Collective Mining Drills 162.20 Metres at 3.90 g/t Gold Equivalent From Surface at the Newly Discovered Contact Zone and Expands the Strike Length of the Apollo System

      https://www.collectivemining.com/investors/news-releases/ind…

-- Drill hole APC-45, which is the first hole into the Contact Zone in the southernmost part of the Apollo porphyry system from Pad 7, intersected an abundance of sheeted CBM veins overprinting earlier porphyry mineralization. Remarkably continuous high-grade gold-silver-copper was intersected over the entire core length with results as follow:

      - 162.20 metres @ 3.90 g/t gold equivalent commencing from surface (consisting of 2.59 g/t gold, 29 g/t silver and 0.56% copper);
      - The linear strike length for the Contact Zone between APC-45 and previously announced discovery holes APC-41 and APC-42 now measures approximately 150 metres and remains open to the northeast along strike for further expansion; and
      - Three additional holes designed to test various parts of the Contact Zone (APC-53, APC-58 and APC-59) have been completed. Assay results for APC-53, a northeastern directed step-out hole are anticipated in June while results for APC-58 and APC-59 are expected in July.

-- Hole APC-48 was drilled to the southwest from Pad 7 and successfully expanded the overall footprint of the shallow mineralization to the southwest. Interestingly, the hole exited the brecciated portion of the Apollo porphyry system and continued to the end of the interval in a mineralized precursor porphyry unit with overall results as follows:

      - 114.40 metres @ 2.38 g/t gold equivalent commencing from surface (consisting of 1.71 g/t gold, 15 g/t silver and 0.29% copper) within 236.70 metres @ 1.35 g/t gold equivalent.

      - As a result of APC-48, the maximum known strike length of the system has increased to 435 metres (previously 385 metres) with the overall maximum known dimensions now measuring 435 metres strike x 385 metres width x 915 metres vertical. The system remains open for expansion in most directions.

-- Hole APC-47 was drilled in an easterly direction from Pad 4 in order to cut across the system in an area of the block model with limited information. A long and continuous interval of high-grade gold-silver and copper mineralization was intersected with results as follows:

      - 307.60 metres @ 2.53 g/t gold equivalent from 226.80 metres downhole (consisting of 1.40 g/t gold, 53 g/t silver and 0.25% copper).

-- Two drill holes, APC-49 and APC-55 were designed to explore the depth potential of the Apollo system from Pad 6 to the northeast and northwest respectively. Detailed visual logging of both holes indicates that long and continuous zones of mineralization were encountered from surface to downhole depths of 840 metres and 790 metres respectively. APC-49 was terminated while still in mineralization due to a drilling related issue while APC-55 will expand the over dimensions of the Apollo system to the northeast if it is mineralized to the end of the interval. Assay results for these holes are expected in late June 2023.

-- Eleven additional holes have been completed at the Apollo system with assay results expected in the near term. All eleven holes intersected cumulative mineralization over varying yet significant downhole drill lengths. Three drill rigs are operating on site with a fourth rig expected to begin operating prior to the end of Q2, 2023. Once onsite, the fourth rig will focus on testing the six new exploration targets directly surrounding the Apollo system as well as regional targets within the three-kilometre porphyry corridor (see press release dated April 18, 2023, for further details).

Ari Sussman, Executive Chairman commented: “The Contact Zone at the Apollo system continues to intercept impressive high-grade mineralization and importantly can now be traced over a meaningful strike length. June 2023 is shaping up to be an exciting and important month for the Company with assay results expected for Contact Zone drill hole APC-53 and deep holes APC-49 and APC-55. Additionally, our aggressive exploration focus will expand with a fourth rig scheduled to arrive on site in late June. This rig will be designated to systematically test exploration targets surrounding the Apollo porphyry system and the greater Guayabales project.”

Collective Mining Expands the Dimensions of the High-Grade Shallow Zone of Mineralization at the Apollo Porphyry System and Intersects Significant Visual Mineralization Along the Newly Discovered Contact Zone

      https://www.collectivemining.com/investors/news-releases/ind…

-- Hole APC-46 was drilled westward from Pad 6 and intersected a long and continuous interval of gold-silver-copper mineralization beginning at surface in oxide mineralization and bottoming in mineralization with results as follows:

      358.0 metres @ 1.52 g/t gold equivalent from 5.75 metres downhole (consisting of 0.55 g/t gold, 31 g/t silver and 0.32% copper) including:
19.25 metres @ 3.01 g/t gold equivalent in oxides; and
      60.55 metres @ 2.69 g/t gold equivalent from 153.05 metres downhole.

APC-46 extended the strike length of the shallow mineralization to the west with the dimensions now measuring 160 metres x 130 metres (previously 150 metres x 130 metres).

APC-46 bottomed in mineralization in quartz diorite porphyry with the final 7.1 metres averaging 0.88 g/t AuEq.

-- APC-44 was drilled to the northwest from Pad 6 and intercepted a long and continuous zone of gold-silver-copper mineralization beginning at surface in oxide material and bottoming in mineralization with results as follows:

      428.2 metres @ 1.41 g/t gold equivalent from 2 metres downhole (consisting of 0.61 g/t gold, 29 g/t silver and 0.24% copper) including:
19.95 metres @ 3.07 g/t gold equivalent in oxides; and
      18.25 metres @ 5.21 g/t gold equivalent from 144.25 metres downhole.

-- Detailed visual logging of drill hole APC-53, which was drilled to the northeast from Pad 10, indicates that two potentially significant zones of mineralization were encountered along the hole. APC-53 was designed to step-out along the recently announced “Contact Zone” where drill hole APC-42 cut 104.8 metres from surface at 5.56 g/t AuEq (see press release dated April 25, 2023). The reader should take caution until assay results are received from a third-party laboratory as visual results are inherently unreliable in nature.

-- The first zone was intersected over approximately 150 metres from surface and consisted of intense sheeted “CBM” veins hosted within mineralized quartz diorite porphyry. This is the first time that the Company has observed such an intense set of sheeted CBM veins hosted outside of breccia and represents a potentially high-grade target for follow up drilling.

-- The second continuous zone of mineralization in APC-53 was logged beginning at approximately 233 metres downhole and running for up to 280 metres in length. An abundance of sulphide mineralization within a breccia matrix was observed and is comparable in intensity to the sulphide levels logged in APC-42.

-- Assay results for this hole are expected in June 2023.

-- Eight additional holes have been completed at the Apollo system with assay results for APC-45, APC-47 and APC-48 expected in the near term. All eight holes intersected cumulative mineralization over varying yet significant downhole drill lengths. Three drill rigs are operating on site with a fourth rig expected to begin operating prior to the end of Q2, 2023. Once onsite, the fourth rig will focus on testing the six new exploration targets directly surrounding the Apollo system (see press release dated April 18, 2023 for further details).

Collective Mining Begins Mobilizing a Fourth Drill Rig to Test Six New High-Grade Porphyry Targets Within a 400 Metre Radius of the Apollo System

      https://www.collectivemining.com/investors/news-releases/ind…

      - Exploration fieldwork has identified six well mineralized and outcropping porphyry and related style targets within a 400 metre radius of the Apollo system with assay results for soil and rock samples as follows:

      Gold values up to 8.29 g/t (range of 0.18 g/t to 8.29 g/t);
      Silver values up to 346 g/t (range of 0.2 g/t to 346 g/t); and
Copper Values of up to 0.14% Copper (range of 31 ppm – 1,410 ppm Cu).

      - Surface mapping at all six targets has outlined the same style of porphyry mineralization as the Apollo system, namely altered porphyry with vein stockwork, inter-mineral breccia with oxide followed by sulphides in the matrix and overprinting late-stage porphyry veins (“CBM Veins”).

      - Although the amount of rock and soil exposure in the sampling radius covering each of the six target areas is limited due to vegetation, historical landslides and volcanic ash cover, the scale of the areas and tenor of the assay results are similar to the original outcrop of the Apollo system. The Company estimates that there is no more than 5% rock exposure anywhere at the Guayabales project.

      - For comparison, the outcrop of the Apollo porphyry system prior to drilling only measured 10 metres in diameter. Subsequent drilling has outlined a porphyry system that to date measures 150 metres by 130 metres at surface, which then expands in dimensions quickly at depth to up to 500 metres wide and remains open.

      - Surface sampling was carried out in oxidized material and if the oxidation zone shares similar characteristics to the Apollo system, the copper and silver grades have been reduced by leaching. Recent drill results from Pad 6 and Pad 7 at Apollo corroborates this assertion.

      - A fourth drill rig is being mobilized to the project and is expected to initiate testing of the six new targets in late Q2, 2023.

      - Six additional holes have been completed at the Apollo system with assay results expected in the near term. APC-41, APC-42 and APC-45 are shorter holes designed to test the contact zones between the inter-mineral breccia and porphyry host rock in search of higher-grade sub zones. APC-44 and APC 46 are longer holes (up to 425 metres in mineralization) drilled from Pad 6 as part of a fan pattern to assess the shallow mineralization in this area and APC-47 is an exploratory hole drilled to the east from Pad 4 to test for mineralization beginning from below surface.

Ari Sussman, Executive Chairman commented: “The discovery of these new mineralized porphyry outcrops around Apollo are both exciting and significant for the Company. The original discovery outcrop of Apollo only covered a 10 metre radius and subsequent drilling has demonstrated that Apollo has the morphology of an inverted carrot with limited surface expression. This fact puts these new targets into perspective and highlights that the Apollo area is highly prospective for further exploration. We only found these new outcrops because of various recently excavated tracks emplaced to service and supply the drilling pads. I am looking forward to new drill rigs turning at these targets in the near term.”

Collective Mining Drills 271.30 Metres at 3.35 g/t Gold Equivalent from Surface and Expands the Dimensions of the High-Grade Shallow Zone of the Apollo Porphyry System to the West

Hole APC-43, cut the longest continuous interval drilled to date of high-grade copper-silver-gold mineralization beginning at surface from Pad 7 at the Apollo system with results as follows:

      271.30 metres @ 3.35 g/t gold equivalent (consisting of 2.37 g/t gold, 23 g/t silver and 0.42% copper) in drill hole APC-43 including:
      - 19.30 metres @ 4.28 g/t gold equivalent from surface in oxides, and
      - 32.30 metres @ 4.65 g/t gold equivalent from 19.30 metres downhole, and
      - 42.05 metres @ 5.29 g/t gold equivalent from 214.7 metres downhole.
As a result, the hole has extended the vertical dimension of the system in the southernmost part of the deposit to 270 metres (an increase of 100 metres).

Step out drill hole APC-40 also intercepted high-grade copper-silver-gold mineralization beginning from surface as follows:
      169.25 metres @ 2.81 g/t gold equivalent (consisting of 1.93 g/t gold, 19 g/t silver and 0.38% copper) in drill hole APC-40 including:
      - 16.75 metres @ 3.37 g/t gold equivalent from surface in oxides, and
      -11.95 metres @ 9.57 g/t gold equivalent from 18.25 metres downhole, and
      -44.85 metres @ 3.99 g/t gold equivalent from 87.85 metres downhole.

APC-40 successfully extended the strike length of the shallow mineralization to the west of the previously known mineralization envelope and as a result has expanded the maximum known area of shallow mineralization to 150 metres X 130 metres (previously 130m X 130m).
The grade tenor and continuity of the intersections in APC-40 and APC-43 reflect an increased understanding of the dip and geometry of the southernmost, high-grade portion of the Apollo system. The surface dimensions of the shallow mineralization remain open for further expansion with drill holes from newly completed Pad 9 and Pad 10 now underway.
Five additional holes have been completed from Pad 6 and Pad 7 with assay results expected in the near term. APC-44 is the longest hole drilled to date as part of the shallow drilling program and cut more than 425 metres of continuous visual mineralization beginning at surface. APC-41 and APC-42 were shorter holes designed to test the contact between the breccia and the quartz diorite porphyry with very intense late-stage porphyry veining observed in APC-42. Assay results are expected in the near term.
The Company has commenced a long step out drill hole of up to 1,000 metres to the northwest from Pad 6. Presently, the hole (APC-49) is cutting mineralization, which began at surface, to its current depth of 783 metres.
