I can have a go why we are three years Overdue. We have come a long way and highlight the difficult in getting an REE project up and running...alot of it not much Nick or anyone can do except quickly adjust and rectify the problem...

1) Lynas was applying for a land permit in Kemanman, after environmental impact studies and radiation studies was done which took afew months, the government decided to reject the land permit issue. Nick Flew to Malaysia, met up with Najib and the PM recommended him Kuantan and then the environmental studies had to start all over again. 1 year wasted. 6 to 7 months wasted.

2) After getting the land sorted out in Kuantan 2008 Global financial crisis came and Lynas lost funding from American hedge funds. China almost bought over Lynas and in the end Nick got funding from institutions and the general public
1 year wasted.

3) After getting funding Lynas had to get an engineering team to finish off the detail design of the LAMP plant, WorleyParsons was designing it back then for one reason or another rather then continue with Worley Lynas went with UGL to do the design and construction. Big headache from the beginning, UGL engineers have to take over from Worley engineers and alot of time was wasted as they tried to figure where the design starts and finished. After the design was finished they moved over to construction crew.

I have worked at UGL for four years prior so i have alot of connection there. No comment on internal politics but lets just say the over budget and over schedule I was never surprised from the beginning....

4) Blackswan event happened and Tsuinami sweeped Japan and radiation fear spread across Japan. Fuziah jumped on the band wagon to spread fear around Kuantan town. The beginning or SMSL start to form. They formed a social media group which they used to spread fear propaganda and you guys know the rest with PSC committee blah blah blah...

This was how Lynas went from 2009 to 2013...

Charttechnik nützt bei Lynas wenig,
Die Aktie ist mehr Event getrieben.
Wenn ihr Glück hat bildet die Aktie bei 0,60 AUD einen doppelten Boden.
Der wird aber vermutlich nicht lange halten

die banken machen trotzdem ihren schnitt weil sie das zeugs längst abgesichert haben. das ist der skandal an der sache. hier werden die kleinen anleger nach strich und faden ver........
das ist noch lange nicht ausgereizt. wenn das gut läuft werden die im neuen jahr die anlage hochfahren und bis zum sommer geld verbrennen. es würde mich überhaupt nicht überraschen, wenn wie bei moly die nächste finanzierungsrunde im 3. quartal 2013 käme. wenn es schlecht läuft gehen die raus aus malaysia.

Lynas ist jeden Tag wie ein Adventskalender.
Man öffnet ein Türchen und eine Überraschung liegt vor einem.

Als ich den Kurs sah dachte ich die KE würde Probleme machen.
Der Goldjunge NC hat tatsächlich Investoren gefunden für 0,75 AUD die Aktie und am Markt bekommt man die für 0,65 AUD.
Kaum zu glauben. Erstaunliche Leistung. Gut gemacht.

Hier, wie übrigens auch im HC -Forum zu Lynas, herrscht IMHO auch zu recht einige Enttäuschung von der ich mich auch nicht ausschließe.

Dabei möchte ich die Basher ausdrücklich ausschließen die wiederholt immer
wieder informationsresistend Unsinn schreiben und das entweder aus Unkenntnis oder weil sie Lynas als Konkurrent zu ihren Investments ansehen.

So - the court decision went our way last week, after over a month of nervous waiting, and during which the big boys continued to short, go long, sell, and generally make money hand over fist.

Then we had that ridiculous 5-minute trading period on Thursday just before close, during which the price went up.

Great, we all thought. At last. The brakes are off.

Then whammo - before the open next morning, a trading halt with the announcement of the cap raising, in direct contradiction of what Curtis said in the conference call.

Now - here we are again, at the share price we were at before the court decision. And once again, the instos and funds make money by shoving the share price wherever they want it, while the retail investors get screwed - again.

The level of arrogance, contempt and disrespect and blatant abuse of retail investors in Lynas is mind-blowing. Staggering. Gob-smacking.

The level of trust in Curtis and his cronies has plummeted to below zero for most retail holders.

And the board - allegedly there to represent the interests of ALL shareholders, are an absolute disgrace. They are nothing but puppets of Curtis. The so-called "Investor Relations" department of Lynas is a gross, over-paid joke.

So back to 66c we go, and once more the SMSL legal team hold Lynas to ransom with more delaying tactics tomorrow, while at the same time the big end of town are betting the decision will go against Lynas.

The whole thing is absolutely disgusting, and if we had some regulators with actual teeth and who were prepared to use them, the Lynas board and Curtis should be under great scrutiny for criminal manipulation of the share price.

Damit drückt NightStalker den Frust der aller meisten Anleger im HC-Forum in Worten aus.

Nur was hat sich geändert in Gegensatz zur Zeit vor dem 8.Nov.:
1. - Lynas kann ab sofort die Produktion aufnehmen.
2. - Lynas hat mehr als genug finanziellen Puffer durch die KE, wobei wohl kaum einer annehmen wird das die institutionellen Anleger 150.000.000$ zur Abschreibung investiert haben.
3. - Der Vorwurf bei der pro Lynas Demo waren Studenten dabei bzw. Lynas hat diese geschickt ist mehr als lächerlich und hat sich bereits als solches herausgestellt weil Lynas die Uni zur Ausbildung ihrer Fachleute sponsert und natürlich zu den bereits eingestellten Mitarbeitern auch Studenten dabei waren und zukünftig immer mehr dabei sein werden weil sie damit rechnen können nach dem erfolgreichen Studium von Lynas bzw. von einem brangenähnlichen Unternehmen eingestellt zu werden.

Im Gegensatz könnte man ja auch behaupten bei der "Stop-Lynas" Bewegung der SMSL beteiligen sich ausschließlich Analphabeten, was IMHO sicher zum Teil zutreffen kann.
