      - MK: 13 Mio.

      -----------

      President's Annual Message

      Dear Shareholder:

Your Company has recently agreed to amend the terms of its joint venture with Spider Resources Inc. Over a period of 13 years, the joint venture has made a number of important discoveries from a total investment of some $35 million in the exploration of Ontario’s northern reaches.

Diamonds were discovered in a series of kimberlites drilled in the James Bay Lowlands, subsequently named the Kyle kimberlites. To the east of these, diamonds were discovered in claims staked to the north of the Victor pipe of De Beers Canada Inc. These we named the MacFadyen kimberlites, to credit the original identification of them by the geophysical interpretations of Donald MacFadyen. Subsequently, diamonds were discovered by the joint venture near the town of Wawa, Ontario. More recently, copper and zinc mineralization were discovered south west of the Kyle kimberlites, near McFaulds Lake.

Under the proposed amendment of the joint venture agreement, each of these four projects will become governed by a separate agreement between the parties. This will facilitate the possible introduction of a major project investor, into each project, in future. KWG has elected to invest further in the sampling of the MacFadyen kimberlites, as De Beers has now commenced construction of Ontario’s first diamond mine at the adjacent Victor pipe. When your Company’s additional exploration expenditures there equal half of the total previously invested by the joint venture, Spider may elect to then contribute further to maintain a one-third interest.

At the same time, KWG has elected not to contribute to additional exploration expenditures at Kyle, McFaulds Lake, or Wawa, until such time as some $15 million has been further spent there to reduce the Company’s interest to one-third from our present one-half. In addition, the parties have agreed to contribute equally to two new projects: the Freewest Option, and the Diagnos targets.

Under the Freewest Option, geophysically-rendered targets are being drilled for their base metal potential, on claims staked by Freewest Resources Ltd., adjacent to the McFaulds Lake discovery. The Diagnos targets are three groups of claims identified, in a report commissioned by the joint venture, as prospective for diamondiferous kimberlites. These were staked as a result of the report and will be drill-tested in the current exploration season.

A recently-announced Mutual Assistance Agreement concluded by the joint venture, with De Beers Canada Inc., will benefit greatly the efficiency and cost of our planned additional exploration undertakings at the MacFadyen kimberlites. A more recent private placement of treasury shares, for working capital, has returned your Company to substantial liquidity. The completion of the joint venture amending agreement will permit us to participate in any successes achieved in the Kyle, Wawa and McFaulds lake projects, without further expenditures there for the present. This will enable us to focus on the opportunities evident at the MacFadyen project and the Freewest and Diagnos targets. We hope that the relatively more modest cost of exploring these will prove to be rewarding.

I wish to thank my fellow directors for their wisdom and counsel throughout this last year. Your Company is especially fortunate in having, in this role, access to the unique and long experience of the most distinguished career of Dr. Mousseau Tremblay.

      KWG Creates Debuts Diamonds Subsidiary
MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwire - Oct. 18, 2007) - KWG Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KWG) today incorporated Debuts Diamonds Inc as a wholly owned subsidiary to hold the company's interests in its diamond exploration undertakings and so separate them from its interests in the McFaulds Lake area, where Noront Resources Ltd. is drilling a significant nickel and copper discovery.

Debuts Diamonds will hold all KWG's diamond assets when their transfer can be completed. These include the MacFadyen Kimberlites and adjoining Pele and Uniform Surround claims, the Wawa JV, the Kyle JV and the Geraldton claims. Last winter's sampling results have dictated that 200-ton bulk samples should next be recovered from each of the Good Friday and MacFadyen 2 South pipes. Contracts are being negotiated for the completion of such a program early next year, at a total cost of some $1.5 million. KWG is exploring the merits of a distribution and listing of the shares of Debuts Diamonds Inc., as a tax-free dividend to its shareholders, in order to accept subscriptions of funding available for this next sampling program.

Planning is progressing by KWG, Spider Resources Inc. and Freewest Resources Canada Inc., for the drilling of targets identified near the Noront discovery. KWG and Spider may earn a 65% interest (32.5% each) in the Freewest Option claim blocks by funding their exploration and development. Drill targets have been identified there, at a distance of only 3200 metres north east of the Noront discovery. When planning and preparation have been completed, including a further airborne geophysical survey now underway, drilling of the targets will occupy the early part of 2008.

      ON FREEWEST OPTION PROPERTY

      McFAULD’S LAKE AREA, NORTHERN ONTARIO

Montreal, Canada – March 11, 2008 – KWG Resources Inc. (“KWG” or the “Company”), Spider Resources Inc. (“Spider”) and Freewest Resources Canada Inc. (“Freewest”) are pleased to announce the startup of a diamond drilling program on their jointly owned Freewest Option property (the “Property”), located approximately 15 kilometres southwest of the McFaulds Lake volcanogenic massive sulphide ("VMS") occurrences of Spider and KWG and approximately 3.6 kilometres northeast of Noront Resources Ltd.’s (“Noront”) Eagle One Magmatic Massive Sulphide (“MMS”) discovery in the James Bay Lowlands region of Northern Ontario. This diamond drilling program will initially be focused near and around a previously discovered chrome-nickel-platinum group element occurrence in peridotite that has many similarities to the new discovery (Eagle Two) of Noront. Billiken Management Services Inc. has been retained to complete the field program under the onsite supervision of Dr. Howard Lahti. Cabo Drilling Corp. has recently been awarded the diamond drill contract. The approved budget for the program is $2.4 million, the cost of which will be shared 50:50 between KWG and Spider.

Nine separate SW-NE trending magnetically and electromagnetically rendered anomalies have been identified within the limits of the property, as described within an Interim report prepared by Scott Hogg and Associates of Toronto (Press release of February 25, 2008), most of which warrant additional follow-up. Of the nine conductors identified, six have been interpreted as having a NW dip, one has a near vertical dip and the other two are broader in nature. The latter two may be attributable to surface conductivity although there is some coincidence with magnetic patterns reflective of the underlying bedrock geology, so bedrock source for the conductance cannot be ruled out. Line-cutting has been completed over the entire property, ground geophysical surveying including magnetic, electromagnetic (VLF) and MaxMin electromagnetics is underway and completed on the western portion of the property in the vicinity of the initial drill sites, results of which will be used to plan additional drilling.

Previous exploration work on the property included a diamond drill program resulting in the discovery of a layered chromitite bearing, nickel and platinum group element (PGE) enriched peridotite. A previous press release dated February 4, 2008 describes the analytical results. This chrome-PGE-nickel discovery was the first of its kind in the McFauld’s Lake area of the Sachigo Greenstone Belt. The host peridotite contains variable amounts of magnetite as disseminations and seams and elicits a strong magnetic signature. The magnetic high has dimensions of 400 metres by 400 metres and due to both the dimensions, and the peridotite setting similarity to Noront Resources Ltd’s Eagle One MMS discovery located 3.6 km to the SE, as well as the newly discovered Eagle Two MMS occurrence, (located 2 km to the SE of Eagle One) that also contains chromitite layering, this occurrence has become a very attractive exploration target for additional work directed at chrome-PGE-nickel mineralization. The initial focus of the drilling program will be to further investigate this Cr-PGE-Ni occurrence.

Mousseau Tremblay, Ph.D., P.Geo, Chairman of KWG Resources Inc. and a Qualified Person as such term is defined under National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical contents of this press release.

Spider, KWG, Freewest drill 45.6 m of massive chromite

      2008-08-19 16:42 ET - News Release

See News Release (C-SPQ) Spider Resources Inc

Mr. Neil Novak of Spider Resources reports

SPIDER, KWG AND FREEWEST INTERSECT 45.6 METRES OF MASSIVE CHROMITE IN CONTINUING DRILLING PROGRAM AT MCFAULDS PROJECT, ONTARIO

Spider Resources Inc., KWG Resources Inc. and Freewest Resources Canada Inc. have completed four more diamond drill holes on the current drill program financed by the Spider-KWG joint venture on the Freewest option. The drilling program on the Freewest option property is located approximately 3.6 kilometres northeast of Noront Resources Ltd.'s Eagle One magmatic massive sulphide (nickel copper and PGM) and five kilometres northeast of Noront's Blackbird One and Two (chromite) discoveries. Although assay results for these recent drill-holes are pending, the company has advised that the previously postulated thickening of the chromite layers has been confirmed.

      Highlights include:

      * Recently completed drilling indicates a thickening of chromite beds of up to 45.6 metres.
      * Further drilling is required with the goal of completing a National Instrument 43-101-compliant mineral resource for chromite on the property.

As reported in Stockwatch news on June 11, 2008, May 2, 2008, and June 29, 2006, the drilling results from the massive chromitite layers discovered in a peridotite sill encountered in drill-holes FW-06-03 (34.5 per cent Cr2O3 over 1.03 metres), hole FW-08-05 (35.6 per cent Cr2O3 over 7.5 metres), hole FW-08-06 (multiple intercepts like 7.15 per cent Cr2O3 over 7.5 metres and 9.73 per cent Cr2O3 over 6.9 metres) and hole FW-08-07 (30.73 per cent Cr2O3 over 14.4 metres). In addition to the chrome, elevated platinum, palladium and gold have been detected (2.183 grams per tonne Pt, Pd and Au over nine metres). Due to the early stage of exploration, true width of the chromitite intersections are unknown.

The current program has demonstrated that the massive chromitite beds or lenses intersected in these earlier drill holes are increasing in their apparent thickness with successive step-out holes to the northeast (down the apparent dip of the peridotite sill complex) as summarized in the table.

      as fragments in the
      Fault zone
      164.1 171.3 7.2 Massive chromite --------

The intersections contained in the table include comments on visual descriptions of mineralized intercepts. There are no guarantees that assay results will support or confirm these visual results, as assays are pending. While the true width of the many chromitite beds remains unknown, primarily due to the fact that the chrome-enriched bodies' limits are undefined as to depth, length or attitude, the chromitite beds appear to be present in distinct cycles consisting of "couplets" of semi-massive (thin centimetre-thick bands of chromite sandwiched between barren sections of the peridotite host rock with or without sections of containing only disseminated chromite) of varying thickness. This "graded" sequence transitions to or grades downward into the massive chromitite (more-than-a-metre-thick) beds. The lower massive chromitite beds in several holes were terminated by faults that may have displaced part of the massive bed or lenses and the semi-massive couplet. This faulting may have also caused some "stacking" or repetition of the chromitite bed sequence.

Drill hole FW-08-12 intersected two (and possibly three) distinctly massive beds or zones of numerous thin beds of chromitite separated by bands of the host rock. This drill hole is a 50-metre step-out to the northeast from drill hole FW-08-07 where 30.73 per cent Cr2O3 over 14.4 metres, previously reported.

Drill hole FW-08-13 intersected two distinctly massive beds or zones of numerous thin beds of chromitite separated by bands of the host rock. This drill hole is a 50-metre step-out to the south (grid) from drill hole FW-08-07.

Drill hole FW-08-14 intersected one distinctly massive bed or zone of numerous thin beds of chromitite separated by bands of the host rock. This drill hole is a 50-metre step-out to the north (grid north) form drill hole FW-08-07.

Drill hole FW-08-15 has been collared 50 metres grid north of drill hole FW-08-07 to undercut FW-08-14 and parallel FW-08-12. Only one massive chromitite bed was encountered in this drill hole, and its top and the thinly bedded semi-massive appears to have been displaced by a fault.

Drilling to date has demonstrated that the massive chromitite beds cover an area of 150 metres by 200 metres, and this occurrence is open on strike to the northeast, southwest and down dip.

The joint venture partners are encouraged by the apparent thickening of the massive chromitite beds to the northeast, with the potential for grade and tonnage development in addition to the significant presence of gold and platinum. The partners are now considering additional drilling as required for resource definition drilling.

Internal research by management of the joint venture, on chrome, suggests that the chromitite occurrences encountered in the drill holes on the Freewest option are, from a geological perspective, similar to those encountered in the Bird River sill located in Manitoba or Outokumpu's Kemi chrome mine in northern Finland. At the Kemi mine up to 11 chromite beds or lenses are found 50 to 200 metres above the base of a pre-Cambrian-aged mafic to ultramafic sill-like intrusion. These chromite lenses are found over an area 4.5 kilometres long and are five to 105 metres wide and up to 40 metres thick. The initial resource reported by Outokumpu was 150 million tons grading 28.6 per cent Cr2O3, and in 1999 the U.S. government estimated that the Kemi deposit contained "70 million metric tons (Mt) of proven and probable reserves and additional resources of about 150 Mt" (Metal Bulletin, 1999a). These estimates were prepared prior to the implementation of National Instrument 43-101 standards for reporting resources and reserves, but are offered to demonstrate the relatively large size potential size of this style of mineralization, and although the joint venture results to date are encouraging, considerably more drilling is required.

This press release has been prepared by management of Spider Resources, which is the operator of the joint venture with KWG during 2008, and has been approved for dissemination by Neil Novak, PGeo, president of Spider and a qualified person as such term as defined under National Instrument 43-101, who has reviewed and verified the technical information contained in this press release and has approved the contents of this press release.

      We seek Safe Harbor.

Like i said in my previous post, the resulst are very very good. We just need more results like taht which will increase the probability that KWG and Cie have in their hands a mondial deposit of Chromite.
Actually i really fell that At 3.5 cents this s the greatest potential I have never seen yet on a stock.. that stock should be at at least 30 to40 cents now.:rolleyes:

It is just a question of time that the market will realize that deposit is a their for real and at that day we will all cash in.

Do not forget that we have also the diamond.
