allmählich haben Sie mehr Direktoren (einschließlich Präsident) als Mitarbeiter, das schafft doch Hoffnung und Vertrauen. Berücksichtigt man zudem noch die solide finazielle Ausstattung von RLG dann kann doch nichts mehr schiefgehen, oder?

Mr. Kontak was previously the President of Victory Gold Mines from 2010 to 2013 where he managed the publicly listed company and the exploration and development of its former producing Gold Pike Mine until the company was acquired following a takeover offer made by Northern Gold Mining. From 2007 to 2010 he was the President of a junior exploration and development company Batavia Energy until the company sold its resource assets pursuant to a proposed acquisition by CBM Asia Development Corp. Mr. Kontak has also been a director of several junior resource companies with projects both in Canada and internationally. He has an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston and a LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School.

Gold Mines Inc. (the "Company") held on March 6, 2014. At the Meeting, Shareholders were asked to
consider certain matters and the results of the voting were as follows:
Item 1: Appointment of Auditors
On a unanimous vote by hand, Collins Barrow Toronto LLP were appointed auditors of the
Company to hold office until the close of the next annual general meeting of Shareholders or
until their successors are appointed, and the directors of the Company were authorized to fix the
remuneration of the auditors. Proxies received were voted as follows:

Item 2: Election of Directors
On a unanimous vote by hand, each of the four nominees set forth in the Company`s 2014
