Trading Symbol OTC BB: EBIG The Projected Share Price is $1.23.




Dear EastBridge Shareholders and Interested Investors:



We are approved by the NASD to list our stock on the OTCBB market !

Our new stock symbol is EBIG. For some financial websites, it will say pink sheet for the next two days.



Except for the company officers and affiliates, who are limited by volume by the Rule 144 and lock up agreement**,

all the shares are now eligible for trade:


- If you have ATC's paper stock certificate, send it, by secure carrier and $25 handling fee to our transfer agent to have the restriction removed:

- If your ATC stock is with your stock broker, contact your broker to see what you need to do to have your shares ready for trade. Different stock

Stock dividends from our wholly owned subsidiaries announced:

- A total of 5,000,000 shares or 5% of the common stock of Fiber One Ltd in Hongkong will be distributed to EastBridge shareholders of record

on June 11, 2007 on a pro-rata basis;

- A total of 5,000,000 shares or 5% of the common stock of NanoTek Ltd in China will be distributed to EastBridge shareholders of record

on July 11, 2007 on a pro-rata basis.
