Bei einem Nettogewinn von 6,9 Billionen Rubel würde der Magnit-Kurs durch die Decke gehen
Im Englischen heißt die Milliarde „Billion“. Unsere Billion ist eine „Trillion“. Und unsere Trillion ist bei den Amis eine „Quadrillion“.
Aber DrWatch hat Recht. Es sind die heute veröffentlichten Q3 und Neunmonatszahlen, die zu diesem dramatischen Kurssturz geführt haben.
Zwar eröffnet Magnit einen Convenience store nach dem anderen. Aber die Umsatzzahlen pro Einheit gehen zurück. Es sind vor allem die größeren Hypermarkets und Family Stores, wo nicht nur die Waren für den täglichen Bedarf angeboten werden, die unter den Sanktionen leiden. Bei den alltäglichen Dingen, vor allem bei der Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln, hat man in Russland inzwischen Wege (und neue Handelspartner) gefunden, um prima mit den Sanktionen leben zu können. Aber in den großen Supermärkten fehlt interessante, margenstarke Importware, die sich die Leute leisten können.
Kurseinbrüche von bis zu 19 Prozent sind trotz der gruseligen Zahlen aber wohl überzogen. Dennoch glaube ich, dass sich der Kurs zwar wieder ein bisschen erholen wird, mittelfristig aber nicht mehr auf die Beine kommt. Meinen kleinen Restbestand werde ich behalten, auch um mitzukriegen, wenn es in Russland wieder aufwärts geht.

Die Zahlen für das 3. Quartal wurden heute veröffentlicht:

* Q3 net profit bei 6.9 Billionen Rubel (120.25 Millionen USD), Rückgang 53.3 Prozent auf Jahresbasis

* Q3 EBITDA bei 20.66 Billionen Rubel, Rückgang 27.9 pct auf Jahresbasis

* Q3 EBITDA margin nun 7.23 Prozent nach 10.67 Prozent in Q3 2016;

* Q3 like-for-like sales Rückgang um 2.5 Prozent Jahresbasis

Was ist denn heute los?

Rein informativ: Ich streiche die Segel. Die Wirtschaftskrise in Russland scheint Magnit stärker zuzusetzen als ich erwartet hatte. lfl 5%-Umsatzrückgang ist schon heftig.
Ich sehe derzeit keine Impulse mehr, die Magnit helfen sollten.

Ich habe mir den Wert angesehen und bin aus den verschiedenen Kursen nicht ganz schlau geworden.
Vielleicht kann mich jemand aufklären.

Aktueller Kurs in Moskau: 10.260 Rubel
Bei einem Wechlselkurs von 63,86 Rubel / US$
ergibt das einen aktuellen Kurs von 160,66$ für die Originalaktie
Je 5 GDR entsprechen einer Originalaktie, also erwarte ich einen Kurs von etwa 32,10$ je GDR.

Die GDR notieren in London aber mit 40,30$

Wo ist mein Denkfehler?
Oder werden die GDR tatsächlich mit einem Aufschlag von über 20% gehandelt.

PJSC “Magnit” Announces the Interest Rate of the Coupon Yield against the Exchange-Traded Bonds
Krasnodar, June 28, 2016: PJSC “Magnit”, Russia’s largest food retailer (the “Company”, the “Issuer”; MOEX and LSE: MGNT) announces the interest rate of coupon yield against the Exchange-traded bonds of the BO-001Р-04 series.
In accordance with Decision of the Chief Executive Officer of PJSC “Magnit” (Decision w/o No. of June 28, 2016), the interest rate of the 1st coupon of the non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bonds of PJSC “Magnit” of the BO-001P-04 series to the bearer with the obligatory centralized custody, placed under the Program of the exchange-traded bonds with the identification number of 4-60525-P-001P-02E as of 23.10.2015 (hereinafter – the Bonds) is 10.00 (Ten) % per annum.
The interest rate of the 2nd and the 3rd coupon periods is equal to the interest rate of the 1st coupon period.
Reporting period which the Bond yield is paid for:
The exchange-traded bonds have 3 coupon periods. The 1st coupon period lasts 177 days. The 2nd and the 3rd coupon periods last 182 days.
1st coupon period: from the commencing date of the Bonds placement to the 177th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement;
2nd coupon period: from the 177th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement to the 359th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement;
3rd coupon period: from the 359th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement to the 541st day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement.
Total amount of the accrued Bond yield:
1st coupon – 484,900,000.00 (Four hundred and eighty four million nine hundred thousand rubles 00 kopecks);
2nd coupon – 498,600,000.00 (Four hundred and ninety eight million six hundred thousand rubles 00 kopecks);
3rd coupon – 498,600,000.00 (Four hundred and ninety eight million six hundred thousand rubles 00 kopecks).
The amount of the accrued yield per one Bond:
1st coupon – 48 (Forty eight) rubles 49 (Forty nine) kopecks;
2nd coupon – 49 (Forty nine) rubles 86 (Eighty six) kopecks;
3rd coupon – 49 (Forty nine) rubles 86 (Eighty six) kopecks.
The total amount of interest to be paid against Bonds and the amount of interest to be paid per one Bond:
1st coupon – 10.00 (Ten) percent per annum;
2nd coupon – 10.00 (Ten) percent per annum;
3rd coupon – 10.00 (Ten) percent per annum.
Method of payment:
Monetary funds in the currency of the Russian Federation by means of non-cash settlement
The date when the obligation to pay the Bond yield shall be fulfilled:
1st coupon period: the 177th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement;
2nd coupon period: the 359th day from the commencing date of the Bonds placement;

Krasnodar, June 27, 2016: PJSC “Magnit”, Russia’s largest food retailer (the “Company”; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), is pleased to announce the opening of a new hypermarket and a “Magnit Family” store.
The 228th hypermarket (small format) is located at 48 Tarkhova street (“Liga Natsiy” shopping center), Saratov, Volga federal region. Assortment of the hypermarket consists of about 12,700 SKUs, out of which about 75% are food items. There are 17 cash desks installed in the sales area. The outlet is leased by the Company. The hypermarket is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 11 pm.
The 167th “Magnit Family” store is located at 91 Suvorova street, Rostov-on-Don, Southern federal region. Assortment of the store consists of about 10,400 SKUs, out of which about 84% are food items. There are 11 cash desks installed in the sales area. The outlet is leased by the Company. The store is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 10 pm.
