Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU), today announced its wholly-owned division N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”) has acquired the business of Amazing Charts, LLC (“Amazing Charts”), a business providing Electronic Medical Record (EHR), Practice Management (PM) software and Medical Billing services to primary care and specialty outpatient practices.

Amazing Charts is an affordable and easy to use solution for independent physician-owned practices. Nearly 4,000 medical practices (20,000 clinicians and office staff) are using Amazing Charts throughout the U.S. and abroad to enhance patient care and improve practice operations.

Jerry Canada, President Harris Healthcare Group, commented, “The completion of the Amazing Charts acquisition represents another step in our efforts to expand our outpatient focused software business unit. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) today announced that its wholly-owned division Volaris Group (“Volaris”) has entered into an agreement to acquire an Asset Management software provider of telematics solutions. Completion of the acquisition remains subject to mutually agreed closing conditions.

TORONTO, ON, April 4, 2017 – Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU), announced today that it, through its Perseus division (“Perseus”), has purchased 100% of the shares of Dealer Information Systems Corporation (“DIS”). The acquisition further expands Constellation’s market presence in dealership management software.

Headquartered in Bellingham, Washington with customers across the United States and Canada, DIS is the leading provider of business system software to agricultural, construction and material handling dealers and distributors in North America.

“DIS will join Constellation’s Dealership Software Group which is comprised of several leading software products designed specifically for dealerships. With the addition of DIS, over 4,000 dealerships across North America and the United Kingdom will use one or more of our software products to make their dealership more successful. We welcome the employees, customers and products into the Constellation family.” said Daniel Zinman, Vice President of Constellation’s Dealership Software Group.
