Revenues for the first five months of 2006 increased 15% over the first five months of 2005.
Mary Hitt, Director of Finance for the Company, commented, ``This has been our best sales month since leaving the development stage. This growth in revenues is precisely on target with our revenue projections utilizing the outside sales teams and in-house sales. We anticipate steady growth in sales revenues in the upcoming months as we add more outside sales teams.''

Revenues for the second quarter of 2006 were approximately $111,000, a 71% increase over revenues of approximately $65,000 for the second quarter of 2005. Revenues for the first two quarters of 2006 were approximately $147,000, an increase of 50% over revenues of approximately $98,000 for the first two quarters of 2005.

Mary Hitt, Director of Finance for the Company, commented, ``This increase in revenues is directly in line with our projections based on the addition of an outside sales team. We are pleased with the results of this quarter and look forward to our third and fourth quarters of 2006 being our best quarters yet. Our projections for the third and fourth quarters include the addition of an in-house business development manager and revenues from our licensing agreements. We expect to see consistent and solid growth through year-end 2006.''

Der Schlaue verkauft schnell noch bei 0002, bevor das Ding auf die 1 fällt. Jeder Minicent weniger kommt einem Totalverlust gleich. Diese Angst treibt den Kurs auf die 1 mit 2 Nullen nach dem Komma, gelle.

Nachrichten gibt es keine, zumindest keine kursrelevanten.
Was zurückbleibt ist ein Häuflein enttäuschter Anleger, die auf einen Riesendiel gehofft haben. Mindestens auf eine Verdopplung ihres Einsatzes. Doch, siehe da, es kommt ganz anders.
Der Planet lacht und druckt weiter Shares ohne Wert.

Es ist nicht so einfach das Vertrauen der Anleger zurückzugewinnen.
Das Manaement hat die Investoren bislang aufs übelste im Regen stehengelassen. Die Informationspolitik war gelinde gesagt bislang eine Katastrophe. Aber wir werden sehen was in den nächsten Tagen Wochen und Monaten pasieren wird und ob wir tatsächlich Licht am Ende des Tunnels sehen können und uns nicht mal wieder eine Fatamorgana erwartet.
Wenn nicht so viel Vertrauen zestört worden wäre häten die News der letzten Wochen bestimmt schon eine andere Wirkung gezeigt.
Sollte sich tatsächlich am Markt die Meinung weiter verfestigen das es gelingen kann in absehbarer Zeit schwarze Zahlen zu schreiben ja dann ist eine komplette Neubewertung fällig und dakönnte m.E. ganz schnell mal beim Kurs eine Kommastelle verschoben werden....

Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass die Kommastelle sich bald (mal wieder) verschieben wird. Break-Even bei 130 Units im Monat. Sind erstmal genug im Einsatz, wächst sicher auch die Akzeptanz, die Verkäufer sind in Schwung und Karta sorgt alle paar Monate mal für Großaufträge...
Der Kurs wird sicher so lange in dieses Regionen dümpeln, bis wirklcih schwarze Zahlen geschrieben werden und dann gehts dafür richtig los. Da warte ich gerne

Verkauf von 130 units /mtl. um breakeven zu erreichen ist nicht wirklich viel in meinen Augen!
Das Produkt erscheint mir nicht schlecht zu sein und sich am Markt etablieren zu können.
Hätte das Management bislang nicht so unnachahmlich schlecht gearbeitet (wenn Sie überhaupt etwas getan haben) um z.B. schon eher ein vernünftiges funktionierendes Vertriebssystem aufzubauen könnte das Unternehmen bereits heute viel besser dastehen!
Spät hoffentlich nicht zu spät scheint man erkannt zu haben das sich auch wenn es sich um ein gutes Produkt handelt, sich dieses nicht von alleine sondern nur durch einen professionell arbeitenden Vertrieb verkaufen lässt und hier fehlte schlchtweg die Erfahrung.
Aus Fehlern lernt man, wohl war aber das die shareholder nicht endlos bereit sind für diese Fehler die Zeche zu zahlen sollten Sie sich nunmehr ein für alle mal hinter die Ohren geschrieben haben - die shareholder waren es bislang die dem Unternehmen das überleben ermöglicht haben.
Es wäre so langsam an der Zeit diee Schuld zu begleichen....

Wie gesagt, einen Kursreflex gibt es nur in Abstimmung der Händler mit ihren Hauptklienten, den MMs, gelle. Jede Nachricht wird dann kursrelevant, wenn die es gemeinsam wollen. Man mag denken, das sei offener Betrug, aber so funktioniert nun mal die OTC, oder?

Ein sehr guter beitrag GG gold.
Sollte Planet und es sieht ja danach aus, mühsam ernährt sich das Eichhörnchen den Break even schaffen, wird der Kurs ganz woanders stehen und da spielt es keine Rolle, ob man zu 0,002 oder 3,4,5, usw eingestiegen ist.
OTC ist natürlich ein heißes Pflaster, allerdings wer zu Höchstzeiten damals eine Telekom oder fast schon etablierte Neue Markt titel gekauft hat und jetzt schaut, wo die stehen, brauchte keine Shortseller um zu weinen
Dürerbrett, laß mal das permanente gejammer sein.
Das machst schon seit ewigen Zeiten im Planet Thread.
Es ist immer bitter, ist ja auch jedem passiert, mal kräftig bei Aktien fersengeld gezahlt zu haben, aber hier ist doch deutlich das endlich Bewgung reinkommt.
Zu 0,002 kommt man schwer rein, da gibt keiner ab, wer da und soviele Stücke stehen auch net drin, einige zu 0,003 einsackt, wird sich in absehbarer zeit darüber freuen können.

Weder in absehbarer Zeit noch irgendwann wird Freude aufkommen, denn merke, bei einem euphorischen Stimmungshoch, gepackt auf eine, wie auch immer geartete Nachricht, folgt der Dämpfer. Und der Dämpfer sieht wie folgt aus: USA...noch im August die 0002 und dann ganz klar die 0001.
Sie wollen es so.

Erklärung für den weiterhin fallenden Kurs: Die Händler versuchen nach wie vor Unmengen von Shares zu verkaufen, weil der sinkende Planet Geld braucht. Am Futtertrog sitzen nicht nur der Vorstand, sondern noch andere obskure Gestalten. Deren allerletztes Interesse besteht doch darin, wirklich mit ihren Produkten Geld zu verdienen, oder?

Natürlich alles nur Spekulation, gelle.

Mit der Telekom da geb ich dir recht. Der Vergleich hinkt zwar ein wenig, aber das Resultat ist das gleiche. Doch siehe da: Die Strafe folgt, wenn auch verzögert und........ Sorge macht sich breit bei den Telekommunisten, deren Unternehmenstrategie noch aus den fetten Jahren stammt. Ein sorgenfreier Zugriff auf monopolisierte Urstände und eine wehrlose Kundschaft, die Zeiten sind wohl endgültig vorbei.
Und jetzt sind es wieder mal die Heuschrecken, naja , das paßt ganz in die Schublade der Aufrechten, gut gepolstert durch Sozialverträge auf Ewigkeit festgeschrieben. Aber die Ewigkeit gibt es nicht mal für das Universum. So wären wir auch wieder beim fallenden Planeten. Und den habe selbst ich immer nur das Beste gewünscht, nur ist das Beste längst nicht mehr genug, gelle.

Über die weitere Kursentwicklung kann man geteilter Meinung sein, deine Erklärung warum der Kurs deiner Meinung nach fallen wird ist schlichtweg Unsinn!

Im gleichen Maß wie die Anzahl der verkauften units steigt wächst der cash-flow des Unternehmens, sinkt die Notwendigkeit weitere shares auf den Markt zu schmeißen. Für OTC-Unternehmen stellt die Ausgabe neuer Aktien solange noch keine nennensweten Umsätze aus dem laufenden Geschäft generiert werden können oftmals die einzige Möglichkeit dar den Finanzierungsbedarf zu decken und zahlungsfähig zu bleiben. Steigen die Umsätze wie nun bei PLKC eröffnen sich parallel dazu alternative Finanzierungsalternativen
zu für das Unternehmen ggfs. attraktiveren Konditionen.
(venture capital, langfristige Finanzierungsmodelle etc.)
Und dies hängt einzig und allein von der zukünftigen Entwicklung des operativen Geschäfts ab!!!!!
Genau deshalb wird es einzig darauf ankommen ob es tatsächlich gelingen wird in absehbarer Zeit den break-even zu erreichen!

Hast Du wohl falsch verstanden:

Mit jeder verkauften unit in den letzten Wochen ist die Notwendigkeit bereits gesunken neue shares auszugeben!!!!

Planetlink wäre ja Holzbekloppt, wenn sie arbeiten wie die blöden um wieder nach oben zu kommen und sich über den Aktienmarkt selbst den Todesstoss zu versetzen indem sie noch weitere Aktien drauf schmeissen und sich somit eigenständig am markt, den Banken und Kunden selbständig den Ruf schädigen als inkompetentes Unternehmen, denen eh alles wurscht ist....hauptsache Kohle !??????

Mal was anderes:
Jemand hat mir hier mal das mit der Berliner Börse so erklärt, dass eine Ausführung erst ausgeführt wird, wenn 1/3 der jeweiligen Bid bzw. Ask nachgefragt wird, Ist das wirklich immer so? Jemand meinte hier neulich, dass der Makler so handeln kann wie er will!?
Ich hab mir auf jeden Fall mal den Spaß gemacht und hab eine Kauforder für genau 58700 Stück aufgegen, um die angebotenen zu bekommen. Wie stehen denn nun die Chancen, dass ich die bekomme und nicht die anderen 11 Mio im Bid bedient werden!?? Wäre doch viel cleverer so eine kleine Stückzahl mit meiner Order zu bedienen? Oder gar nich`t? Hm, noch stehen sie drin...

So ist es mir von der Berliner Börsenaufsicht erzählt worden in einem halbstündigen Gespräch...

PlanetLink z.b. wird von mehreren Maklern gehandelt bzw. abwechselnd je nach Schicht.....
Keiner ist an irgend eine Regel gebunden...Sie schauen nur, das sich eine Order z.B. in einer Teiausführung vom Umsatz zu den Gebühren sich trägt....wenn die Order natürlich nur 57k ausmacht, wird sie natürlich auch so ausgeführt....

Auf deine Frage hin.... der eine Makler zieht deine Order vor, da sie genau passt....der andere hat die Orders der letzten Tage im Kopf oder Zettel, je nach Eingang und führt diese nach reihenfolge aus..... wie gesagt, niemand ist an eine Regel gebunden und jeder Makler macht es nach seinem eigenen System.....

Jedenfalls sind alle Orders in Berlin gleichberechtigt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Es ist wurscht in welcher Höhe sie kommen oder wann sie aufgegeben wurden !!!!
Die Makler in berln sehen schon zu einem gar nicht, von wann die Order stammt....also picken die sich Orders heraus, die halt gerade passen, oder sie wissen von den Stückzahlen her, das eine Order schon länger steht und verkaufen die dann oder machen wenigstens mal eine Teilausführung......

Das ist der Wortlaut der Berliner Börsenaufsicht !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Das klingt alles mehr nach OTC als nach Berliner Börse
Auf jeden Fall wurde meine Order nicht ausgeführt. Heute wurden aber einige zu 0,002 gehandelt. Also entweder die 58000 waren da mit drin oder die Order flog gestern nacht zwecks Ultimo raus...Experiment fehlgeschlagen und da bei der falschen Bank in Auftrag gebeben auch noch 5,11€ Limitentgeld entrichten dürfen
