.. bin auch nicht davon ausgegangen, dass NXP eub Geheimtip ist !! Die Zahlen, diesen Monat werden zeigen, ob sie - halbwegs - berechtigt steht, wo der Kurs eben steht. In USA rot.... Gruß B.

Die Aktie ist lange kein Geheimtipp mehr, wird seit mindestens einem halben Jahr intensiv von großen Börsenmagazinen gepusht! Eigentlich überkauft.

We are not amused. Aufgrund von Gewinnwarnung von SanDisk und einem wohl schlechteren Ausblick und auch von AMD, leiden wohl alle Chiphersteller gerade, bzw. purzeln die Kurse. Bin immer noch im grünen Bereich, dennoch hätte es einen besseren Zeitpunkt gegeben, hier einzusteigen. Macht nichts, so ist Börse nunmal. Ich werde sowohl NXP als auch Skywork behalten. Im April kommen Zahlen. Kann sein, dass dies günstige Nachkaufgelegenheiten sind. Wir werden sehn. Gruß B.

Huawei und NXP schließen Industrie-4.0-Partnerschaft
Der chinesische und globale Markt im Bereich Industrie 4.0 soll von Huawei und NXP gemeinsam erschlossen werden. Die beiden Unternehmen wollen eine offene, stabile und sichere Plattform für Industrie 4.0 aufbauen.

Industrie 4.0 wird die Interaktion zwischen Menschen, Informationen und physischen Objekten ermöglichen und alle Maschinen zu einem intelligenten Netzwerk verbinden, so NXP und Huawei in einer gemeinsamen Presseerklärung. Mithilfe dieser Technologie sollen Produktionsprozesse automatisch optimiert und beschleunigt, Fehler behoben und somit die Produktionskosten gesenkt werden. China plant, in den kommenden drei Jahren 1,2 Billionen Euro in die Modernisierung und Umgestaltung der nationalen Industrie zu investieren, um aus einem „großen Produktionsland“ ein „hoch leistungsfähiges Produktionsland“ zu machen. Ein Geschäft, das sich der niederländische2 Halbleiterhersteller NXP nicht entgehen lassen will.

Mit der neuen Partnerschaft wollen Huawei und NXP ihre Geschäftsaktivitäten auf dem chinesischen und globalen Markt im Bereich Industrie 4.0 weiter ausbauen. Die Zusammenarbeit erstreckt sich dabei auf die Bereiche Bitübertragungsschicht, Vermittlungsschicht und Cyber-Sicherheit. Die IKT-Infrastruktur und Connectivity-Lösungen von Huawei und die sicheren Connectivity-Lösungen für Industrie 4.0 von NXP werden dabei vollständig integriert. Die Zusammenarbeit wird sich auf die Anwendung von Industrie 4.0 zum Beispiel im Bereich Fertigungsautomatisierung, Logistik 4.0, sichere drahtlose Verbindungen und Sensornetzwerke konzentrieren. Die beiden Unternehmen haben es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, eine weltweit führende Industrie-4.0-Netzwerklösung zu entwickeln, die eine nachhaltige Wertschöpfung für Kunden aus der Region Großchina und potentiell der ganzen Welt ermöglichen soll.

Huawei and NXP to Jointly Explore the Industry 4.0 Market

Hanover, Germany, March 19, 2015 - Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI) decided to jointly explore the Chinese and global Industry 4.0 market at the Industry 4.0 Roundtable held at Hanover CeBIT 2015 (Hanover Consumer Electronics, Information and Communication Expo). Through technical cooperation and joint innovation, the two companies will create an open, robust and secure Industry 4.0 Information and Communication Technology platform. The joint decision marks a milestone in the partnership between the two companies.

IHS predicts that, by 2025, Industry 4.0 will connect over 80 billion devices to the Internet. China plans to invest EUR1.2 trillion over the next three years in modernizing and transforming the nation's industry, with the aim of shifting from " A big manufacturing country" to "A powerful manufacturing country ".

Leading global ICT solutions provider Huawei and NXP, a high-performance, mixed-signal semiconductor solutions provider, have entered a strategic partnership to further expand their business in the Chinese and global Industry 4.0 market. Huawei offers a wide range of ICT products and solutions in the Industry 4.0 field. For industrial IoT connectivity, Huawei applies LTE-M technology and the industrial Ethernet gateway to deliver the core value of Industry 4.0, which includes IoT connections, security, and device management and operations. The ability to create value depends on the underlying chipsets, modules, and Lite OS. EINDHOVEN, Netherlands, March 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) has today announced the launch of its new best-in-class, low power and long range JN5169 wireless microcontroller and accompanying smart home and smart lighting solutions, featuring certified ZigBee LightLink, Home Automation, GreenPower software stacks and, the first in the market, a NFC-commissioning option that allows users to connect systems intuitively with just one tap. An on-chip +10dBm power amplifier within JN5169 doubles the connectivity range of NXP's existing smart home products.

The solution features the ability to connect with 250 nodes allowing for it to be deployed in a wide range of uses in homes and industrial environments. ZigBee 3.0 and Thread ready, JN5169 also features a new toolchain for software development allows up to 15% code size reductions and features extensive debugging capabilities. Intuitive one-touch commissioning using NFC connectivity ensures that the devices can be easily yet securely paired without sending network details 'over-the-air', thus strongly reducing the threat of hacking.

To support JN5169, NXP is launching three new design references for white, tunable white and RGB(W) color lamps, which reduce the total build cost of smart lighting solutions up to 25%. With 512kB embedded flash memory, there is enough memory available on the product to enable Over-The-Air software upgrades, meaning that expensive external flash memory is no longer required, leading to additional cost savings. The lamp reference designs are complemented by wireless switches, remotes, wall panels, sensors, smart plugs and gateways as well as control by cloud services from NXP and its eco-system partners.

14mA receive current allowing to reduce the standby power of bulbs down to an ultralow 100mW
Only 20mA transmit current at +10dBm which is at least 40% lower than other products in the market thus maximizing battery life of wireless nodes
The use of low cost 85*C crystals for smart bulbs instead of more expensive 125*C specified crystals enabled by innovative circuit and software techniques

The new JN5169 product is already being adopted by leading players in the smart lighting market, including TCP Inc. and Leedarson.
