(TSX-V: VGD) (Frankfurt: 3V4) confirms that it has received a copy of a press release dated June 10, 2013 by Zara Resources Inc. (CNSX: ZIR) in which Zara announces its unsolicited partial offer to purchase up to 19.9% of Visible Gold Mines' outstanding common shares.

Other than the correspondence by which it received the copy of the press release, Visible Gold Mines has not had any contact with Zara with respect to this unsolicited offer and has no prior knowledge thereof.

The Board of Directors of Visible Gold Mines believes that the purpose of the partial offer is to allow Zara to acquire a substantial position in Visible Gold Mines so that Zara may exercise de facto control or significant influence over Visible Gold Mines, without incurring the cost of purchasing all the shares of Visible Gold Mines.

Speaking on behalf of Visible Gold Mines' Board of Directors, Martin Dallaire, President and Chief Executive Officer of Visible Gold Mines, stated: "We believe the unsolicited partial offer announced by Zara is highly opportunistic, coercitive and significantly undervalues Visible Gold Mines? assets and future value-creation potential."

The Board of Directors of Visible Gold Mines points out to the Visible Gold Mines shareholders the following aspects of the coercive, opportunistic partial offer by Zara:

Purchases up to 19.9% are not "take-over bids" under applicable Canadian securities legislation, and, accordingly, the Zara offer is intentionally structure to insure that the Visible shareholders are not afforded the protection of the rules applicable to take-over bids;
Visible Gold Mines shareholders who deposit their shares to Zara's offer are not entitled to withdraw them, which is a basic fundamental protection afforded to shareholders under applicable Canadian securities legislation;
Since the offer is not conducted under applicable Canadian take-over bid rules and that no prospectus has been prepared in connection with the shares of Zara offered to Visible Gold Mines shareholders, the Zara shares will not be freely tradeable and will subject to statutory resale restrictions under applicable Canadian securities legislation.
Visible Gold Mines advises its shareholders not to take any action in respect of such the offer, until Visible Gold Mines shareholders have received further communication from the Board of Directors of Visible Gold Mines.

Visible Gold Mines Exploration Update




ROUYN-NORANDA, QC, July 12, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Visible Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: VGD) (Frankfurt: 3V4) is pleased to provide an update on its exploration activities for 2013 in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of northwest Québec.

The past few years have been the most challenging that Visible Gold Mines has experienced since its inception. Whereas many small-cap junior exploration companies did not recover from the 2008 credit crisis, Visible Gold Mines did and raised more than $12 million in order to advance its exploration projects. While there is no doubt that the Canadian investing public has lost interest in the resource sector for now, Visible Gold Mines is doing everything possible so as to be in a strong position when current market conditions improve, and to maximize shareholder value. In order to protect its cash position, Visible Gold Mines has reduced its exploration budget, but is working hard to keep advancing exploration by optioning its projects. Visible Gold Mines is also actively looking for undervalued assets which may now be available. Despite the negative conditions, Visible Gold Mines continues to move forward and will continue to work hard to increase shareholder value.

Stadacona East Property (100%)

The Stadacona East Property is located in the centre of Rouyn-Noranda Township in northwestern Québec. Two past producers, the Horne Mine (59.3 Mt at 5.88 g/t Au, 2.2% Cu, 13 g/t Ag) and the Stadacona Gold Mine (466,282 ounces Au, ref. MRNFP), are situated approximately 1.0 km north and 400 m west, respectively, from the northern and western boundaries of the Stadacona East Property. In April 2011, Visible Gold Mines announced that the first NI 43-101 resource estimate for its Stadacona East Property had outlined 163,800 inferred ounces of gold (980,000 tonnes grading 5.19 g/t Au). Approximately 65,000 metres of drilling, representing 264 holes, has been done on the property to date. A 17-hole exploration program was initiated in 2011 on the east part of the property. Two holes for a total of 732 metres were drilled in 2011 and the program will resume in 2013 for the remaining holes.

Silidor (100%) / Capricorn (40%) Properties

Visible Gold Mines has been exploring the Silidor Property, four kilometres west of Rouyn-Noranda, Québec, since mid-2010 in an attempt to confirm extensions to the former Silidor Mine (4.78 million tonnes grading 5.4 g/t Au.) which was in production from 1990 to 1997. A total of 33 holes, representing 8,712 metres, have been drilled to date. So far, Visible Gold Mines has spent $1,680,000 on the Silidor project. Given the fact that the width of the quartz-vein is sub-economic at present, the Corporation will focus its energy on other portions of the properties, including the Capricorn Property which is contiguous to the Silidor.

Hazeur Property (100%)

The Hazeur Property is comprised of 84 mining claims totaling more than 2,700 hectares (27 sq. km) in Chibougamau Township. Work in an amount of $22,878 was done during the first three quarters of 2013. Previous exploration work includes eleven diamond drill holes, prospecting, four stripping zones and sampling by trenching. The last compilation done on the Hazeur Property helped identify targets. A two-hole 300 metre drilling program is planned on the property. TomaGold Corporation recently announced many interesting gold intersections (April 22, 2013 News Release) on its Monster Lake project located in the Chibougamau area about six kilometres from Visible Gold Mines' Hazeur project. To date, Visible Gold Mines has spent $795,000 on the Hazeur project.

Project 167 (100%)

Visible Gold Mines acquired by designation 35 mining claims representing a total of 1,854 hectares on the James Bay territory. The Government of Québec is currently building the extension of provincial road no. 167 ending at Stornoway Diamond Corp.'s Renard project. The construction of this road is expected to be completed by the end of the 2013 calendar year. Work in an amount of $157,534 has been done on this project since its inception. Two prospecting programs have been completed on site to date and the next exploration phase is planned for fall 2013. It will allow Visible Gold Mines to validate geological concepts generated from the two first exploration programs. The James Bay territory is unexplored and represents significant potential for Visible Gold Mines, especially now that access will be year-round.

Green Giant Property (100%)

Data on the recently-acquired Green Giant Property has been analyzed and geophysical work is required in order to outline drill targets. The Green Giant Property comprises 122 mining claims covering 63.2 sq. km. It is located in the Abitibi region of northwestern Québec, approximately 70 kilometres north of Amos, a town of about 13,000 inhabitants, and only eight kilometres south of the former Sleeping Giant Mine owned by North American Palladium. The Green Giant Property surrounds a probable felsic intrusive which was detected on regional geophysical survey MEGATEM maps published in 2010 by the Government of Quebec (DP-2010-05). Structural fabric observed on the property from this survey suggests that the intrusion is synvolcanic and is affected by the same regional deformation which occurs within intrusions of the Sleeping Giant mine. A better geological understanding of Green Giant will emerge once ground geophysics takes place in the coming months. To date, Visible Gold Mines has spent $33,256 on the Green Giant project.

Disson Property (100%)

Work in an amount of $1,758,000 was done on the Disson project from 2011 to 2013. The Disson Property is comprised of 132 mining claims in Disson Township. All of these mining claims were acquired by Visible Gold Mines by map designation based on the well-known Cadillac geological model. A prospecting program was conducted during 2010 and followed by a ground geophysical survey in 2011. These surveys, which included 127 kilometres of magnetic survey (MAG), 106 kilometres of electromagnetic survey (EMH) and 45 kilometres of IP (induced polarization), generated numerous targets. A seven-hole drilling program totalling 2,500 metres was completed. Although many 10 to 20-metre massive sulphide sections were intersected, no significant gold values were returned. No significant work is planned on the Disson Property for 2013 and Visible Gold Mines is actively seeking a potential joint venture partner.

Joutel Project (option 50%)

In March 2011, Visible Gold Mines entered into an Option Agreement with Agnico-Eagle under which Visible Gold Mines can acquire a 50% undivided interest in the Joutel Property, comprised of one mining lease and 477 mining claims located 150 km north of Rouyn-Noranda, northwestern Québec (see March 31, 2011 Press Release). The large land package includes the former Eagle Ouest and Telbel deposits which produced a combined 1.1 million ounces of gold at a grade of 6.0 g/t from 1974 to 1993. Approximately 300,000 ounces of silver were also recovered at a grade of 1.8 g/t (reference: Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd., 2011). A 6,016-metre, ten-hole diamond drill program was completed in 2011 and a 2,981 metre, eight-hole diamond drill program was completed in 2012. Numerous gold and silver values have been intersected during phase 1 and phase 2 and a third drilling program is planned in 2013 to test the extensions surrounding holes JO-12-05 (3.23g/t Au and 1.85 g/t Ag over 3.0 metres) and JO-11-03 (4.13g/t and 4.4g/t over 3.0 metres). Two technical reports have been prepared by Visible Gold Mines on the Joutel Property in 2011 and 2012. These two technical reports are available on Visible Gold Mines' website and on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. A meeting with Agnico-Eagle is scheduled shortly at Visible Gold Mines' exploration office to discuss the previous phases and the upcoming ones.

To acquire a 50% undivided interest in the Joutel Property, Visible Gold Mines must incur $5 million in exploration expenditures on the property over a period of five years, which includes a firm commitment of $500,000 during the first year of the Option Agreement and $750,000 during the second year. To date, Visible Gold Mines has spent $1,616,484 on the Joutel project and has respected the first and second year's firm commitments.

Cadillac Break, Lucky Break, Wasa East and Wasa Creek Projects (option 60%)

Visible Gold Mines is aggressively exploring a highly-prospective land package west of Rouyn-Noranda, Québec that it optioned in December 2010, comprising 7,423 hectares. Most of the ground covers the Lucky Break Project, which includes the promising Wasa Creek and Wasa East Properties in the immediate vicinity of Richmont Mines' growing Wasamac deposit. Numerous drilling targets have been identified and a 25-hole drilling program totaling 14,900 metres was completed in 2011/12 over the four projects:

Cadillac Break Project: A three-hole drilling program totalling 2,619 metres was completed in 2011.

Lucky Break Project: A four-hole drilling program totalling 1,861 metres was completed in December 2011.

Wasa East Project: A five-hole drilling program totalling 2,163 metres was completed in December 2011.

Wasa Creek Project: A 13-hole drilling program totalling 8,820 metres was completed in October 2011.

A better geological understanding of the Wasa Creek Property is beginning to emerge. Wasa Creek covers a 3.5-kilometre stretch of the prolific Cadillac Fault, spatially related to numerous large gold deposits from east of Val-d'Or to the famous Noranda mining camp to the former 11-million ounce Kerr Addison Mine in Virginiatown, Ontario. Intense fracturing and displacement have been observed at Wasa Creek and it is now believed that the Cadillac Fault runs in a northeast direction, as opposed to a straight east-west direction, under at least half of the property and then bends to the east, creating a zone of major geological interest. In addition, given intriguing thickness variations in younger sedimentary rock formations of the Cobalt Group that cover the Cadillac Fault, important north-south secondary faults are now interpreted to exist at Wasa Creek in areas north of the Cadillac Fault. This is believed to be significant.

In December 2010, Visible Gold Mines entered into an Option Agreement to earn a 60% interest in 226 of Cadillac Mining's 239 claims covering approximately 7,423 hectares in its Break Project, in Rouyn, Beauchastel and Dasserat Townships, located west of Rouyn-Noranda, Québec. Under the Option Agreement, Visible Gold Mines may earn a 60% undivided interest in the Break Project over a period of four years by completing aggregate exploration expenditures of $4.2 million, issuing an aggregate of 500,000 common shares of the Corporation to Cadillac Mining, and paying Cadillac Mining a total of $100,000 in cash. Visible Gold Mines made an initial payment of $25,000 in cash and 100,000 common shares to Cadillac prior to the commencement of work. Payments of $25,000 and 100,000 common shares were made after each of the first and second years of the Option Agreement. The balance of the payments is due in similar annual installments. In addition, Visible Gold Mines irrevocably committed to spend $500,000 in the first year of the option, which condition was fulfilled.

Work in an amount of $301,022 was done during the first three quarters of 2013 for a cumulative total of $4,374,919 spent on this property. Every hole except WC-12-08 has intercepted gold value and a fourth drilling program will be required. The next step is to complete the acquisition of the 60% interest in the Cadillac Break project.

Rouyn-Noranda, Québec, Canada – December 6, 2013 – Visible Gold Mines (TSXV: VGD) (Frankfurt: 3V4) announces the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on November 29, 2013. At the meeting, the shareholders elected Martin Dallaire, Sylvain Champagne, Pierre Vézina and Sébastien Bellefleur as directors of the Corporation. Following the shareholders’ meeting, the Board of Directors re-appointed Martin Dallaire as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, Sylvain Champagne as Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and Robert Sansfaçon as Vice President, Exploration of the Corporation.
In addition, shareholders also approved resolutions ratifying and confirming the Corporation’s stock option plan, approving an amendment to By-Law No.1 and re-appointing Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the auditors of the Corporation.
The Board of Directors has today granted stock options in respect of 900,000 common shares to four directors. The options were granted pursuant to Visible Gold Mines’ Stock Option Plan. The exercise price of the options is $0.05. The options expire in ten years. The option granted to the Visible Gold‘s directors will vest immediately.
As regards the take-over bid for the Corporation made by Zara Resources in August 2013, the Corporation obtained a cease-trade order, as previously announced, which effectively suspended the offer. The cease- trade order remains in effect, so that it is business as usual for the Corporation.

Platz 32 ist erst der Anfang, wenn ich mir den Chart anschaue, könnte das...bis auf ein paar Rücksetzer, noch lange nicht vorbei sein. Im Prinzip hat man bei Visible alles richtig gemacht. Sie haben sich mir ihren Aussagen zurück gehalten..seid dem der Goldpreis nur den Weg nach unten kannte. Jetzt wo sich nach und eine Bodenbildung abzeichnet, kommen die Positiven Meldungen heraus. Die Aktionäre, die die Durststrecke mitgemacht haben, könnten die Gewinner von Morgen sein. Die Verkauft haben werden wohl nicht mehr einsteigen, aus Angst, dass es nochmals abwärts geht.
Aber erst mal müssen sie ihre Hausaufgaben fertig machen....also nicht zu Euphorisch werden..

Induzierte Polarisation Bodenuntersuchung

Visible Gold Mines absolvierte ein 50-Kilometer-Phase-Domäne induzierte Polarisation Bodenuntersuchung entlang der neuen 167 Provincial Rd. Der Zweck dieser Studie war es, die Lithologien, geologische Einheiten und strukturelle Merkmale Visible Gold Mines '100-Prozent-Besitz 167 Immobilien zugrunde liegenden Karte, um potenziell günstigen Zonen der Veränderung zu untersuchen und Stadtplan mit besserer Genauigkeit der Verteilung der verbreitet und Stringer Sulfide im Untergrund. Die Phase-Domain-induzierte Polarisation Boden Umfrage wurde von Remy Belanger Geophysik durchgeführt. Diese geophysikalische Untersuchung wurde an der neuen 167 Provincial Rd durchgeführt. und wurde in Ketten gelegt und demonstrierten alle 50 Meter. Die Phase-Domain-induzierten Polarisierungsuntersuchung verwendet eine Dipol-Dipol-Elektrodenkonfiguration. Der Dipol Abmessung 50 m und nachfolgende Trennungen bei Vielfachen von n gleich eins, zwei, drei, vier, fünf und sechs Mal die Dipol Abmessungen verwendet wurden, um in der Tiefe zu untersuchen. Diese Konfiguration sollte eine Tiefe Penetration von etwa 125 bis 180 Meter zu schaffen, je nach Zielgröße.

Joel Dube, P.Eng, von der dynamischen Erkennung Geoscience von Ottawa, einem Ingenieurbüro in der Geophysik spezialisiert, hat die von der Phasendomäne induzierten Polarisation Bodenuntersuchung erhaltenen Daten verarbeitet und analysiert. Inversion Modelle der Widerstand und die Aufladbarkeit Verteilung im Boden erzeugt worden sind, um die Geometrie und die mögliche Art der Anomalie Quellen besser zu verstehen. Diese Modelle werden in Visible Gold Mines 'verfügbaren Daten im Bereich integriert und letztendlich Prognose für das laufende Explorationsprogramm, das Erkundungsbohrungen umfasst. Die beigefügte Tabelle stellt die Stärke der induzierten Polarisationsanomalien identifiziert.

Bohrprogramm

Ein 25-Loch-Bohrprogramm in Höhe von rund 5.000 Metern ist in Vorbereitung und wird voraussichtlich im November beginnen, 2015. Visible Gold Mines erhöht seine Landposition auf der 167 Immobilien

Visible Gold Mines erwarb eine 60-Prozent-Interesse an 80 Bergbau-Claims entlang der neuen 167 Provincial Rd. Die 60-Prozent-Interesse an den 80 Bergbau-Claims wurde von der Durchführung einer Explorationsprogramms 50.000 $ auf diese Ansprüche erworben. Der Claim-Block umfasst eine Strecke von etwa 15 Kilometern der 167 Provincial Rd. und hat eine Fläche von etwa 40 Quadratkilometern. Die Südgrenze dieser Bergbau-Claims liegt 15 Kilometer nördlich von der ehemaligen Eastman Mine und die Nordgrenze ist 30 Kilometer südlich von Renard Projekt Stornoway Diamond entfernt. Mineralisierten Felsbrocken, die Gold wurden entlang dieser Ansprüche während der 2015 Sommer Prospektion Programm gefunden und ein Fünf-Kilometer-induzierten Polarisierungsuntersuchung hat viele mittlere bis starke induzierte Polarisation Anomalien erzeugt. Visible Gold Mines Optionen Hazeur Goldprojekt zu TomaGold Corp.

Das Anwesen besteht aus Hazeur 61 Bergbau-Claims mit einer Fläche von rund 2.863 Hektar an der südlichen Grenze des Monster-Lake-Liegenschaft. TomaGold wird die Projektbetreiber mit Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern Visible Gold Mines 'während des Earn-in-Zeitraum.

Visible Gold Mines Joutel Option beendet

Aufgrund schwieriger Marktbedingungen beschloss Visible Gold Mines, die mit Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. März eingegangenen Optionsvereinbarung zu kündigen, 2011. Gemäß dieser Vereinbarung hatte Visible Gold Mines die Option, eine 50-Prozent-ungeteilte Interesse erwerben die Joutel Eigentum. Das Anwesen besteht aus einem Joutel Mining Lease 477 Bergbau-Claims und befindet sich 150 km nördlich von Rouyn-Noranda, Nordwesten Quebecs.

Über den 167-Projekt

Im Jahr 2011 startete die Regierung von Quebec seine ehrgeizigen Plan Nord Projekt zur nördlichen Region Quebec, die den Bau einer 243 Kilometer langen Ganzjahresstraße zwischen Stornoway Renard Diamanten Projekt in die Provinzstraße Netz aufgenommen zu entwickeln. Drilling resumes in James Bay

Visible Gold Mines is pleased to announce that its geological team and drill crews have been mobilized to its Project 167 for the 2nd phase of diamond drilling. The objective of this phase 2 winter diamond drill exploration program is to test recently identified induced polarization targets on the property's Central Block. Chibougamau Diamond Drilling Ltd of Chibougamau, Québec has been engaged to conduct the current drilling campaign.

Visible Gold Mines is pleased to report that the assay results from its previously-announced five hole drilling program totalling 966 metres on the North Block of its Project 167 have been received. Of these, 2 drill holes, 167-15-23 and 167-15-25, intersected anomalous gold values. 167-15-23, intersected a mineralized quartz vein in a mudstone that returned 0.356 g/t over 0.29m and hole 167-15-25 a vein containing pyrite, pyrrhotite and arsenopyrite in sedimentary rock that returned 0.242 g/t over 0.40m.

The total number of shares voted by shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting was 50,426,051, representing 50.22% of the Corporation's outstanding shares at the record date (December 14, 2015). OK - was will ich dir erzählen.........daß wir m.e. seit einer woche in eine ´besondere´ phase gelangt sind, in der HÖCHSTES vol. ( größtes interesse !!!) am wert seit 5 jahren zu beobachten ist, wie der blick auf nachfolg. chart aufzeigt !!!



.....daraus lassen sich div. phantasien entwickeln, die gepaart mit hinreichend CASH, hochint. proj. etc.
für MICH durchaus positives erahnen lassen.

nichtsdestotrotz hilft die schönste perf. zb. vor 1 jahr NIX, wenn man nicht die erzielten gewinne
mal realisiert - drum kann ich abisl nachvollziehen, warum dir deine kluge oma aktien- spek. verboten

orientation of the intercepted veins. A second drilling program of
3,260 metres (five holes – WC12-01 to 05) was also completed on
the so-called “Wasa-Creek” portion of the property followed by a
third drilling program of 2,439 metres (five holes - WC-12-06 to
10). Partial assay results from the first hole WC-12-01 were reported
on March 15, 2012 (21.75 g/t of gold over 4.1 metres) and
January 15, 2013. Every single hole except WC-12-08 has
intercepted gold value.

A fourth drilling program will be required. The Corporation has
officially finalized the acquisition of a 60% interest in the Cadillac
project and has entered into a joint venture agreement with Pilot
Gold Inc. (Cadillac Mining has been bought by Pilot Gold).
Discussions are underway between the parties to define a strategy to

bei mir ist der Einsatz überschaubar, auch der Einstandspreis (ein kauf) ist noch im verträglichen.....ich werde es durchziehen ...so oder so.....alle paar jahre kam ein move zumindest auf 0,20 Cent.....das Chance Risiko Verhältnis ist damit für mich i.O. ....ich kann 100% verlieren , aber sollten 0,20 stehen bin ich 700% vorne......die Wahrscheinlichkeit dass sich das Teil noch einmal erhebt schätze ich jedoch maximal bei 25% ein, was die Sache wiederum madig macht! Spielgeld mehr nicht!

meine Interpretation...es läuft auf einen reverse split raus-der innerhalb eines jahres durchuführen ist....der kurs verzehnfacht sich, jedoch hast du dann nur noch 1/10 an Aktien! ich glaube die haben Kapitalbedarf...seit Januar 2015 keine wirklich relevanten News....wahrscheinlich sind die schon länger auf der suche nach kapital aber der kurs bei 0,02 Cent schreckt halt die Investoren ab...ob dann 0,20 viel besser sind ist auch fraglich???? Einen Vorteil hat es dann nur für die Herren aus dem Management, da die nur mit dem höheren Kurs um 0,20 Cent ihre OPTIONEN ausüben können! Shit ...

nein. es wird so sein dass der kurs künstlich nach oben gezogen wird um dann die benötigten Levels zu erreichen damit die Optionen bei 0,15 0,20 usw. ausgeübt werden können...was dann natürlich den kurs wieder drückt...letztendlich ist es gut möglich dass wir dann nur noch 1/10 der aktuellen Stückzahl haben uns aber dann wiederum bei 0,03 oder 0,05 Cent im Kurs wiedersehen........

Visible Gold Mines discovers two new gold showings by prospecting
Canada NewsWire

ROUYN-NORANDA, QC, Dec. 19, 2017

ROUYN-NORANDA, QC, Dec. 19, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Visible Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: VGD) (Frankfurt: 3V4) is pleased to provide an update on its successful 2017 summer exploration activities in the Abitibi greenstone belt, in northwest Québec.

The 2017 exploration program consisted mainly of mineral exploration on land in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region that has seen little to no exploration to date. The prospecting work produced two gold discoveries, namely the Veronik property (gold) and the PIKO property (gold/copper). To the knowledge of Visible Gold Mines, no drilling has ever been conducted in the vicinity of these discoveries.

The Veronik Property (a new project 100% owned)

The Veronik gold property is comprised of 130 mining claims acquired immediately after the discovery by Visible Gold Mines by map designation and covers an area of approximately 62 km2. The Veronik gold property is located 75 kilometres southeast of Hecla's Casa Berardi gold mine.

The Veronik property is underlain by the mafic volcanic rocks (basalt, andesite) and gabbros of the Clermont-Disson Formation, in the eastern part of the Archean Abitibi belt. While generally NW striking and steeply dipping in the western and central parts of the property, the mafic units are nevertheless folded at a kilometric scale, on the western edge of the syenitic to tonalitic intrusion known as the Lac de La Perdrix pluton. Prospecting was carried out in the summer and fall of 2017 on a group of outcrops located in the centre-east of the property. The outcrops contain a zone of iron carbonate chlorite schists at least 50 metres wide within the basalts and gabbros. This zone can contain 1% to 3% pyrite locally, a few quartz veins and silicification, chloritization and sericitization. Grab samples take over a section of this zone approximately 200 metres long returned gold grades of 604 ppb Au, 824 ppb Au and 3.2 g/t Au (an average of 3.07 g/t Au (fire assay) and 3.30 g/t Au (gravity method)). These grades are found a few metres south of a 2.0-m wide felsic vein. An iron carbonate erratic boulder some 25-30 centimetres in diameter found on these same outcrops returned a grade of 4.0 g/t Au (an average of 4.047 g/t Au (fire assay) and 3.99 g/t Au (gravity method)). The boulder has essentially the same composition as the schists but is less schistose. It contains 3-5% pyrite and several quartz veins of the same nature as those seen in the outcrops. Technical compilation is currently under way in order to plan the next stage of field work.

PIKO Property (a new project a 100% owned)

The PIKO gold/copper property consists of 50 mining claims acquired by Visible Gold Mines by map designation and covers an area of approximately 25 km2. The PIKO property is located approximately 10 kilometres east of Royal Nickel's Dumont Nickel project.

The Archean rocks of the Piko property straddle the eastern contact between the Taschereau granodiorite/tonalite pluton to the west and the mafic rocks of the Figuery volcanic group to the east. The southern property boundary also lies approximately 2.5 kilometres north of the Macamic Fault. This NW-striking fault, as well as the pluton and host rocks at its contacts, contains several gold showings, as described in Liboiron (2005 – GM 61556), Mai (2011 – GM 66144) and Beauregard and Gaudreault (2005 – GM 62359). It should be noted that a historical resource of 541,300 t at 3.98 g/t Au has been delineated within the Taschereau pluton (Liboiron, 2005 – GM 61556, Beauregard and Gaudreault, 2005 – GM 62359). The showing discovered by Visible Gold Mine recently on an outcrop east of the contact of this intrusion returned grades of 882 ppb and 2.4 g/t Au in grab samples (average of fire assays (2.1 g/t Au) and a gravity assay (2.72 g/t Au). These samples were taken from a 1.5 metres wide, NW-striking felsic dyke. The intrusion, hosted in silicified basalts, shows silicification, carbonation, quartz veins and trace to 2% pyrite in disseminated and veinlet form. Technical compilation is presently under way in order to plan the next stage of field work.

Financing

Visible Gold Mines intends to complete a private placement of "flow-through" units before the end of the 2017 year in order to finance the next exploration program to be conducted on both the Veronik and PIKO properties. The terms and details of the private placement will be announced shortly in a subsequent press release.

ROUYN-NORANDA, QC, March 27, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - Claude Veillette (the "Acquiror") announces that he has indirectly acquired a total of 2,098,050 common shares and 447,500 common share purchase warrants of the Visible Gold Mines Inc. (the "Corporation") in a private placement and a share for debt transaction with the Corporation.

Specifically, the Acquiror acquired on March 26, 2019 the following securities of the Corporation : (i) in a private placement transaction, 447,500 common shares of the Corporation at a price of $0.08 per share and 447,500 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"); and (ii) in a share for debt transaction, 1,650,550 common shares of the Corporation at a deemed price of $0.065 per share (collectively, the "Transactions"). Each Warrant entitles the Acquiror to acquire one additional common share of the Corporation at a price of $0.15 until March 26, 2021.

Immediately prior to the Transactions, the Acquiror did not beneficially own or have control or direction, directly or indirectly, over any securities of the Corporation. Immediately following the closing of the Transactions, the Acquiror holds, directly or indirectly, (i) 2,098,050 common shares of the Corporation, representing 9.95% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation, and (ii) Warrants entitling the Acquiror to purchase up to 447,500 common shares of the Corporation. Assuming the exercise of all Warrants held by the Acquiror, following the closing of the Transactions the Acquiror would own 2,545,550 common shares, representing 11.82% of the Corporation's common shares that would then be issued and outstanding.

The Transactions are a private transactions that did not take place on any market or exchange.

The Acquiror acquired the shares and Warrants described in this press release for investment purposes and in accordance with applicable securities laws, the Acquiror may, from time to time and at any time, acquire additional shares and/or other equity, debt or other securities or instruments (collectively, "Securities") of the Corporation in the open market or otherwise, and he reserves the right to dispose of any or all of his Securities in the open market or otherwise at any time and from time to time, and to engage in similar transactions with respect to the Securities, the whole depending on market conditions, the business and prospects of the Corporation and other relevant factors.

hatte mich Letzens mal mit VGD kurz geschlossen... das gleiche Team, das für PMET tätig war und Corvette "entdeckt" hat, wird auch für VGD und EEE fliegen.

Ohne jetzt zu viel versprechen zu wollen, wurde mir gesagt, dass die Chancen verdammt gut stehen, dass "pegmatite" gefunden werden...

Sollte das der Fall sein, werden wir über $1 Cad stehen.

Lassen wir uns überraschen! 😎
