weitestgehend in opfer- pose......von wenigen
ausnahmen abgesehen - dachte eigentlich ob u.a. der
soliden finanz. des laufenden bohr- programms,
daß auch CVV ein WINNER wäre

umso erstaunter bin ich, daß wir nun deff. vorm test
der 0,30 stehen........auch für mich eher ne chance
als zu schmeissen !!!

Canalaska wird schon bald wieder die 0,3 Cad testen. Falls es unter 0,3 Cad geht, werde ich versuchen zu verdünnen.

elendiger Markt derzeit. Fundamentals scheinen derzeit überhaupt keinen Einfluß zu haben. Nur extrem gute Bohrergebnisse könnten das Blatt wenden.

Stuttgart (www.rohstoffe-go.de [Link 1]) Der Uransektor hat nach kräftigen Verlusten in 2007 wieder einen Boden gefunden und steht nach Einschätzung der Experten von Resource Capital Research kurz vor dem Comeback.

Anleger im Uransektor durchliefen in 2007 ein Wechselbad der Gefühle. Nachdem der Marktpreis für ein Pfund Uran bis Juni 2007 auf ein Allzeithoch von 138 US$ lief, halbierte sich dieser nahezu bis zum Ferbuar 2008 auf 73 US$.

Nahezu alle australischen und kanadischen Uranfirmen ging es nicht viel besser. So verbuchten alle 263 australischen Firmen, die mindestens ein Uranprojekt besitzen bis zum 15.März 2008

ein durchschnittliches Minus von 8% gegenüber dem Vormonat, Verluste von 27% innerhalb der letzten drei Monate und 12% seit Mitte März 2007. Bei den vergleichbaren kanadischen Firmen ergab sich für den 15.März 2008 ein ähnliches Bild. So büßten alle 285 Unternehmen, die im Uransektor tätig waren binnen drei Monaten 1% und binnen eines Jahres 16% ein.

Der Spot-Preis für ein Pfund Uran verbilligte sich in den letzten drei Monaten um 20% von 93 US$ auf 74 US$ und seit Juni 2007 um ganze 46% von 138 US$ auf 74 US$. Dabei wurde ein Zwischentief von 73 US$ bereits im Februar 2008 markiert.

Die Analysten von Resource Capital Research gehen nun in der weiteren Entwicklung von einem kurzfristigen Uranpreisanstieg auf 80 US$ bis 85 US$ und von circa 105 US$ je Pfund bis zum September 2008 aus.

Die Gründe, die Resource Capital Research als Basis für diese Einschätzung nennt, klingen dabei durchaus einleuchtend.

So werden vor allem die Energiekrise in Südafrika und der Neubau neuer Kernreaktoren vor allem in China zu einem einschneidenden Angebotsdefizit beziehungsweise Nachfrageüberschuss auf dem Uranmarkt führen.

So erwartet beispielsweise Uranium One (UUU.TO - Nachrichten) für seine Dominion Reefs Uranium Mine für 2008 eine Produktion von lediglich 3,15 Mio. Pfund Uran, entgegen früherer Schätzungen von 7,4 Mio. Pfund. Für 2009 wird eine Förderung von bis zu 6,8 Mio. Pfund erwartet.

Auf der Nachfragerseite sieht es nicht viel besser aus. So stieg die Anzahl der neu geplanten Nuklearreaktoren weltweit von Januar 2007 bis Januar 2008 um 93 von 222 auf 315. Vor 18 Monaten ging man dabei noch von lediglich 153 aus das bedeutet eine Steigerung von 106% innerhalb von nur 18 Monaten!

Darüber hinaus sind aktuell weltweit 439 Reaktoren in Betrieb und weitere 34 in Bau. Allein China plant in den nächsten Jahren 116 neue Reaktoren in Betrieb zu nehmen. Das Reich der Mitte will dabei seine nukleare Energiegewinnung auf 60 GWE in 2020 und auf 120 bis 160 GWE bis 2030 erweitern. Zum Vergleich: aktuell laufen in China 11 Kraftwerke mit einer Gesamtleistung von 8,6 GWE!

Nicht nur auf Grund dieser Entwicklungen gehen die Experten von Resource Capital Research von einem langfristigen Einpendeln des Uranpreises um die 95 US$ - Marke je Pfund aus.

CanAlaska appoints past Dene Chief Victor Fern to Board

VANCOUVER, March 25 /CNW/ - CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. (CVV - TSX.V) is pleased to report the appointment of Victor Fern to the Board of Directors of the company, following the resignation of Mr. Colin Bird, P. Eng.


Mr. Victor Fern is the immediate past Chief of the Fond Du Lac Denesuline First Nation and lives in Fond Du Lac, Saskatchewan. Mr Fern has lived in Fond Du Lac, Saskatchewan all his life, he is a traditional land user and still hunts and fish for food in the area. He is active in community development, and works on local committees. Mr. Fern, since 1984, has gained extensive experience at Uranium mining operations in Northern Saskatchewan. He is currently involved at the mill operations at a nearby mine. He has also been involved in numerous boards and committees related to mining at the mine site. Mr Fern has been involved in environmental monitoring in the Northern Athabasca area, and is involved with various private business interests in the Fond Du Lac-Black Lake area.

President Peter Dasler is especially pleased to be able to welcome Victor Fern to the Company's Board of Directors. "Victor and I have been working together to develop new opportunities for uranium exploration and development in the Athabasca for the past two years. As Chief, he was instrumental in guiding CanAlaska in its community consultation and agreements with the community, now he will be able to further directly guide and assist the Board and be readily available for the community to comment on our activities."

Mr. Colin Bird, P.Eng., has resigned from the Board to continue his other interests overseas and as CEO of Jubilee Platinum plc. The Company has appreciated the long association that Colin has had as a Board member of CanAlaska, and sincerely thanks him for his involvement and assistance over the years, and wishes him well in his current and future activities.

The Company has granted 600,000 incentive stock options under the current stock option plan for director, consultants and employees of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.40 per common share for a period of five years. The issuance of these options is subject to regulatory approval.

das obv sieht gut aus. es geht mehr geld rein als raus. obwohl der kurs mehr als die hälfte an wert verloren hat gegenüber einem jahr ist das obv deutlich gestiegen.
so langsam sollte es überstanden sein. letztlich drücken immer nur kleine orders runter. bei großen gehts nach oben
