Based on the results of the 2009 financial year, the Company
intends to pay
500,010,000 EEK of dividends. Of this 10,000 EEK will be paid to
the owner of
the B-share and 500,000,000 EEK, i.e.
25.00 EEK per
share to the owners of the
A-shares. The Annual Meeting of the Shareholders will vote to
approve the
dividend payment on 18 May 2010.

As of 31 March 2010 AS Tallinna Vesi shareholders, with a direct

AS Tallinna
Vesi share was 167.58 EEK (10.80 EUR), which is a 7.10% increase
compared to the
closing price of 156.47 EEK (10.00 EUR) at the beginning of
quarter. During the
same period the OMX Tallinn index rose by 41.33%.
