Revenue ( ab 2 Jahr) - 850 Mio p.a.
Operating Costs- 594 Mio p.a
Initial CAPEX- 377 Mio ( im Vergleich mit KKW Chandgana- peanuts)
NPV (10%) - 1.377 mio
IRR - 33%
Interessant, was uns PEA sagt.

Have you considered the possibilities with this ore body? Our ore contains metal worth $150-$200 per ton, and Rhodium credits should bump it up to over $200 per ton. Recovery rates of 90% will drop that to about $175 per ton. Mining and processing costs should be less than $50 per ton. Other overhead costs should be well under $25 per ton. That leaves $100 per ton for recovery of CAPEX costs and profit. At 30,000 tons per day, which NKL has recently been talking about, and 300 processing days per year, that leaves $900 Million Dollars. Take $200 million out of that for the first five years for CAPEX recovery and 15% out of the remaining $700 million for taxes, and you have a net of $600 million for the first 5 years and $800 million a year for the rest of the 30-50 year mine life. At a conservative P/E ratio of 15 on the first year's profit, we should have a market cap of $9 Billion when we start producing. And over the long term, the prices of our metals are going way up.
I would take a 30-plus-bagger in five years over a three-bagger in one year any day. And, by investing in NKL through PCY, you add the five-bagger that the Mongolian power plant provides, without adding any risk.
