Hier zum Vergleich die Antwort, die ich heute erhielt. Deckt sich bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten mit deiner:

Thank you for your inquiry.

Negotiations on the PPA and electricity tariff application is ongoing. The reason for such a lengthy negotiations is that we need to sign a bankable PPA and agree on a number of items with the Mongolian Government to be reflected in the agreement. This includes electricity tariff, power off take, coal price among others. In addition, this PPA if signed would be one of the major power off take contracts for Mongolian energy sector. I cannot speculate about the timing, however once approvals received on PPA and tariff, Prophecy Coal will make public announcement as per TSX disclosure rules.

As mentioned in the above negotiations are ongoing and there is strong support among relevant Mongolian authorities. So the rumors that project will be canceled are not true.

Ich habe vor ca. einer Woche in einer Email an PCY nach dem Status der PPA und des Zelthura Übergangs gefragt. Ferner habe ich meinen Unmut über die Kommunikation mit den Shareholdern geäußert. Hier die Antwort von Bekzod Kasimov (17.3.2013 14:09):

Thank you for your inquiry.

Currently, Prophecy Coal is actively negotiating with the relevant Mongolian authorities on the PPA and electricity tariff during the PPA term. Negotiations are intense. The reason for such a lengthy negotiations is that we need to sign a bankable PPA and agree on a number of items with the Mongolian Government to be reflected in the agreement. The timetable provided in presentations and elsewhere is based on the feedback from relevant Mongolian authorities and reflects the Company's management's view. I understand your frustration with missing deadlines and appreciate your patience.

I will come back to you shortly on Zelthura border crossing progress.

I cannot speculate about the timing, however please be assured that once approvals on PPA and tariff are received Prophecy Coal will make public announcement as per the TSX disclosure rules.

Oje da hat der stratmann dem madmod aber ziemlich arbeit gemacht...dafür hat er sich aber gleich abgemeldet...DANKE! Morgen wird er dann wohl wieder mit einem neuen Nick hier auftauchen.

Seit dem 1 Mio. Stücke kauf sind inzwischen glaub auch schon wieder mehr als zwei Wochen um...JL hat also gewusst, dass es in diesem Zeitraum wohl eher noch nichts wird mit dem PPA, meiner Meinung nach.
