RimTech und TSC sind in der engeren Wahl bei der Ausschreibung eines Projektes zur
Reinigung von Öl-Vorrats-Tanks in der Ölindustrie. Des weiteren stehen RimTech und TSC
einer exklusiven Verhandlung mit der „Egyptian Maintenance Company“ (EMC), einer
Tochtergesellschaft der „Egyptian General Petroleum Company“ (EGPC), alle
Öltankreinigungen in Ägypten durchzuführen. Die EMC ist die Wartungsgesellschaft der EGPC.
Die EGPC ist eine staatliche Gesellschaft und hält Mehrheitsbeteiligungen in allen in Ägypten
operierenden Petroleumgesellschaften.
Ein weiteres Joint Venture zwischen „ESNAAD“, eine Tochtergesellschaft der „Abu Dhabi
National Oil Company“ (ADNOC) und GPSV / TSC wird ebenfalls momentan verhandelt. Hierbei
geht es um ein Projekt von Wartungs- und Reinigungsleistungen für Ölvorratstanks
Arabischen Golf.
Auch steht RimTech im Gespräch mit einer ägyptischen Firma die nahe Alexandria in einem
Milliarden-US-Dollar Flüssiggastankprojekt ein umfassendes Abfallwirtschaftsprogramm für
diese Anlage einführen möchte.
Darüber hinaus verhandelt das Management der Global Industrial Services bezüglich der
Nutzungsrechte für Kanada an einer japanischen Technik für die kommerzielle
Wiederverwertung von Altpapier, Gummireifen und Plastik. Mit dieser Technik wird bereits
mehreren japanischen Anlagen gearbeitet. Global Industrial hat Pläne, eine Referenz-Anlage

services company is pleased to report that it has restructured its activities and is now trading on the Valora Exchange
in Germany.
The company is under new management and has changed direction from the high risk mineral exploration industry
into a more stable area of true industrial services as its name implies.
However, the positive residual benefit from the company’s earlier activities is an on going royalty from the sale of a
mineral rich property on the West coast of British Columbia, Canada’s most western Province, to Pan Pacific
Aggregates plc. This revenue stream will begin in late 2006 and eventually provide the company with annual
revenues of in excess of US$2 Million for the foreseeable future.
Most recently, Global’s Board has approved the acquisition of RimTech Systems Ltd., a company that specializes in
the provision of services to the oil industry in exchange for shares in Global. The acquisition marks the first step in
plans by the new executive to diversify the company’s business into areas that are consistent with the “Industrial
Services” concept. The acquisition will add new markets and a fresh look to Global by expanding into a very

Weiß immer noh nicht, was mit WKN 812 616 passiert ist. Kontakt mit IR-Abteilung von GBSV in Vancouver verlief einmal mehr ohne Antwort.
