Cardero hat seiner Zeit ihr Projekt für 100 Millionen Dollar an Chinesen verkauft.Danach haben Sie aber die ganze Kohle im "Kohlegeschäft" versenkt bzw. etliche Fehler begangen bzgl. Personal.
Die Jungs haben es eigentlich drauf und auch schon etliche Male bewiesen wie z.b. Trevali,ITH,WML
Du musst nur deren System verstehen,nutzen und den Ausstieg nicht verpassen.

Was ist die Geschichte von Cardero. Das Unternehmen ist ja, soweit ich das sehen kann, grandios gescheitert (delisting von TSX etc.) und du schreibst ja selbst, dass es nur noch eine shell ist. Wenn ich es recht sehe, war Keith Henderson federführend bei CDU neben van Alpen. Beide werden als "CEO"-Stars angeführt, aber Cardero spricht doch eine andere Sprache, oder übersehe ich etwas?

Moin ahasja,

Kursziel hin und her ist eigentlich nicht so wichtig.Wichtig ist,das CT Public gemacht wird.Den Report finde ich sehr sachlich.
Mal sehen wie es heute weiter geht mit dem Kurs.

Danke für die gute Übersicht. Ich hoffe, dass es jetzt mit CT weiter bergauf geht. Leider bin ich damals zu hoch eingestiegen. Was hälst Du von dem von CT bezahlten Research Report von Epstein? Seine Einschätzung des "Huachi & Organullo"-Projektes scheint mir etwas hochgegriffen, oder? lang ist es ruhig gewesen hier.Es hat sich aber viel getan.Wer letztes Jahr hier mit eingestiegen ist,konnte locker 100% realisieren.Jetzt sind wir aktuell wieder an einem sehr interessanten Punkt angelangt.Gestrige Meldung ist als sehr positiv zu interpretieren...

CENTENERA APPOINTS JOHN DROBE AS ADVISOR GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS RETAINS TRAPEZE CAPITAL CORP.

Centenera Mining Corp. has appointed John Drobe as a founding member of a new advisory board, which will help steer technical decisions during the planned drill program at the Huachi copper-gold project. The company has also granted 400,000 incentive stock options and retained Trapeze Capital Corp. to provide market-making services.

Appointment of John Drobe

Mr. Drobe is a professional geologist with more than 30 years of experience, specializing in porphyry copper-gold, epithermal and skarn deposits throughout Latin America. Mr. Drobe has worked for a number of well-known companies in the resource sector, including Corriente Resources Inc., where he was chief geologist. At Corriente, he was responsible for all aspects of exploration and resource definition at Corriente's Mirador, Panantza and San Carlos deposits, a suite of assets that led to the sale of Corriente for $679-million cash in 2010. Most recently, Mr. Drobe served as chief operating officer for Indico Resources Ltd., where he helped to advance the Ocana copper oxide deposit toward production prior to the project receiving production finance from a new operating partner in 2015. Mr. Drobe's experience with copper-gold porphyry systems will be invaluable as the company advances the Huachi project in San Juan province, Argentina.

Stock option grant

The company has granted stock options to certain officers, employees and consultants of the company and its affiliates to purchase up to 400,000 common shares of the company in accordance with the terms of the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable on or before May 9, 2018, at a price of 25 cents per share.

Trapeze Capital Corp. engagement

The company has retained Trapeze Capital to provide trading (market-making) services to the company with respect the company's common shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Under the terms of an issuer trading services agreement dated as of May 9, 2017, Trapeze Capital will receive compensation of $5,500 per month (plus applicable taxes), payable in cash from the company's working capital account. The capital required for the acquisition of any of the company's common shares and any corresponding trading activity undertaken by Trapeze Capital will be provided by Trapeze Capital, acting as principal. The agreement is subject to acceptance by the TSX-V, and is for an initial term of 180 days and will automatically renew for additional 180-day periods unless terminated by the company or Trapeze Capital.

Trapeze Capital and the company are unrelated entities. Trapeze Capital is a member of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, a participating organization of the Toronto Stock Exchange and a member of the TSX-V.

Mit Drobe hat man einen sehr erfahrenen Mann geholt und durch Trapeze sollte etwas Bewegung in die Aktie kommen.

Centenera Mining closes $1.26-million private placement

CENTENERA CLOSES $1.264 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Centenera Mining Corp. has closed the private placement previously announced on June 15. The company has issued 7.9 million shares at a price of 16 cents per common share for gross proceeds of $1,264,000. The company paid finders' fees of $68,909.25 cash and issued 286,608 broker warrants. Each broker warrant will be exercisable for one common share at a price of 30 cents for a period of 12 months from the date of closing. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a statutory hold period of four months. Proceeds will be used to finance exploration at the El Quemado tantalum-lithium pegmatite project, to finance additional project acquisitions and for general working capital.

Warum gerade Centenera Mining werden sich jetzt bestimmt einige fragen.
Für mich spielen hier zwei Aspekte eine große Rolle.Da wäre zum Ersten das Management.
Kein geringer als Henk van Alphen zieht hier die Strippen.Das er in der Lage ist etwas zu bewegen hat er schon etliche Male unter Beweis gestellt z.b. aktuell mit WML.
Desweiteren ist die Aktionärsstruktur sehr interessant.Mit nur 21% Freefloat ist CT extrem eng für einen Explorerwert.Als größter Aktionär fungiert hier Cardero.
Aktuell führt CT ein PP durch,was demnächst geschlossen werden sollte.Danach sollte einiges an News anstehen.
Außerdem wird es interessant sein,wer am PP gezeichnet hat.
