Mal sehen, was dabei herauskommt.

Dividende 1,54
Steuer 21% 0,3234
Dividende nach Steuer 1,2166
Davon im Dez. gezahlt - 0,46 (ohne Steuerabzug)
Restdividende 0.75,66 (kompletter Steuerabzug enthalten)

According to article 4.1.3.4. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, OPAP S.A. announces to its shareholders that, during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of its shareholders on May 11th, 2011 resolved the distribution to shareholders of the total dividend for the fiscal year 2010 of 1.54 Euro per share before 21% dividend withholding tax, according to L.3943/2011. It is reminded that the Board of Directors, in its session of November 22nd 2010, had decided the distribution of 0.46 Euro per share as an interim dividend, which was paid to the entitled shareholders on December 23rd, 2010.

Neuigkeiten von OPAP:
OPAP Expects A Slight Decrease Of Earnings In 2011
Friday, 6 May 2011 - 17:01
Greek gambling company OPAP plans to cut payroll costs and secure growth opportunities, the company’s CEO Yannis Spanoudakis told Bloomberg.
OPAP is not looking just to become a more cost-effective, productive company but it is looking to be involved in more business opportunities in Greece, on the internet and outside of the country, said the CEO in a telephone interview.
He ruled out the possibility of job cuts in the payroll-costs reduction plan, which at present are the equivalent of about 1% of revenue, Yannis Spanoudakis said. No exact figures are available because the plan, which has been agreed with the employee union, is awaiting final approval by the company’s board, according to Bloomberg.
Greece’s government is working on legislation to regulate the gambling market, while it has announced plans to sell its 34% stake in OPAP in 2012. It has also called a tender for the national lottery and announced its intention to sell its holdings in casinos.
The national lottery is an “attractive opportunity”, said Spanoudakis, adding that the company doesn’t plan to bid for the casino stakes.
Earnings are expected to be “slightly worse” in 2011 than the second half of 2010 as the company is affected by the country’s recession, Spanoudakis said.
