Assay Results Continue to Confirm Economic Grade Mineralization at First Narrows' Chester Project
      4/5/2007
Drilling Continues and Is Steadily Extending the Chester Feeder Deposit to the East and Northwest/West

VANCOUVER, BC, Apr 05, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

First Narrows Resources Corp. (TSX-V: UNO) (PINKSHEETS: FNRWF) ("First Narrows" or the "Company";) is pleased to provide an update on the mineral resource definition drilling program in progress on its Chester Copper-Polymetallic Feeder Deposit. The drilling continues and to date a total of 76 holes and 4,613 meters have been drilled in the delineation program, 22 holes in 2006 and 54 holes in 2007.

The drilling program is steadily extending the major sub-volcanic hydrothermal "plumbing system" of the Feeder Deposit up and down plunge to the east and northwest/west respectively. Analytical results for 16 drill holes from the 2007 phase of the program have now been received. The 16 holes were collared east of the holes drilled in 2006 to follow the zone up dip and to generally define the fringes of the copper-polymetallic feeder zone (Feeder Deposit) and the central volcanogenic massive sulphide ("VMS";) lead-zinc-silver zone (Central VMS Deposit).

The copper zone remains open up dip along the historical decline to the east and a further section of holes is planned to the east to define this extension. The drill is presently on the most westerly and slightly deeper down plunge section of the deposit, which is accessible by the decline.

The grade of the zinc has been higher than expected in the area where the feeder and VMS mineralization inter-fingers, and also appears to be coarser grained than expected, possibly since it is in the vent area of the feeder plumbing system.

Hole C-07-050 intersected 20.5 meters (67.26 ft) of 1.96% Cu and 1.54% combined Pb-Zn, including a 5.0 meter (16.4 ft) interval in the VMS zone that assayed 13.14% combined Pb-Zn in an area where the Feeder Deposit and the Central VMS Deposit inter-finger with each other.

Hole C-07-052 intersected a very high grade 0.5 meter (1.64 ft) section of 25.20% combined Pb-Zn (21.40% Zn and 3.80% Pb from 29.0 to 29.5 meters) included in an 8.5 meter (27.9 ft) interval averaging 8.73% combined Pb-Zn.

Hole C-07-054 intersected 7.3 meters (23.95 ft) averaging 4.70% Cu, including 3.5 meters (11.48 ft) at 8.36% Cu.

Several mineralized sections are foreshortened due to the intersection of the decline.

Analytical results for the 16 holes are as follows:

      -****-

Results for hole C-07-041 were previously reported (see news release dated March 1, 2007). The core from holes C-07-042, -043 and -044 was sent to the metallurgical division of Research and Productivity Council ("RPC";) (www.rpc.ca) in Fredericton, New Brunswick, for advanced metallurgical investigations and RPC's analytical results of the core are expected to be available later this month. The results for holes -055 and -059 remain outstanding, as do results for silver analyses from several samples from the VMS intersections. In total 14 drill holes have intersected the decline to date, accurately locating it for the planned mineral resource estimate and conceptual mine design planning. A total of 5 drill holes (C-07-76,-090,-092,-093,-094) totaling 112 meters have been abandoned short of their targeted depths due to technical reasons.

The copper-polymetallic feeder zone, which is immediately accessible from the historical decline, is open to the north, west and east. The overall zone of mineralization dips westerly at 15 to 20 degrees such that the true thicknesses are approximately 93% of the assay intervals reported from the Company's vertical drill holes.

Analyses for secondary metal credits in the copper feeder mineralization are expected to be complete shortly and will be reported on when available. All samples have been sent to Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Ancaster, Ontario for analysis. Samples were analyzed on a Varian Vista Pro ICP for Cu, Pb, Zn, and Ag using a method Activation Laboratories is accredited to (ISO 17025 and CAN-P1579) by the Standards Council of Canada. Certified Canmet Reference Standards and OREAS reference standards are used as controls. Quality Assurance also includes the analysis of blanks, pulp duplicates and preparation duplicates.

      QA/QC

Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of the NI 43-101 qualifying mineral resource estimate drilling, analytical and surveying programs are being monitored by independent consultants Robert Sim, P.Geo. and Bruce Davies. Earnest Brooks, P.Geo., is the Company's Qualified Person on the Chester Project. Mr. Brooks was formerly a Mine Geologist at the Patino Mines Copper Rand Mines Div. in Chibougamau, Quebec, and a mining operations geologist and exploration geologist at the BMS mines, Bathurst, from 1975 to 1990.

      Chester Copper-Polymetallic Feeder Deposit

The copper-polymetallic feeder deposit is an east-west trending gently west plunging cigar-shaped mineralized structure within an alteration zone approximately 75 meters (246 ft.) or more in thickness and greater than 200 meters (656 ft.) in width. It extends west of the current area of drilling for more than 1 kilometer ( > 3,280 ft.). At the east end it lies close to surface and at its known western extent it is approximately 400 meters (1,320 ft.) below surface. The copper-polymetallic mineralization within the feeder deposit varies from low to high grade with one to three (or more) stacked, gently westerly inclined and northerly striking, sheet-like internal zones of higher-grade mineralization of variable thicknesses.

The Chester property is located in the southern part of the Bathurst Mining Camp approximately 53 kilometers (kms) west of Miramichi City, and 72 kms southwest of the city of Bathurst, New Brunswick.

The high grades being published are living proof to the PP network that this Chester deposit is becoming more than a possible potential mine and looking like a potential mine. However, at .47- .50 per share- the market is a bit cautious. 24 Holes still to drill and more assays pending. So what we have here is a slow step by step - long play- longs are getting more confident in this play- This is not the GGL - speculation any more- The question is millions more might be needed to drill more areas of the 1000 meter length. I think with the initial 100 holes they will just get a nice pilot plant startup deposit - M&Indicated-(150 mx 100x30)( roughly 27000tonsCU plus other metals)with Inferred remaining-area Therefore when the first version of the NI43 101 gets published- say in 4 months from now- there probably will be at that time scoping study, mine development plan- so just on this play alone - UNO will be worth 80-90 cents- not including Mexico.MOre PP's at .80 for sure- for further mine development. As a note- quite alot of drilling done-so the last 24 holes should be finished in 1 month and assays outin June- first NI43- 101 out in July/Aug.There looks like about 200000 tons of copper- based on drilling extrapolation- 1 billion Gross insitu value-This does not include the east property zinc play+
It also appears that Teck may back in(60%) on their claims or get 1.5% royalty . However on the Chester map it looks like Teck may only have 40 % of the Chester deposit at a 60% possible back in rightor a weighted average of say 25% interest in total Chester .
Excellent drilling progress- a long slow hill but patience = a 2 bagger in 4 months. GTLA

Assays of 3.17% Cu over 11.2 meters (36.75 ft) and 10.76% Zn+Pb over 7.2 meters (23.62 ft) Continue to Confirm High Grade Mineralization at First Narrows' Chester Project

Drilling extends area of mineralization to the east and northwest/west

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, June 20, 2007 /FSC/ - First Narrows Resources Corp. (TSX - VX: UNO, OTCBB_Pink_Sheets: FNRWF), ("First Narrows" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on the mineral resource definition drilling program in progress on its Chester Copper-Polymetallic Feeder Deposit. To date, a total of 144 holes totaling 8,078 meters (26,503 ft.) have been drilled in the delineation program, 22 holes in 2006 and 122 holes in 2007.

The mineral resource definition drilling program continues to define and expand the dimensions of the upper part of the Feeder Deposit, with grades, widths and continuity of the mineralization remaining impressive. The Feeder Deposit, a major sub-volcanic hydrothermal "plumbing system", remains open down plunge for at least 800 meters (2,625 ft.) beyond the current area of drilling.

Analytical results for 14 holes follow below. The results are from holes that have delineated the fringes of the Feeder Deposit nearer surface (e.g. C-07-059, -070), from holes that have further defined a high grade area of the feeder mineralization, and from the region where the zinc-lead-silver volcanogenic massive sulphide ("VMS") zone (Central VMS Deposit) merges and inter-fingers with the copper-polymetallic Feeder Deposit.

      Results for holes C-07-056, -057, -058, -060 and -061 were reported in a previous news release of April 5, 2007. To review the previously reported results (April 25, 2007, April 5, 2007, March 1, 2007, February 8, 2007, January 24, 2007, January 17, 2006, and January 11, 2006) visit: www.uno.ca.

Analyses are outstanding on 65 drill holes from the Feeder Deposit drill program.

The copper-polymetallic Feeder Deposit, which is immediately accessible from the historical decline, remains open to the north, east and mainly to the west. The overall zone of mineralization dips westerly at 15 to 20 degrees such that the true thicknesses are approximately 93% of the assay intervals reported from the Company's vertical drill holes.

Sample analysis is being carried out by Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Ancaster, Ontario.

      Mineral Resource Estimate

The current mineral resource definition drilling program of the upper part of the Feeder Deposit, and final surveying of drill hole collars, are scheduled for completion before the end of June. Final analyses are expected in August, with the initial NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate expected to be completed by early Fall.

      QA/QC

Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of the Chester NI 43-101 qualifying mineral resource estimate drilling, analytical, and surveying programs are being monitored by independent consultants Robert Sim, P.Geo. and Bruce Davies.

      About the Chester Feeder Deposit

Based primarily on the historical drilling results, the Chester Feeder Deposit is an east-west trending gently west plunging cigar-shaped mineralized structure within an alteration zone approximately 75 meters (246 ft.) or more in thickness and greater than 200 meters (656 ft.) in width. It extends west of the current area of drilling for more than 800 meters (2,625 ft.). At the east end it lies close to surface and at its known western extent it is approximately 400 meters (1,322 ft.) below surface. The targets of the current resource estimate drilling program are one to three (or more) stacked, gently westerly inclined and northerly striking, sheet-like zones of higher-grade mineralization of variable thicknesses within the cigar-shaped feeder structure.

The Chester property is located in the southern part of the Bathurst Mining Camp approximately 53 kilometers (kms) west of Miramichi City, and 72 kms southwest of the city of Bathurst, New Brunswick.

      8/3/2007
Historical Records Show Assay Values Up to 0.23% Tin in Boulders of Granite 4.8 km (3 miles) North of Company's W-Mo Discovery Drill Hole

VANCOUVER, BC, Aug 03, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

First Narrows Resources Corp. (TSX-V: UNO) (PINKSHEETS: FNRWF) (the "Company") is pleased to report that it has staked a further 129 claims surrounding the Falls Creek property. The claims cover extensions of the Dungarvon Granite in which the Company made a new W-Mo discovery.

In 1980-83, numerous molybdenite (MoS2) bearing boulders of quartz and greisen with values up to 0.23% tin (Sn) were discovered along the northern contact of the Dungarvon Granite, which lies on the property approximately 4.8 kilometers (kms) (3 mi.) northwest of the Company's previously announced discovery drill hole (see news release of July 17, 2007). The area of the mineralized boulders was trenched, but having found only thick till and no outcrop, and with the apparent downturn in tungsten and molybdenum markets, the property was turned back to the prospector, Delbert Johnson. Although the source of the mineralized boulders remains unknown, the historical records of tin mineralization, coupled with the Company's discovery hole and the 4 km long trend of W-Mo (and Sn) mineralized boulders, suggest that the Dungarvon Granite has undergone specialized mineralizing processes that are known to form large W-Mo-Sn mineral deposits.

The Falls Creek property now consists of 253 claims, covering 4,048 hectares (10,003 acres), situated 45 kms (28 mi.) southwest of the Company's Chester copper-polymetallic project, and 33 kms (20.5 mi.) north of the village of Boiestown in the little explored regions of New Brunswick's Central Highlands. First Narrows has the right to earn a 100% interest in the property.

Assays are pending on the discovery drill hole and the Company is expediting the completion of the National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") report on the property.

Earnest Brooks, P.Geo., the Company's Qualified Person, has reviewed and verified the contents of this news release.

      9/7/2007
Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA/FSC/, Sep 07, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

First Narrows Resources Corp. (UNO - TSX Venture, FNRWF - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets), is pleased to report that the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources has approved the Company's plans to re-enter the historical decline on the Company's 100% owned Chester copper-polymetallic Feeder Deposit, which is located in the southern part of the Bathurst Mining Camp in New Brunswick, Canada.

The approved Stage I Refurbishment Program will consist of surveying the historical underground workings down to the flooded water level, tying in the old workings to the Company's resource estimate survey grid, and sampling the decline water to establish water metal and general chemistry quality.

Following completion of Stage I, application will be made to dewater the flooded portion of the decline, continue the surveying of the underground workings, and carry out underground tasks as may be required to complete a mine feasibility study and Environmental Impact Assessment for the Chester project.

The decline, a gently inclined 3-meter by 5-meter (10 ft. x 16.5 ft.) diameter tunnel driven 470 meters (1,542 ft.) into the Feeder Deposit by a previous operator in 1974-75, will be used to provide immediate access to a near surface portion of the Feeder Deposit.

It extends west of the current area of drilling for more than 1 kilometer (>3,280 ft.). At the east end it lies close to surface and at its known western extent it is approximately 400 meters (1,320 ft.) below surface.

Analytical Results Confirm Tungsten- Molybdenum Mineralization at First Narrows' Falls Creek Property, New Brunswick

      FSC / Press Release

Analytical Results Confirm Tungsten- Molybdenum Mineralization at First Narrows' Falls Creek Property, New Brunswick

Next phase of drilling underway to define the full width of the mineralized structural-alteration zone

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, November 01, 2007 /FSC/ - First Narrows Resources Corp. (UNO - TSX Venture, FNRWF - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets), (the "Company") is pleased to report that analytical results from drill hole 4717-07-004 from the Falls Creek tungsten (W) - molybdenum (Mo) project confirm that the Dungarvon Granite hosts significant W-Mo mineralization.

Hole -004 (5,178,587N, 688,860E; -600, bearing 0750) was drilled to a length of 121 meters (m) and anomalous molybdenum occurs from 17 to 116.5 m. Weakly anomalous Mo with significant W occurs from 23 to 35.6 m (12.6 m; 41.3 ft.) averaging 42 ppm Mo and 156 ppm W. A wide zone of anomalous Mo (61 ppm) occurs over an interval of 24.2 m (79.4 ft.) from 80.0 to 104.2 m. W mineralization increases towards the bottom of the hole with a distinct W zone developed from 109.6-116.5 (6.9 m, 22.6 ft.) averaging 204 ppm W and 6 ppm Mo. (INAA analytical geochemical results; Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Ancaster, Ontario)

The main W-Mo exploration target is a northerly trending mineralized structural and altered zone along the eastern contact of the Dungarvon Granite intrusion. The initial effort by the Company to drill evaluate this target encountered drilling difficulties which led to the abandonment of the first three drill holes. (see news release of July 17, 2007). Hole -004 is interpreted to have intersected the west side of the main W-Mo target, which remains open across width to the east, at depth, and on strike along the eastern side of the granite complex.

Historical analyses returned as much as 5.35% W in grab samples. Confirmation assays on grab samples from boulders with coarse Mo mineralization collected by the Company during a property visit returned assay values up to 1.26% Mo in 9 samples averaging 0.37% Mo; only three samples were assayed for W averaging 1.028% W with a high value of 2.79% W. A uranium showing is reported in outcrop in granite in the southern part of the property.

A drill is presently on the property defining the full width of the mineralized structural-alteration zone, and will step out along strike where numerous W-Mo mineralized boulders indicate the W-Mo mineralization continues for 7 kilometers (4.3 miles) along the granite contact.

The Falls Creek NI 43-101 mineral potential assessment and exploration proposal report is complete and is in the process of being filed.
An additional 419 claims (6,704 hectares; 16,566 acres) have been staked covering numerous W and Mo showings surrounding and on-trend from the original 124 claims.

The Falls Creek property now consists of 543 claims, covering 8,688 hectares (21,469 acres), situated 45 kms (28 mi.) southwest of the Company's Chester copper-polymetallic project, and 33 kms (20.5 mi.) north of the village of Boiestown in the little explored regions of New Brunswick's Central Highlands. First Narrows owns, or has the right to earn, a 100% interest in the property.

      Current Project Update:

Chester latest lab results are below my comments here.

      - the final set of Chester results are expected early to mid January (maybe later if labs close for an extended time over Christmas?)

      - then the resource estimate should quickly follow (1-3 weeks)

      - I believe they will be drilling in Mexico near the end of Q1 2008

      - late January or February there will more Falls Creek drilling

      - their new "Zealand" tungsten/moly project will get a multiple of shallow drill holes in Q1 2008 as mineralization is right at surface, plus it is fairly close to Falls Creek, this will be a quick drill program

      FALLS CREEK

This is how I remember a very recent conversation with Greg, call him for verification at the toll free on the homepage.

The historical work on Falls Creek prior to UNO, interpreted the glacial movements incorrectly (west to east or east to west?) and current drill results are showing stronger mineralization in the opposite direction then previous operators. This is fortunate for a couple reasons 1/ the direction is pointing towards the centre of their land holdings 2/ it is land that has been logged recently, in fact clear-cut, which allows easier access and fewer environmental issues.

They will likely not be issuing any bullish interpretations from the field as they prefer the lab to dictate results.

Go to the website for drill intercepts on this news just out. www.uno.ca
