Hoffe mal es verbleibt dann auch bei den letztendlich rd. 57 Mio Shares (inkl. aller noch auszuübener Warrents oder Options).

MK wäre demnach rd. CAD 32.000.000

Da ist - meiner Meinung nach - ordentlich Luft nach oben (bei der Führungsriege und den letzten News).

Wenn man mal sieht, wie viele Biotechbuden gehandelt werden (ohne Cash oder Income).

Du kennst das ja, tummelst Dich ja auch gut in dem Bereich rum (wie ich)

Am 30.+ 31.3. sind rund 1,5 Mio. Aktien gehandelt worden, also müssten wir fast durch die 0,25/0,30 warrants durch sein.

Aufgrund der jüngsten Ausgabe von 2,05 Mio. stock options liegen wir jetzt bei 58.688.595

30.3.2015: neue Aktienanzahl 48.579.194

Deutet darauf hin, dass 4.691.667 warrants (0,25+0,30)/evtl. options in der Zwischenzeit ausgeübt worden sind.

Am 25.2.2015 kamen 7.388.528 neue Aktien und 3.694.264 warrants dazu.

Also neue Aktienanzahl: 43.887.527

neu voll verwässert: 56.638.595

Wieviele Warrents schwirren hier eigentlich insgesamt noch rum ?

W/O zeigt eine Share-Anzahl von 36,5 Mio. an.

Im Nachbarforum A... werden mittlerweile 48,6 Mio. Shares angezeigt.

Was wäre den die Shareanzahl wenn alle Warrents irgendwann mal umgewandelt wären ?

Zuerst werden bald die 0,30er warrants "beschleunigt":

Da sind wir ja nun. Ergo liegen die Warrant-Halter im Geld und dürften geneigt sein, Kasse zu machen.

Die Story klingt wie geschrieben verheißungsvoll, indes bin ich immer vorsichtig, wenn ich sowohl in Deutschland als auch in Kanada viele Postings in Boards sehe, in denen sehr hohe Kursziele genannt werden. Meist ist dann die Korrektur nicht weit...
