sehe ich auch so. Insiderkäufe sind auch da und seit der Präsentation ziehen die Umsätze in Canada an, nur die Taxen hier kanste vergessen.

Gold Hawk Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement
Thursday July 3, 9:20 am ET


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 3, 2008) - Gold Hawk Resources Inc. ("Gold Hawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CGK - News) announced that the Company has undertaken a non-brokered private placement of up to 55,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.06 per share for gross proceeds of $3,300,000.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used by the Company for expenditures related to its Coricancha mine and general corporate purposes. Gold Hawk anticipates closing the private placement by early next week. All securities distributed pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a hold period of four months following closing.

The private placement is subject to regulatory approval. A finders' fee may be payable on a portion of the private placement in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
