Von dieser Anhoerung hat Lynas selbst doch bereits vor Stunden gesprochen; war Teil des von mir geposteten Reuters-Artikels (sogar fett hervorgehoben).
Nur weil es hier ein bisschen anders verpackt herkommt, sollte das doch keine ueberraschende Neuigkeit mehr sein...?

Malaysia's Atomic Energy Licensing Board had approved a two-year operating license for Lynas in early February, but the company has been waiting to receive it.
"We have no knowledge of any other procedure, hence we feel comfortable - reasonably comfortable, because we have learned in the last six months that you have to be careful - that we should get it by June this year," Le Roux said at the International Rare Earth Summit in San Francisco.
The project is part of efforts worldwide by companies to break major supplier China's hold on rare earths elements that are used in electronic devices such as Apple Inc's iPhone.

so schon wieder etwas positives...also ich denke im mai wird keine tol erteilt gewiss nicht vor diesem 21.5 danach würde es schon gehen !!
nächste woche müssen wir somit noch durch das tal der tränen gehen...ich mach mich nun in das wochenende und werde etwas arbeiten/feiern etc....

Jetzt toppen die es noch, indem man sagt, dass eine neue oeffentliche Anhoerung stattfinden wird - am 21. Mai. Jetzt wird's laecherlich! Denn in der neu angesetzten Anhoerung sollen ausschliesslich wissenschaftlich fundierte Argumente/Beweise eingebracht werden. Als ob es diese in den vergangenen Wochen und Monaten nicht gegeben haette. Alle, wirklich Alle Experten haben bereits ein sehr positives Statement pro Lynas abgegeben. Und nach der neuen Anhoerung sagt man wohl, dass man die "Beweise" nun von Experten ueberpruefen lassen will (dauert nur ein paar Monate?). Und anschliessend setzt man die naechste oeffentliche Anhoerung an... vielleicht im Fruehjahr 2014?
