So wie ich das sehe, haben Sie zwar die "exploration licence granted", aber die grundsätzliche Genehmigung, das Sie bohren dürfen fehlt noch.

So war auch die Sichtweise im CEO.CA Board, soweit ich mich erinnre.

Für mich auch daher plausibel das Sie daher die letzten 4 Monate noch nicht angefangen haben zu bohren. Meldung war ja auf Sep 2023.

Oder welchen Grund soll es sonst geben, warum Sie nicht starten mit dem Bohrprogramm, Geld ist ja da ?

Vancouver, British Columbia - TheNewswire - September 26, 2023 - Volcanic Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV-VG) (“Volcanic” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Cirilo I exploration licence, covering a 13.5 km² (4.5 x 3 km) area including the highly prospective Mila gold discovery in the Motagua Norte project area of Guatemala, has been granted by the Ministry of Mines of Guatemala.

The Mila prospect is an area of bonanza-grade quartz float, subcrop and outcrop discovered by Company geologists during regional prospecting along the Motagua Norte schist belt in Central Guatemala. A significant gold footprint has already been mapped-out with approximately one hundred rock chip samples spread over a 250 metre by 570 metre area returning assays exceeding 10 g/t gold, including twenty of over 100 g/t gold and a maximum of 692 g/t gold.

The abundance of high-grade quartz over a significant area point to an important high-grade gold system. A thorough geological assessment and continued prospecting throughout the licence area is ongoing, and the Company intends to start trench and drill testing as soon as the necessary permitting procedures are completed.

The Cirilo 1 exploration licence is the first to be granted out of a set of four exploration licence applications that comprise the Motagua Norte project. The other three applications cover an additional 72.68 km² of the highly prospective Motagua Norte orogenic gold corridor. The Company is working with the permitting authorities and local government to expedite the permitting process.

Ich habe so verstanden das sie die Gebietslizenz oder wie das heißt bekommen haben und jetzt auf die Bohrlizenz warten.

Ein kurzes Update, ob/wann es dort los geht, wäre sinnvoll, wie auch, mit Blick auf die jüngste Mitteilung seitens Bluestone, ein Statement bzgl Holy. Vielleicht dient das Schweigen aber auch der Vorbereitung einer Kapitalerhöhung, die zwar nicht akut, aber doch absehbar erforderlich wird.

Naja, mittelfristig ist es für Volcanic und Radius Gold wohl wichtiger das sie die Bohrgenehmigung bekommen und später gute Bohrergebnisse zeigen

solange es wirklich um "bribes and corruption" geht, ist dagegen überhaupt nichts einzuwenden. Wer "sauber" ist, hat nichts zu befürchten. Wer hingegen mit unlauteren Mitteln agiert hat, sollte auch sanktioniert werden. Aus Aktionärssicht resultiert aber unabhängig davon eine (weitere) Phase der Unsicherheit, was natürlich unerfreulich ist

mit Blick auf die positive Entwicklung bei Bluestone könnte auch Volcanic vor einer Neubewertung stehen. Eine mögliche Initialzündung wäre die Verlautbarung des Unternehmens, dass sie ihre Aktivitäten in Guatemala wieder aufnehmen. Dafür spricht, dass sie diese zuvor unter Verweis auf die Blockierung von Cerro Blanco (Bluestone) eingestellt hatten.
