Auch wenn ich hier nicht mehr investiert bin, zum Glück, muss ich nochmal kritisch auf das Unternehmen eingehen.

Müssen wahrscheinlich für die Erstellung der Präsentation noch eine Agentur beauftragen, weil sie für diese Aufgabe keinen Spezialisten im Haus haben.
Ich frage mich, was präsentiert diese Diane denn den Investoren und Analysten - Dilettanten!!!

Was will diese Frau eigentlich erzählen. Wenn Investoren tatsächlich ein PGM-Projekt außerhalb von Südafrika suchen, warum sind diese Investoren denn noch nicht bei Wellgreen und der tollen Diane eingestiegen oder haben sich Anteile gesichert.
Sie wollte doch schon lange Analysten und Investoren vom wellgreen-Project überzeugt haben.
Und das die Commodity-Preise niedriger notieren als bei der ersten PEA ist eine tolle Weisheit.
Dass wird noch ein Spaß mit dieser CEO.

Trading Spotlight
I am perplexed by everyone wanting more faster. Let me attempt to explain the situation:
I personally feel the project is 3 years behind where it should be in the project development but with only being able to raise minimal funds over the past few years the Company was in a position to only drill – in other words, they never had the treasury to advance the project through development which includes:
(1) metallurgy – a 9 month process – now completed;
(2) updated geologic model with the past 2 years drilling – 2 month process – now completed;
(3) updated resource for mine planning – a 3-4 month process – we are in the midst of this now; an updated economic analysis through an updated PEA or Pre-feas – doing this work now; and
(4) baseline studies for being able to file for permits – an 18-24 month period – ongoing but we have another 15 months of data to collect.
Since I came in, I initiated all these activities to put us on the track of developing the project towards construction. Project development takes time to complete the necessary activities – I have moved this company farther and faster than has been done previously. I agree we don’t need to explore and drill anymore but there are specifics that are required to be completed before one can apply for permits and begin construction. I think what you are seeing in the share price is the new reality of the timeline of the project. We hope to file for permits late in 2018 – permitting is a 2-3 year process (can be longer) and then at least 2 years for construction. Most people I speak with had no idea the project was that far out before production. There is simply no way this process can be short cut and we are working rapidly to complete all necessary steps in tandem to make it the most efficient.
Also note that commodity prices are down more than 30% from the PEA and nickel recovery is down 9%. We now have to re-do the mine plan to account for these things.

I think a lot of investors feel there is time to leave the stock and come back in later but keep in mind that is "existing" shareholders. There is plenty of value to be created in the interim. There are very few nickel sulphide projects to invest in and we have no analyst coverage which I'm working on. We also have an unusually large PGM content and there are investors seeking non- South African PGM plays. I need to get out and communicate the story which I was doing last summer when the stock had a nice run. I just need the numbers to be able to communicate the full picture. So we are rapidly working on that. But you are correct investors want shorter time lines. I also believe we shouldn't be a single asset company for these very reasons and am hopeful we will grow this company with projects at various stages.
I'm down 30% too on my holdings and I didn't come into this company to lose money but I do intend to make it successful.

ich möchte hier keine Kauf- oder Verkaufsempfehlung geben. Persönlich habe ich alle Anteile in der ersten Märzwoche veräußert und der weitere Kursverlauf interessiert mich nicht mehr, da ich einen Neueinstieg auch zu deutlich günstigeren Kursen ausschließe. Ich habe auch nicht wegen dem negativen Kursverlauf veräußert, sondern wegen dieser Marktschreierin und CEO Diane Garrett.
Schau Dir die Präsentation der Superlativen von Diane Garrett an, lese die letzten Seiten im thread und prüfe die Aussagen von Diane Garrett mit den erreichten Fakten.

Am 07.03.17 habe ich folgendes geschrieben:
"Außer großer Sprüche hat Diane Garrett der Investorengemeinde bis heute "Nichts" geliefert. Und genau dieses "Nichts" reflektiert der Kurs indem er bis an die Anfangsnotierung von 0,30CAD im Juni 2016 zurückgekehrt ist."
Vom 04.-06.04.17 ist Diane Garrett lt. wellgreen-side mit einer Präsentation auf dem European Gold Forum, auf der EGF-Seite finde ich viele Unternehmen allerdings nicht wellgreen / Quelle:
