Es handelt sich um einen Explorer und die haben alle nur Kosten, weil ja noch nicht produziert wird.
Es liegt an der Kunst und Führung des Managments wie der Weg zur Geldbeschaffung eingeschlagen wird.
Nochmal die Übersetzung:

Die Firma hat eine Notwendigkeit am Aktienkapital und Finanzierung am Arbeitskapital und Erforschung und Entwicklung seiner Eigenschaften. Wegen der fortfahrenden Betriebsverluste ist die Fortsetzung der Firma als gehendes Interesse Abhängiger nach seiner Fähigkeit, ausreichende Finanzierung zu erhalten und rentable Niveaus des Betriebes zu erreichen. Es ist nicht möglich, vorauszusagen, ob finanzierenbemühungen erfolgreich sind, oder wenn die Firma rentable Niveaus von Betrieben erreicht.

Diese Formulierung steht in jedem Bericht eines Explorerer, das bedeutet soviel wie Haftungsauschluß, wenn es nicht klappt.

Würde ich mich nicht verrückt machen, das hieße ja in Can die können kein Englisch und kaufen Aktien ins blaue hinein, denn der Aufwärsttrend dort ist ja schon seit Anfang April in Takt.

Immer daran denken es ist ein Explorer, der macht immer Verluste, außer es wird ein jont venture gebildet und dieses Unternehmen übernimmt die Kosten der Exploration.

Largo Resources completes $10 million private placement

On April 23, 2007, Largo Resources Ltd. announced that it had completed its previously announced private placement of units for aggregate gross proceeds to Largo of $10,009,975 based on the issue and sale of 18,199,955 Units at a price of $0.55 per Unit, including 9,099,955 Units that were issued pursuant to the exercise by the agency syndicate of an option to increase the size of the private placement. The offering was completed by a syndicate of agents led by Pacific International Securities Inc. and including PowerOne Capital Markets Limited and Fraser Mackenzie Limited.

The net proceeds raised in this offering will be used to further explore Largo's Northern Dancer Tungsten-Molybdenum deposit in the Yukon and the Maracas Vanadium-PGM deposit in Brazil.

Largo is a Canadian natural resource development and exploration company. The company is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol LGO.

Largo was advised in this transaction by Rob Mason and Karoline Kralka (securities and mining) of Fasken Martineau.

Q 3/06 weißt ja einen saftigen Verlust aus.

Nachfolgend den letzten Satz aus Q 3/06:

The Company has a need for equity capital and financing for working capital, and exploration and development of
its properties. Because of continuing operating losses, the Company's continuance as a going concern is
dependent upon its ability to obtain adequate financing and to reach profitable levels of operation. It is not possible
to predict whether financing efforts will be successful or if the Company will attain profitable levels of operations.

kann mich bitte jemand aufklären, warum die seit dem 3. Quartalsbericht 06 (20.09.06 - siehe HP) keinen weiteren erstellt haben???

IV. Quartal 06, bzw. Jahresabschluss 06???? noch nicht erstellt....

Ist das so üblich???
