.65 per cent U3O8.

Jens Hansen, president of Melkior, prospected the property with Mr. Henderson in the 1960s. At that time, Mr. Hansen was employed by Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. at its Chalk River nuclear research laboratory.

Santoy-Melkior Joint Venture Acquire More Uranium Claims in Otish Basin, Quebec

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      News Release 07-05

Santoy Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture Exchange -- SAN) and its 50:50 joint venture partner, Melkior Resources Inc. (TSX Venture -- MKR), have entered into an option agreement with Majescor Resources Inc. (TSX Venture -- MAJ) to earn sixty six and two thirds percent interest in 317 claims (map designated cells or CDC's) totaling 14,741 hectares in the Lac Laparre area in the Otish Mountains district of Quebec.

The properties are situated within the Otish Basin where the Archaen to Lower Proterozoic basement complex is unconformably overlain by fluvio-terrestrial to marine sediments of the Upper Aphebian-age Indicateur Formation (locally conglomerate, quartz arenite and sub-arkose). The Majescor Option is located 10 kilometres to the northeast of and on trend with the recently acquired Santoy-Melkior Joint Venture Marc-Andre uranium occurrence (Santoy news release of January 29, 2007).

The setting of the Majescor property appears to be analogous to Strateco Resources' Matoush Property, to the southwest, where one of the best reported drill intercepts to date has been 2.1 percent U3O8 over a core length of 12.4 metres (Strateco news release dated Dec. 21, 2006). At Matoush, mineralization is reported to be "perched" above the unconformity with the underlying basement rocks, in altered arkosic to sub-arkosic, brecciated sandstones in the hangingwall of the Matoush Fault. Uranium mineralization is closely linked to tourmaline alteration on both sides of a gabbro dike in the sediments. This style of mineralization bears a number of similarities, including the age relationships, to unconformity-related uranium orebodies at McArthur River and Cigar Lake in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan.

The terms of the Option Agreement, which is subject to regulatory approval, specify an exploration work commitment of $2.5 million over five years (with a guaranteed minimum of $300,000 in year one), a cash payment of $50,000, the issuance of 200,000 shares of Melkior and 60,000 shares of Santoy, in tranches over a one year period, and the reservation of a 1.5% Net Smelter Return royalty interest, one half of which is purchasable at any time prior to commercial production for $1 million. The option excludes diamonds as Majescor is retaining that exploration right and will continue with those investigations. The Santoy-Melkior Joint Venture will be the initial operator with exploration to focus on compiling all of the available geological, geochemical and geophysical data with a view to re-interpretation of the setting with respect to uranium potential. Under the option agreement, Majescor's existing database will be made available to the Joint Venture. These investigations will be followed by an early spring lake sediment geochemical sampling program.

The Santoy-Melkior Joint Venture has applied to the Quebec Government for over 500 map-designated cells elsewhere in the Otish Basin and is awaiting finalization of this process. The Joint Venture is also in the planning stage of a ground geophysical program preparatory to an early summer core drilling program on its recently acquired Marc-André uranium occurrence (news release dated January 29, 2007).

      Santoy arranges $2.8-million private placement

      2007-02-26 13:07 ET - News Release

      Mr. Ron Netolitzky reports

SANTOY PROPOSES $2.8 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Santoy Resources Ltd. has proposed to raise up to $2.8-million as a non-brokered private placement financing by the issuance of two million units, which will be sold at a price of $1.40. Each unit will comprise one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will be exercisable into one common share of the company at an exercise price of $2.15 for a period of 18 months from the closing date. The warrants will be subject to an accelerated expiry, wherein the expiry period of the warrants may be reduced, upon notice to holders and at the election of the company, if the closing price of the shares is equal to or greater than $2.50 per share for 10 consecutive trading days. If this condition is met and the company so elects, the exercise period will be reduced to 25 business days from the date notice is provided by the company to the warrantholders.

This financing is subject to regulatory approval and finders' fees may be paid to accredited agents on that portion of the funds raised by third parties. The shares issued under this financing will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the date of closing of the offering. The funds will be applied to advance uranium exploration on the recently announced Otish Mountains acquisitions (see news in Stockwatch dated Jan. 9, 2007, Jan. 29, 2007, and Feb. 19, 2007) and for general working capital.

Santoy Increases Proposed Private Placement Financing

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

      NR: 07-07

Santoy Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture Exchange -- SAN) announces that its proposed non-brokered private placement of 2 million Units (news release Feb. 26, 2007) will be increased to 3 million Units at a price of $1.40 CAD per Unit for a total of $4.2 million. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. If this condition is met and the Company so elects, the exercise period will be reduced to 25 business days from the date notice is provided by the Company to the warrant holders.

This financing is subject to regulatory approval and finders' fees may be paid to accredited agents on that portion of the funds raised by third parties. The shares issued under this financing will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from the closing date of the offering. The funds will be applied to advance uranium exploration on the recently announced Otish Mountains acquisitions (see news releases dated Jan. 9, 2007, Jan. 29, 2007 and Feb. 19, 2007) and for general working capital.

The name will be changed to Boss Energy.
According to company IR the deal will be approved/completed within the next 2 weeks.
Santoy will end up with 38% of the diluted shares of BOSS after the vend is completed-that assumes that they do not subscribe for any shares of the Underwriting that Balckmount is doing as part of their sponsorship of Boss to the TSX.
Boss is doing a 7,666,666 unit financing at .75 cents
It is my opinion that Santoy will be the largest single shareholder of Boss and will probably be the operator.
I do not know what restrictions might be on Santoy re: purchasing more of Boss and thereby gaining control.
I would look for Pinetree to be involved in the Boss financing and this would be a very strong buy signal. SAN could also participate.
This will be one of the furthest advanced Uranium properties in Canada when it is back in operation and a very disireable asset, with $850,000,000 USD of U308 at $85 per pound, already drilled off.
All good for Santoy and its shareholders.

Santoy-Wescan Joint Venture Reports Uranium Exploration Results- Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan
Santoy Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture Exchange -- SAN) and its 50:50 joint venture partner, Wescan Goldfields Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange -- WGF) are pleased to report the progress of their uranium exploration on six joint venture project areas in Saskatchewan. Santoy is the operator of this joint venture.

Five of the areas are within the Athabasca Basin and have been flown with high resolution electromagnetic and magnetic surveys. Final interpretive results are in hand for four of these project areas. The interpretations have been prepared by Roman Tykajlo, P.Geo., a qualified person as defined under NI 43-101. All the prospecting permits have come to their two year term and the favorable areas based on geophysical surveys and historical exploration results have been protected by staking of claims. The total property package has been reduced by a net 24,746 ha. Selected maps illustrating the geophysical results will be posted on the respective websites for each of the companies.

      FIR ISLAND PROJECT
Prospecting Permit 1213 has been converted to claims S-110434 to S-110346 contiguous with a prior existing claim, S-108622. Two additional claims (S-110453 and S-110454) have been staked to the north. The property is situated in the Black Lake area on the northeast edge of the Athabasca Basin. The western boundary of the property covers the Black Lake fault zone, a major northeast-trending tectonic element. The historic Nisto Uranium mine, an unconformity style deposit, is situated immediately west of the property. The property was investigated using a helicopter-borne time-domain Versatile Electromagnetic (VTEM) and magnetic system operated by Geotech Ltd.

Two zones of potential graphitic meta-pelites in basement are outlined from magnetic data along with two northwest-trending faults cross-cutting basement stratigraphy as well as one northeast-trending fault parallel with basement stratigraphy.

Modeling of pronounced magnetic features supports an interpretation of a significant down drop to the east side of the Black Bay fault with potentially 200 metres or more of movement resulting in the preservation of significant thickness of Athabasca Formation and the unconformity.

These favorable settings are the focus of exploration by JNR Resources and UEX Corp. to the south. On this basis, the northern extension of this favorable setting was recently acquired by the joint venture.

      DOWLER LAKE PROJECT
The geologically favorable portions of Prospecting Permit 1217 have been converted to claims S-110447 to S-110449 totaling 16,597 ha. The property is situated on the south shore of Lake Athabasca immediately east of the Alberta--Saskatchewan boundary. The property was covered by a MEGATEM electromagnetic and magnetic survey system operated by Fugro Airborne Surveys Corp. Depth to basement appears to be in the order of 500 to 900 metres based on magnetic interpretations and drilling on the Alberta side. Aeromagnetic responses over the property are broad and generally unsuitable for detailed depth calculations.

The interpretation by Fugro highlighted a potentially significant, structurally controlled trend in the decay-constant (Tau) data. These features may result from clay alteration that could in turn be related to a mineralizing event.

Further processing of geophysical data and a surface sampling program to establish the presence of clay alteration has been recommended.

      HAZEMPA LAKE PROJECT
The geologically favorable portions of Prospecting Permits 1210 and 1211 have been converted to claims S-110431 to S-110433 and are contiguous with claims S-108600, S-108601 and S-108621. The project is situated in the north central portion of the Athabasca Basin, immediately south of Engler Lake.

The project was covered by a MEGATEM electromagnetic and magnetic survey operated by Fugro. Modeling suggests a depth to basement over the project area in the 700 to 900 metre range. However, no drill holes to basement are available in the immediate area to confirm this interpretation. The geophysical surveys identified two sub-parallel north to northeast-trending structures passing through the eastern portion of the project area. These structures are also evident on Landsat images and from the Extech IV research program information. No associated anomalous electromagnetic response was evident.

Follow-up programs are recommended focusing on structural mapping and clay alteration studies on any outcrops or boulders near or at structural intersections.

      PATTYSON LAKE PROJECT
The Pattyson Lake property of Prospecting Permits 1214 and 1215, have been converted to claims S-110437 to S-110446. The property is situated within the northeast sector of the Basin where the Athabasca Fm. is underlain by basement rocks of the Mudjatic Domain, locally comprised of Aphebian age meta-pelites and Archaen age granitoids. Public records indicate two historic drill holes in the eastern sector of the project area. The property was covered by a MEGATEM electromagnetic and magnetic survey.

Interpretation by Fugro includes the following comments: i) the area was noted to be highly resistive, showing almost no conductive response from surface material; and ii) a few weak conductive trends were noted in the OFF-time signal. Further processing alternatives for the data have been recommended by Fugro. A final interpretation by Roman Tykajlo is pending.

The aero-magnetic data suggests the presence of a number of splays of the Tabbernor fault system as well as cross-cutting east-west structures.

      RICHARDS LAKE PROJECT
This property consists of one claim, S-108623, situated immediately west of Richards Lake. It was flown with a MEGATEM electromagnetic and magnetic survey. Radioactive phosphatic boulders are reported to the east of Richards Lake. These may have been derived from the Wolverine Formation.

This survey defined a wide, complex, east-northeast/west-southwest structural corridor transecting the center of the project. It separates a magnetic-high to the north from potentially graphitic lithology to the south and forms a favourable target for uranium exploration. Depth to basement based on magnetic processing supports a 600 to 700 metre interpretation.

Recommendations for follow-up include further processing of the geophysical data and lithogeochemical sampling to investigate clay alteration patterns, especially those associated with the geophysical features. A summer field program of sampling and mapping structural features is planned. Contingent upon obtained geochemical results, ground geophysical surveys will also be considered.

      KARPINKA LAKE PROJECT
Prospecting Permit 1218 has been converted to claims S-110428 to S-110430 covering the most favorable geological trends. The property is situated approximately 30 km. south of the Athabasca unconformity and covers the boundary between the Wollaston and Mudjatic Domains.

Historical exploration by Getty Minerals, Scurry Rainbow Oil and Gas and Brascan located numerous uranium occurrences in bedrock and as mineralized boulders. Many of these are associated with key indicator elements including cobalt, nickel and molybdenum.

Recent exploration to the south by Forum Resources has been successful in locating new uranium occurrences of significance on trend. Exploration further to the north by Denison Mines is being directed at the same graphitic conductor trends.

The joint venture is planning a drill investigation of the better historical targets and on trends identified by our neighbors.

      2007 EXPLORATION PROGRAM
An exploration budget in the order of $2,000,000 is anticipated by the joint venture for the coming year. Diamond drilling is anticipated on the Fir Island and Karpinka Lake projects during the current season. The Athabasca Basin properties will all be subjected to surface sampling programs that will focus on geophysical targets and structural features. Lithogeochemical samples (outcrop and angular boulders) will be collected and processed for clay alteration studies. A review of the available deep penetrating ground geophysical procedures will be reviewed for suitability to these projects. Line cutting and ground geophysics will be undertaken at the earliest convenience to assist in prioritizing drill targets.

This news release has been reviewed by Mr. J. R. Allan, P.Geol., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Santoy Reports Drilling Underway at Fish Hawk Lake, CMB Labrador

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 28, 2007) - Santoy Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SAN) is pleased to announce that the scheduled diamond drill program is underway on the Fish Hawk Lake South Zone on the 100% owned Anomaly 7 area claims, Central Mineral Belt, Labrador. The principal focus of the 2,000 meter program will be to test this zone which was discovered late in the 2006 field season. The zone has been traced over a distance of 430 metres along strike, and over widths of up to 20 metres. The best diamond saw-cut channel sample averaged 0.101%U3O8 over 7.0 metres with grabs of 0.201%U3O8, and 0.041%U3O8 extending the width for an additional 2.0 metres. Grab samples from outcrop along trend returned values of up to 0.602%U3O8 with one 2.5 by 1.0 metre pit averaging 0.26%U3O8. Up to 16 short holes will test the zone over the entire 430 metre strike length.

The Fish Hawk Lake North Zone, approximately 1km northeast, will also be drill tested in the vicinity of an angular talus boulder discovered at the base of a mineralized outcrop. This boulder, which is thought to be very close to source, assayed 5.086%U3O8.

The Fish Hawk Lake South Zone is located 1.5 kilometers to the north of the previously drilled Anomaly 7 Zone along a parallel structure. The best drill result from historic drilling by Canico in 1978 to 1980 intersected 0.129%U3O8 over 23.4 metres, including 0.249%U3O8 over 9.68 metres. Other significant activity in the immediate area was recently announced by Silver Spruce and Universal Uranium on their Two Time Zone which is located approximately 6.0 kilometers to the northwest. The best drill intercept averaged 0.11%U3O8 over 30 metres.

Mega Acquires Additional Central Mineral Belt Projects From Santoy Resources Ltd.

Tuesday April 3, 8:47 am ET

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - April 3, 2007) - Mega Uranium Ltd. (TSX:MGA - News; "Mega") is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with Santoy Resources Ltd. ("Santoy") (TSX VENTURE:SAN - News) to acquire all of Santoy's right, title and interest in three projects in the Central Mineral Belt, Labrador. Under the agreement, Mega will acquire the West Michelin, West Micmac and Gravelly River projects (the "Projects") from Santoy (subject to a 1% net smelter royalty covering 352 of the 1,375 claims in favour of a third party) in exchange for 400,000 common shares of Mega. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The Gravelly River property lies immediately southeast of the Bruce River property (which is jointly owned by Santoy and Monster Copper Corporation ("Monster") (TSX VENTURE:MNS - News) and is underlain predominantly by intrusive rocks of the Trans Labrador Batholith. A belt of Bruce River Group rocks and Moran Lake Group equivalents occurs in the northern part of the property. The West Micmac and West Michelin properties are two almost contiguous properties underlain mostly by granite of various ages, immediately west of the Aillik Group stratigraphy. Santoy flew a radiometric/magnetic survey in 2005 and conducted extensive prospecting in 2006 over all three properties comprising the Projects.

This acquisition extends Mega's activities in the Central Mineral Belt, Labrador, which began with Mega's pending acquisition of Monster, previously announced on March 8, 2007.

      NEWS !!!

      MAY 10, 2007 - 15:34 ET

Santoy Reports Drilling Completed at Fish Hawk Lake, CMB, Labrador

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 10, 2007) - Santoy Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SAN) is pleased to announce that the diamond drilling program on the Fish Hawk Lake South and North zones was completed in late April and that all samples are currently at SRC Geoanalytical Laboratories in Saskatoon, with analytical results pending within the next few weeks.

Santoy completed 15 diamond drill holes for a total of 1642 meters; 13 holes tested the Fish Hawk Lake South Zone uranium mineralization and 2 holes were drilled to test the mineralization at the Fish Hawk Lake North Zone. The Fish Hawk Lake South and North zones, as well as the Fish Hawk Lake Central Zone, were discovered during ground follow-up of airborne radiometric anomalies in 2006.

      Fish Hawk Lake South Zone

The Fish Hawk Lake South Zone occurs along an east-northeast trending structural linear, within a brittle fracture zone. The mineralization, which occurs in a variably fractured and hematized Archean granodiorite, has been traced along this linear over a strike length of 430 metres, with indicated widths of up to 20 metres (see news releases dated October 13, 2006 and November 23, 2006). Two trenches, hand excavated and channel cut, across the zone returned 0.093% U3O8 over 6.0 metres and 0.062% U3O8 over 7.0 metres. Numerous grab samples across the zone returned assays ranging from 0.006% to 1.487% U308.

Thirteen drill holes tested approximately 300 metres of strike length along the zone to vertical depths of between 40 and 120 metres. Significant radioactive zones were intersected in 9 of 13 drill holes. These zones range in thickness from approximately 3 metres to 30 metres (true thickness estimated at 70% to 75% of the core length). Previous analytical results from the South Zone also indicate that radioactive Thorium is a negligible component, and that scintillometer responses are therefore primarily due to the presence of uranium mineralization. Results of the diamond drilling also indicate that the zone may plunge to the west, where uranium mineralization was intersected at depth in an area where the zone has no surface expression. Also significant is the fact that the deepest hole, which intersected the zone at approximately 120 metres vertical depth, also appears to have intersected the best grade over a true thickness of 12 to 14 metres, as indicated by the scintillometer responses. The Fish Hawk Lake South Zone is open at depth and to the east, and possibly plunges to the west. It is anticipated that further drilling will be planned at the Fish Hawk Lake South Zone after results have been received and interpreted.

      Fish Hawk Lake North Zone

The Fish Hawk Lake North, Zone is located on the north end of the eastern arm of Fish Hawk Lake. The initial discovery consisted of radioactive boulders in a bog, coincident with an airborne equivalent residual uranium anomaly. Prospecting subsequently traced the boulders to the south along a north-facing ridge exposing radioactivity in bed rock. Additional radioactive outcrops have been located on strike 175 metres to the west. Radioactivity is associated with a silicified and hematite altered, micro fractured Archean intrusive. Sulphide mineralization includes pyrite (up to 3-5%) and minor chalcopyrite. Assay results from six outcrops and locally derived angular float returned assays ranging from 0.007% to 5.086% U3O8 (see news releases dated October 13, 2006 and November 23, 2006). The greater than 5% assay was obtained from angular talus believed to have been derived from the nearby outcrop occurrence.

Two holes were drilled on the Fish Hawk Lake North Zone. The first hole was drilled to undercut the showing in the vicinity of the high grade boulder. The drill hole intersected a 25 cm thick weakly radioactive zone near the top of the hole. A second, deeper and unexpected 4 metre thick (true thickness unknown) radioactive zone was also intersected. The deeper intersection is encouraging because it was not detected by the airborne geophysics, and its occurrence clearly enhances the potential for additional "blind" uranium-bearing zones in the area. The second drill hole, designed to test an additional 75 metres of stratigraphy and the airborne radiometric anomaly associated with the Fish Hawk Lake North mineralization, did not intersect any significant radioactive zones. Significant pyrite mineralization, ranging from 1 to 3%, was encountered and reflects the high sulphide content associated with the Fish Hawk Lake North Zone mineralization. Detailed surface work is planned for this zone as a component of our summer exploration program prior to completing further drilling on this target.

It should be noted that scintillometer readings can only indicate the "relative" presence of uranium and are no substitute for assay values in terms of quantifying the actual amount of uranium present in the core samples.

      Mr. Ron Netolitzky reports

SANTOY REPORTS DRILL RESULTS FROM FISH HAWK LAKE, CMB, LABRADOR

Santoy Resources Ltd. has received all analytical results of the phase 1 diamond drilling program on the company's 100-per-cent-owned Fish Hawk Lake South and North zones. These results confirm the presence of a significant uranium mineralized system at the Fish Hawk Lake South zone.

Santoy completed 15 diamond drill holes for a total of 1,642 metres; 13 holes tested the Fish Hawk Lake South zone uranium mineralization and two holes were drilled to test the mineralization at the North zone. The Fish Hawk Lake South and North zones, as well as the Central zone, were discovered during ground follow-up of airborne radiometric anomalies in 2006 (see news in Stockwatch on May 10, 2007, for further details).

      Fish Hawk Lake South zone

Diamond drilling on the South zone tested approximately 300 metres of strike length along the zone to vertical depths of between 25 and 120 metres. Significant radioactive zones were intersected in 10 of 13 drill holes. Drilling has confirmed that the mineralized zone can now be traced over a minimum strike length of 250 metres. The zone dips steeply to the north, and is open to the east and at depth. Interpretation of the drill results and airborne radiometrics further suggests that the western extension of the mineralized zone may be structurally controlled by a west-southwest-plunging structure.

Highlights of analytical results from the South zone include 0.181 per cent U3O8 over 4.50 metres and 0.106 per cent U3O8 over 9.92 metres, both within a thicker zone of 0.063 per cent U3O8 over 27.88 metres in FHLS-07-03; 0.419 per cent U3O8 over 3.28 metres, including 1.153 per cent U3O8, 0.790 oune per ton silver and 0.5 per cent copper over 0.94 metre in FHLS-07-09; and 0.065 per cent U3O8 over 17.46 metres, including 0.100 per cent U3O8 over 5.23 metres in FHCS-07-13. The South zone mineralization was tested by FHLS-07-13 to a vertical depth of 120 metres, and the results confirm that the mineralization persists in grade and thickness at depth.

Significant mineralized intersections are included in the accompanying table. True thicknesses are estimated at 85 to 90 per cent of the core width for 45-degree dip holes, approximately 80 per cent for 55-degree dip holes and 65 per cent to 70 per cent for 65-degree dip holes. Maps illustrating the drill hole plan and significant drill intersections will be posted to Santoy's website as soon as available.

      Fish Hawk Lake North zone

Two holes were drilled on the North zone to test uranium mineralization exposed in outcrop and in angular talus (see news in Stockwatch on May 10, 2007, for further details). FHLN-07-01 was drilled to test the mineralization exposed in outcrop at the base of the hill at the North zone, where a locally derived high-grade uranium-bearing boulder was discovered. Weakly anomalous uranium values were intersected downdip of this mineralization. A second hematized zone, intersected at depth, yielded 0.040 per cent U3O8 over 2.17 metres. The presence of this deeper zone was not detected by airborne radiometrics, underpinning the potential for this area of the Central mineral belt to host blind uranium deposits.

The Fish Hawk Lake claims (Anomaly 7 property) are 100 per cent owned by Santoy and will become the focus for the company's Labrador programs. In addition to the Fish Hawk Lake mineralization, Anomaly 7 and 17 mineralization, as well as areas displaying very anomalous uranium in lake sediment results (see news in Stockwatch on May 2, 2005, and Mar. 3, 2006) will be further explored by a comprehensive summer program. Drilling will resume on the Fish Hawk Lake targets subject to rig availability and the company completing additional exploration to define additional drill targets in the area.

Samples submitted for analysis were sawn half-core (BTW size core). Samples were prepared at Eastern Analytical Ltd., Springdale, Nfld., and analyzed at SRC Laboratories, Saskatoon, Sask. The samples were analyzed by ICP (induced coupled plasma). Samples reporting greater than 100 parts per million U were reanalyzed by fluorimetry. Sample batches included internal repeats, standards and blanks. Blanks were inserted in the sample sequence by Santoy personnel in the field.

The exploration results reported by Silver Spruce and Universal Uranium on the Two Time zone located six kilometres to the northwest and the results reported by Crosshair to the southeast further enhances the significance of this property.

On other activity in Labrador, the 50/50 Mega Uranium (originally Monster Copper), Santoy joint venture has approved budgets totalling $1.1-million (50 per cent Santoy) to further explore the Mustang Lake and Bruce River properties. These programs will include 2,000 metres of diamond drilling at Mustang Lake.

Santoy Resources closes sale of Blizzard to Boss

      2007-06-14 19:16 ET - News Release

      Mr. Ron Netolitzky reports

SANTOY ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF BLIZZARD TRANSACTION

The sale of Santoy Resources Ltd.'s Blizzard uranium deposit, as contemplated by the settlement agreements set out in the company's news in Stockwatch of Jan. 27, 2006, and July 28, 2006, respectively, has closed, effective June 12, 2007. As part of the acquisition, the company's interest in the Blizzard uranium deposit in the Greenwood mining division of south-central British Columbia has been assigned to Boss Power Corp. (formerly Boss Gold International Corp. -- new symbol TSX Venture Exchange: BPU) in return for the issuance of 26.25 million shares of Boss Power to Santoy. Concurrently with the closing of the acquisition, Boss Power has also completed a financing for total proceeds of approximately $6.26-million.

As described in Santoy's news in Stockwatch dated Jan. 27, 2006, one of the terms of the settlement agreement with Anthony Bersuchi is that Mr. Beruschi would receive the right, subject to all applicable regulatory approvals, to an 18-month $1-million private placement in Santoy at 40 cents per unit, with each unit comprising one common share of Santoy and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable for one common share of Santoy for a one-year period at an exercise price of 50 cents per share. Although it was the intention of the parties to close the private placement concurrently with the final acquisition, the private placement has not been completed as the requisite regulatory approval could not be obtained. The private placement remains an outstanding item between the company and Mr. Beruschi and does not directly involve Boss Power. The parties are investigating, within the spirit of the original business intention, possible modifications to the original terms in the settlement agreement, which would be both acceptable to the company and in compliance with applicable TSX Venture Exchange requirements.

As previously disclosed, Santoy is financing $1-million of direct expenditures on the Blizzard ground to earn a 5-per-cent working interest in the property. This interest is convertible to a 1-per-cent net smelter return royalty as part of the settlement agreements. Further technical and financial details on the acquisition are contained in news in Stockwatch on June 14, 2007, issued by Boss Power. This news release and a National Instrument 43-101-compliant technical report dated Nov. 15, 2006, as revised on Feb. 23, 2007, and May 30, 2007, authored by Dr. Peter A. Christopher, PhD, PEng, are available at SEDAR under Boss Power's profile.

Early warning requirements under applicable securities laws

As a result of the closing of the acquisition, Santoy has received 26.25 million common shares in the capital of Boss, which represent approximately 35.88 per cent of the outstanding common shares of Boss. At present, Santoy does not have any intention to acquire ownership of or control over additional securities of Boss. A copy of the early warning report filed pursuant to the applicable securities legislation is available on-line at SEDAR under Boss's profile or may be obtained by contacting Santoy at 611, 675 West Hastings St., Vancouver, B.C., V6B 1N2, telephone: 604-669-4799, fax: 604-669-2543.

Santoy, Wescan plan sampling, drilling for Athabasca JV

      2007-07-04 16:49 ET - News Release

Also News Release (C-WGF) Wescan Goldfields Inc

Mr. Ron Netolitzky of Santoy reports

SANTOY - WESCAN URANIUM JOINT VENTURE REPORTS EXPLORATION PLANS, ATHABASCA BASIN, SK

Santoy Resources Ltd. and its 50-50 joint venture partner, Wescan Goldfields Inc., are releasing an update on their uranium exploration joint venture in Athabasca basin, Saskatchewan. The joint venture comprises six projects totalling 134,217 hectares. A $2.2-million exploration budget has been approved by the joint venture for the current year, which is sufficient to maintain Santoy's current land package. The individual project targets are summarized below with a brief description of the planned exploration.

      Fir Island

This property covers the Athabasca unconformity and Black Lake/Virgin River fault system, which is a major structural break. This system is known to be associated with uranium mineralization identified by other companies to the south of the joint venture properties. VTEM (versatile time-domain electromagnetic) airborne surveys were successful in identifying potential graphitic basement targets under Athabasca formation cover. Based on these favourable results, the joint venture staked additional properties to the north. The new properties and a selected portion of the existing area were covered by a MegaTEM airborne survey in May of this year. The orientation of the new survey was more suitable to define the extent of the basement conductor trends.

A summer program of boulder sampling and prospecting is planned over areas of Athabasca cover to better define clay mineral alteration patterns previously identified from historical work. Immediately west of the property the historical Nisto mine, which is considered to be an unconformity-type deposit, further confirms the favourability of the property. The property already has targets that warrant drill investigation and the joint venture is applying for all of the required permits to complete ground surveys prior to diamond drilling. The timing of the drilling will be subject to rig availability.

      Pattyson Lake

This project is situated in the northeast sector of the Athabasca basin with relatively thin sandstone cover which is estimated to be in the 200-to-400-metre range based on limited historic drilling and depth to basement calculations from magnetic surveys.

The property was flown with a MegaTEM electromagnetic system operated by Fugro. The basement rocks are indicated to be highly resistive with a discontinuous decay-constant anomaly in the western part of the project. Several splays of the Tabbernor fault system (north-south) as well as a significant east-west fault are evident in the geophysical data.

The intersecting structures especially in proximity to the decay-constant anomaly will be the focus for uranium exploration. A summer field program is planned to complete boulder sampling for clay mineral alteration. A prospecting and lake sediment sampling program will be focused along the identified structural trends.

      Hazempa Lake

The project, situated in the north-central portion of the Athabasca basin, was flown with a MegaTEM system by Fugro. Based on magnetic depth to basement calculations, 700 to 900 metres of Athabasca cover can be anticipated. No drill holes are reported in the vicinity of the property to support this estimate.

The geophysical survey identified two subparallel north-to-northeast-trending structures passing through the eastern portion of the project area. These structures are evident in photo images of the area indicating they were active over a considerable period of time. Compilation of historical assessment data refers to radioactive boulders that may be of local origin.

A summer field program is planned with the primary focus on prospecting and sampling along the structural trends, and to explore for clay alteration patterns and any potential leakage anomalies along these structural breaks that could be indicative of uranium mineralization to depth. Further processing of the airborne data is also under consideration.

      Richards Lake

This property, situated immediately west of Richards Lake, was covered by a MegaTEM survey contracted to Fugro. This survey defined a wide and complex east-northeast/west-southwest-trending structural corridor. It separates a magnetic high to the north from potentially graphitic lithology to the south that forms an exploration target for uranium mineralization. Based on magnetic depth to basement calculations, the Athabasca formation would appear to be 600 to 700 metres thick.

This area of interest was also evident from the compilation of historical exploration work. The proposed program for Richards Lake includes additional processing of the MegaTEM data and a field sampling program to explore for clay alteration patterns and prospecting to explore for any uranium and associated metal leakage features.

      Dowler Lake

This project is situated immediately east of the Alberta border on the south shore of Lake Athabasca. The property was covered by a MegaTEM survey contracted to Fugro. Based on regional information and depth to magnetic basement calculations, the thickness of the Athabasca formation would appear to be in the 500-to-900-metre range. A potentially significant, structurally controlled conductive trend in the decay-constant (Tau) data will be the focus of the summer program. Additional processing of selected areas of the MegaTEM data will also be completed.

The summer program will consist of boulder and outcrop sampling for clay alteration and prospecting for uranium and associated metal leakage along structures. Based on these results, ground geophysical coverage will be planned to define drill targets.

      Karpinka Lake

This property covers the Wollaston/Mudjatic domain boundary approximately 25 kilometres south of the current Athabasca formation erosional edge. Historical exploration has identified numerous radioactive boulders and outcrops with uranium mineralization associated with calcsilicate, arkosic and pegmatitic units. The most significant historic occurrence on the property is the George occurrence, which was explored by Getty Minerals by overburden stripping and diamond drilling. Active exploration is taking place to the north and south of the property by Denison Mines and Forum Resources, respectively. The joint venture is planning a drill program to investigate the George occurrence that remains open along strike and down dip and will consider completing state-of-the-art geophysical coverage over the area to supplement the historical data prior to drilling.

The qualified person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101, responsible for the technical data in this news release, is Ron Nichols, PGeo, vice-president of exploration.

Santoy, Denison plan sampling, drilling for uranium JV

      2007-07-18 12:10 ET - News Release

Also News Release (C-DML) Denison Mines Corp

Mr. Ron Netolitzky of Santoy reports

SANTOY REPORTS EXPLORATION/DRILL PLANS ON URANIUM JOINT VENTURE, ATHABASCA BASIN, SK

Santoy Resources Ltd. is releasing an exploration update on its joint venture with Denison Mines Corp. comprising four project areas totalling 123,378 hectares: Hatchet Lake, Murphy Lake, Fond du Lac River and Riou River. All the properties have been investigated by airborne geophysical surveys, with further data processing completed by Condor Consulting Inc. on the Hatchet Lake and Murphy Lake projects.

Exploration budgets for this season have been approved for a minimum expenditure of $1.4-million, of which 50 per cent will be provided by Santoy Resources. If the JV decides to maintain the current land package, further expenditures will be necessary to satisfy all of the assessment requirements. The intent of the current program is to screen the large land package with further work to be focused in areas with positive exploration results. It is anticipated that the summer program will include diamond drilling on select targets on the Hatchet and Murphy Lake projects.

      Hatchet Lake -- 37,514 hectares

A minimum $475,000 exploration program has been approved for the Hatchet Lake project. The Condor interpretive report on the VTEM airborne survey results identified 11 target zones. Three of these have already been selected for helicopter-supported diamond drill testing during the summer. A number of other target zones will undergo additional compilation and interpretation of historical exploration work, with emphasis on previous drill results, prior to selecting additional drill targets. Some of the target zones may require follow-up ground geophysics prior to drill target selections.

Previous work on the property included the completion of numerous diamond drill holes to investigate graphitic conductor trends. Highlights of this work include the identification of extensive clay alteration, elevated uranium, and elevated indicator metals including nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc and gold. The most significant historic results were one intersection of 7.34 per cent cobalt, 1.66 per cent nickel and 16.07 per cent arsenic over 2.5 metres, and an intercept of 2,600 parts per million uranium, 2.5 per cent copper and 950 parts per billion gold over six metres on claim S-107535 (assessment report 64-L-NW-0053). The depth to the unconformity throughout the property varies between zero and 240 metres.

      Murphy Lake -- 15,236 hectares

Three target zones were identified in the Condor report. An exploration program totalling $475,000 has been approved by the joint venture, which will include the drill investigation of two or three of the target zones (identified by Condor) this summer using a helicopter-supported diamond drill. A review of the historical exploration work, which included diamond drilling along a conductive trend thought to be associated with favourable graphitic structure and a reinterpretation of past ground geophysical surveys, will be undertaken to prioritize other drill targets. The depth to the unconformity varies between 200 metres and 350 metres on the project lands.

Fond du Lac River -- 56,942 hectares

This large property was flown with a GeoTEM airborne system. The basement rocks are typical Mudjatik terrain comprising Archean granitoids and Aphebian metasediments. The airborne survey identified two areas with weak conductive responses that have been selected for additional processing. A summer program of detailed lake sediment geochemical sampling and boulder sampling has been approved for an expenditure of $275,000. Even though the project area has thin Athabasca cover, historical exploration has been limited due to the lack of identified basement graphitic conductor trends. Basement structures identified by airborne magnetics are the focus of the boulder sample program, which will attempt to identify possible uranium or pathfinder metal enrichment and/or clay alteration halos in the sandstone boulders which could be indicative of potential uranium mineralization at the unconformity. The depth to the unconformity varies between zero and 150 metres on the project lands.

      Riou River -- 13,686 hectares

These claim blocks were flown with a MegaTEM survey, which did not identify the presence of any basement conductors. However, the magnetic survey results indicate the continuation of favourable lithological and structural features from the north. The structural features identified to the north of the SAN/DML claims have yielded significant evidence of uranium mineralization as previously reported by UEX Corp. In addition, the presence of radioactive springs and the presence of elevated uranium and other pathfinder minerals reported from the historical D.F. Exploration geochemical database are worthy of additional investigation. Historic drilling on one hole and the adjacent five holes to the property defined the basement unconformity to be in the order of 500 metres to 900 metres deep. The program planned for this property will conduct further lake sediment sampling and confirm the presence of radioactive springs in the region. The JV is considering using other deep-penetrating geophysical methods, either airborne or on the ground, in order to locate the continuation of basement graphitic conductor trends that have associated uranium mineralization to the north. An exploration budget of $75,000 has been proposed for the project with a contingency of $100,000 if a suitable deep-penetrating geophysical system becomes available.

The qualified person, as defined by National Instrument 43-101, responsible for the technical data in this news release is Ron Nichols, PEng, vice-president of exploration.

Santoy Resources to conduct water sampling at Anomaly 7

      2007-07-30 09:40 ET - News Release

      Mr. Ron Netolitzky reports

SANTOY REPORTS EXPLORATION/DRILL PLANS ON URANIUM CLAIMS IN CMB, LABRADOR

Santoy Resources Ltd. has mobilized a field crew onto the company's 100-per-cent-owned Anomaly 7 property in the Central mineral belt of Labrador. This area will be further investigated by detailed prospecting, grid-based soil geochemistry and water sampling. A diamond drill program here this past spring yielded encouraging results from 12 out of 15 diamond drill holes at the 2006 Fish Hawk Lake discovery, as reported in Stockwatch on June 5, 2007. The potential of this zone is illustrated by hole FHLS-07-03, which yielded 27.88 metres averaging 0.063 per cent U3O8, including a 4.5-metre interval grading 0.181 per cent U3O8.

Further prospecting, water sampling and soil geochemical grids will also be applied to other areas of the property, where previous lake sediment sampling by Santoy returned a number of highly anomalous results. Efforts will be focused along favourable structural directions known to be prospective for uranium, as demonstrated by the east-northeast-trending Fish Hawk Lake and Anomaly 7 zones, and the north-south-trending Two Time zone, where Silver Spruce Resources and Universal Uranium recently had positive drill results. The southern extension of this zone may trend onto Santoy's ground.

Santoy is also pleased to provide an update on its other properties in the Central mineral belt.

      Mustang Lake

On the Mustang Lake property (part of a 50:50 joint venture (JV) with Mega Uranium Corp.), archeological and baseline environmental surveys have now been completed. Drill permit applications have been submitted and Cartwright Drilling has been contracted to undertake a 2,000-metre program, aimed at testing extensions of the mineralized zone intersected in hole SP-06-10 (9.11 metres grading 0.12 per cent U3O8) (see Stockwatch, July 12, 2006). The Mustang Lake property is eight kilometres northeast of, and along strike from, Aurora Energy's Michelin deposit.

      Bruce River

An extensive water sampling program is under way on the Bruce River property. These claims are also part of a 50:50 JV with Mega Uranium. Approximately 4,000 water samples will be collected from streams, seepage zones and small ponds. This type of geochemical survey has been found to be highly effective at providing evidence of subcropping uranium mineralization in other areas of Eastern Canada.

This survey will be augmented by prospecting and lake sediment sampling in selected areas to complete the program previously initiated by Santoy Resources. The properties are in the core of the Central mineral belt adjacent to Crosshair's Moran C deposit.

      Mr. Ron Netolitzky reports

SANTOY COMMENCES DRILLING AT FISH HAWK LAKE IN THE CMB, LABRADOR

Santoy Resources Ltd. has mobilized a diamond drill and crew onto the company's 100-per-cent-owned Anomaly 7 uranium exploration project in the central mineral belt of Labrador. A minimum program of 2,500 metres has been undertaken to further define mineralization discovered on the Fish Hawk Lake South occurrence (see news in Stockwatch on June 5, 2007). Two other surface targets will also be drill tested; these are the Fish Hawk North area, where recently discovered copper-uranium mineralization is associated with a possible Moran Lake outlier as well as widespread uranium mineralization in basement granites, and the Anomaly 17 uranium occurrence where recent detailed prospecting has significantly expanded the surface area of uranium mineralization (see news in Stockwatch on Nov. 1, 2007). Analytical results will be reported upon receipt. The company's website has recently been updated to include additional lake sediment sample results.
