Radcom: 1.000 Prozent Kursplus entsprechen 80 Dollar

insgesamt 10.000 Prozent.
Eine relativ „kleine“, also umsatzschwache
verkaufen?
Angebot und Nachfrage bestimmen den Preis. Und auf einen kurzfristigen
Nachfrageschub reagieren Aktien nun mal mit steigenden
Kursen.
Denn Radcom verkauft
exakt das, was jeder haben will: Ein Produkt, mit dem sich Millionen
einsparen lassen.
Durchbruch geschafft. Nach der langen Entwicklungsphase wird
nun endlich Geld verdient.
israelischen Mobilfunkperle. Man darf gespannt sein, was passiert,
sollte ruhig einige Tage abwarten. In der Vergangenheit hat die Aktie
eigentlich nach jedem Kursschub einige Tage konsolidiert. Das
dürfte auch dieses Mal so sein.

Swisscom Purchases RADCOM's Omni-Q to Monitor their New IMS Network
TEL AVIV, Israel, February 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RADCOM Ltd. today announced that Swisscom purchased RADCOM's Omni-Q service assurance solution for their new IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) production network. Swisscom is Switzerland's leading telecom provider, with approximately 5.5 million mobile customers and around 1.8 million broadband connections.
RADCOM has accompanied Swisscom from their earliest stages of investigating IMS technology several years back, during their deployment of the Omni-Q solution in their lab. "As IMS was rolled out in the first phases of commercial services Swisscom found a need for pro-active Tier 2 and 3 engineering troubleshooting," said Armin Diethelm, CEO from Emitec AG, RADCOM's Swiss distributor. "The IMS network deployment involving an Ericsson core and Broadsoft application servers resulted in extremely complex correlation challenges. RADCOM provided the solution."
RADCOM's advanced QExpert business intelligence workflow reporting, which provides efficient and pro-active engineering and support, together with its ability to offer one system to monitor both SS7 (Signaling System #7), IMS and mobile services, proved essential to Swisscom.

In order to monitor customer experience on its network, the VoIP operator purchased RADCOM's Service Assurance System with VoIP probes as well as the QTrace online call trace tool. The QTrace online call trace tool will enable the VoIP operator to see the total correlated call, end-to-end over multiple sites, multiple protocols and multi-legs. RADCOM was the only company who could supply the VoIP operator with a solution that would enable it to assure Quality of Service for NGN networks on all legs of the call and for all protocols on all networks. RADCOM's solutions will enable the VoIP operator to monitor and improve the voice quality of millions of minutes of VoIP calls.
"We are happy that one of North America's major VoIP providers determined that RADCOM was the best company to assure quality for its customers," said Gal Haselkorn, President of RADCOM Inc., "VoIP is rapidly expanding in the North American market and we believe that RADCOM has a unique solution for assuring Quality of Service and monitoring real customer experience in this market."

RADCOM to Complete Repayment of Plenus Loan Seven Months Early
Press Release Source: RADCOM Ltd On Tuesday September 7, 2010, 6:51 am EDT
TEL-AVIV, Israel, September 7, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RADCOM Ltd. (RADCOM) (NASDAQ:RDCM - News), a leading network service assurance provider, today announced that it has repaid the remainder of its outstanding debt to the Plenus Venture Lending Fund, seven months in advance of its April 15, 2011 scheduled maturity date. The original credit facility was for $2.5 million.
(Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20090331/342930 )
"Our repayment of the Plenus loan is a satisfying milestone - a concrete demonstration of the turnaround that we have achieved over the past two years," commented Mr. David Ripstein, RADCOM's President and CEO. "When we closed the loan with Plenus in 2008, we thanked its management for its confidence, and asserted that our strategy, technology and team would create significant growth over the long term.
"Now, we are delivering on that promise. Our rise in revenues and return to profitability are being driven by one of the strongest trends in today's recovering telecommunications industry: the huge volumes of network traffic being created by smart phone devices, like the iPhone and Blackberry, and the service quality challenges that they are creating. Our current products provide an effective solution to many aspects of the problem, and we are planning to roll out new solutions that address even more of the operators' quality challenges."
Mr. Ripstein concluded, "Over two years ago, Plenus took a chance on us, and we are proud that its wager has paid off. With a growing market, excellent solutions and a motivated team, we pledge to continue moving forward with the goal of creating additional value for all our shareholders."

Press Release Source: Radcom Ltd On Monday October 11, 2010, 9:04 am
TEL-AVIV, Israel, October 11, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Radcom Ltd. (NASDAQ:RDCM - News) ("Radcom") today announced that it has signed definitive agreement with investors regarding a private placement transaction (PIPE), subject to certain customary conditions.
According to the terms of the definitive agreement, Radcom will issue ordinary shares to the investors at an aggregate purchase price of $5.5 million, with a price per share of $8.55, which is based on the average closing price of Radcom's ordinary shares on the thirty trading days prior to the execution date of the definitive agreement, minus a discount of 12%. The investors will also be granted warrants to purchase one ordinary share for every three ordinary shares purchased by them in the transaction. The exercise price of the warrants will be equal to the price per share to be paid in the transaction plus 25%, and they will be exercisable for a period of three years from the date of issue. In addition, Radcom has agreed to register with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission the resale of the shares and the shares underlying the warrants.
One of the investors in the PIPE is the Company's Chairman, Mr. Zohar Zisapel, who, subject to the approval of Radcom's shareholders, will invest approximately $1 million. In order to approve Mr. Zohar Zisapel's participation in the transaction, Radcom is calling a special meeting of shareholders to be held on November 24, 2010, at the offices of Radcom at 24 Raul Wallenberg Street, Tel Aviv, Israel. The record date for the meeting is October 20, 2010. Pursuant to Israeli law, the approval of the particpiation of Mr. Zisapel in the transaction requires a special majority of Radcom's shareholders (the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of the Radcom shares present, in person or by proxy, and voting on the matter, provided that either (i) such majority includes at least one-third of the votes of disinterested shareholders voting on the matter (not including abstentions) or (ii) the total number of votes of disinterested shareholders voted against the matter does not exceed one percent of Radcom's voting power), at the meeting.
Commenting on the news, Mr. Jonathan Burgin, Chief Financial Officer of Radcom, said, "We are grateful to receive this additional vote of confidence from new investors and current investors, many of whom have demonstrated such unwavering support of our Company throughout the years. We believe that the improving financial results that we have delivered over the past few quarters are justifying their support and confirming the market's growing need and demand for our solutions. The cash infusion from this transaction will help us fully leverage this momentum, taking advantage of favorable markets to create additional value for our shareholders."

RADCOM'S Q3 Sales Rise 54% YOY TO $4.8M, Yielding $0.07 EPS
TEL-AVIV, Israel, October 25, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RADCOM Ltd. (RADCOM) (NASDAQ:RDCM - News), a leading network Service Assurance provider, today announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010.
(Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20090331/342930 )
Financial Results for the Third Quarter of 2010
Revenues for the third quarter of 2010 were $4.8 million, up 54% compared with $3.1 million for the third quarter of 2009 and up 6% compared with $4.6 million for the second quarter of 2010. Gross margin for the period rose to 67.3% compared with 66.5% in the third quarter of 2009 and 66.9% in the second quarter of 2010.
According to U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), net income for the third quarter was $361,000, or $0.07 per ordinary share (basic) and $0.06 per ordinary share (diluted), compared with a net loss of $394,000, or $0.08 per ordinary share (basic and diluted), for the third quarter of 2009, and net income of $80,000, or $0.02 per ordinary share (basic) and $0.01 per ordinary share (diluted), for the second quarter of 2010.
To provide investors with insight into the Company's underlying operating results, we are also presenting our financial results on a non-GAAP basis excluding share-based compensation expenses and change in fair value of warrants from all periods. According to this non-GAAP basis, net income for the quarter was $387,000, or $0.07 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $219,000 or $0.04 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2009, and net income of $487,000, or $0.09 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2010.
Comments of Management
Commenting on the results, Mr. David Ripstein, RADCOM's President and CEO, said, "We are proud to report another period of rising sales and margins, an achievement that has enabled us to deliver four straight quarters of positive operating income since our turnaround in mid-2009. This continual improvement demonstrates the strong market need for our service quality management solutions, which are proving to be a solution-of-choice for NGN network operators plagued with difficult network performance challenges.
"In fact, operators throughout the world continue to struggle to overcome the slow data throughput, dropped calls and poor voice quality which have accompanied the increased usage of iPhones, Blackberrys and other 'smart' phones. As a result, interest in our products is high and growing, both from Tier I and other operators around the globe, all of whom need a solution for maintaining customer satisfaction and protecting existing revenues."
Mr. Ripstein continued, "As our Company moves on to a new level, we are taking steps to strengthen our financial platform. Earlier this month, we signed a definitive agreement for a $5.5 million private placement transaction (PIPE), a cash infusion which we will use to increase our working capital and flexibility."
"Taken as a whole, with favorable markets driving interest in our solutions, a stable financial platform and a motivated team, we feel well positioned, and continue pursuing our strategy to build our business momentum even further", concluded Mr. Ripstein.
Financial Results for the First Nine Months of 2010
Revenues for the first nine months of 2010 were $13.8 million, an increase of 78% compared with $7.7 million in the first nine months of 2009. Gross profit for the period rose to 66.8% compared with 62.7% in the first nine months of 2009.

Net income for the nine months of 2010 was $0.5 million, or $0.10 per ordinary share (basic) and $0.09 per ordinary share (diluted). This compared with a net loss of $2.8 million, or $0.54 per ordinary share (basic and diluted), for the first nine months of 2009.
To provide investors with insight into the Company's underlying operating results, financial results are also being presented on a non-GAAP basis excluding share-based compensation expenses and change in fair value of warrants from all periods. According to this non-GAAP basis, net income for the first nine months of 2010 was $1.2 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $2.4 million, or $0.47 per ordinary share (basic and diluted) for the first nine months of 2009.

Gewinntrend klar.

(Ausgabe 20 vom 25.10.2010) (26.10.2010/ac/a/a)

Danke
Danke

Fourth Quarter: RADCOM's Q4 revenues totaled $5.4 million, up 29% compared with $4.2 million for Q4 2009 and up 13% compared with Q3 2010. Bookings during the period were the highest they have been in RADCOM's history, positioning the Company with an exceedingly strong backlog as it enters 2011.
According to U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), the Company's net income for Q4 decreased by 24% to $78,000 ($0.01 per basic and diluted share) compared with $102,000 ($0.02 per basic and diluted share) for Q4 2009. However, excluding non-cash share-based compensation expenses and changes in the fair value of warrants from all periods, the Company's non-GAAP net income for the quarter reached $500,000 ($0.08 per diluted share), up 104% compared with $245,000 ($0.05 per diluted share) for Q4 2009.
Full Year 2010: RADCOM's 2010 revenues rose 61% to $19.2 million compared with $11.9 million in 2009. Bookings during the year were the highest in many years, giving the Company an exceedingly strong backlog as it enters 2011.

However, excluding non-cash share-based compensation expenses and changes in the fair value of warrants from all periods, non-GAAP net income for 2010 was $1.7 million ($0.28 per diluted share) compared with a net loss of $2.2 million ($0.43 per basic and diluted share) for 2009.
Management Comments
Mr. David Ripstein, RADCOM's President and CEO, said, "2010 was a great year for RADCOM, and we believe we are positioned for an even better 2011. The trends that have been driving our growth - particularly the increased usage of mobile smart phones, tablets and net books and their effect on the performance of telecom networks and the end-user experience - continue to strengthen. As network operators around the world struggle to service their bandwidth-hungry customers, they are increasing their budgets for Service Assurance solutions, leading to increasing sales of our products. We expect to see this trend continuing over the next several years, and believe that it, together with the increasing implementation of 4G/LTE technologies, will drive continued strong growth of our sales.
"During 2010, our efforts to capitalize on these favorable trends resulted in a 61% increase in our sales, demonstrating the industry's growing recognition of our clear technology leadership. In addition, as most of our customers felt increasingly stabilized in their recovery from the recent financial crisis, we saw a significant increase in our sales pipeline and in the number of tenders and this trend is continuing. To take full advantage, we have invested - and will continue to invest - in our sales capabilities in Latin America and in Asia/Pacific, including in India and Singapore, and have begun enhancing our sales force in North America. In parallel, we have expanded our research and development teams, and continue evaluating adjacent market opportunities.
"Taken as a whole, with booming markets, a clear technology advantage, and the highest quarterly bookings in our history, we are confident and excited about our future."
Additional Discussion of Financial Results
Direct sales to a Brazilian customer and their effect on Revenues & Cost of Goods Sold: RADCOM's revenues for the fourth quarter include a significant sale made directly (rather than through distributors) to a customer in Brazil. According to Brazilian law, RADCOM is subject to import taxes and other taxes based on the price of the equipment it sells in Brazil. In the fourth quarter, such taxes amounted to $785,000, and were included within cost of sales. Net of this amount, gross margin for the fourth quarter would have been approximately 76%.
Cash: The Company's cash balance of $5.7 million as of the end of 2010 reflected a significant pay-out of taxes in Brazil during the fourth quarter, together with increased investment in sales activities, customer service and research and development. In addition, it reflects delays in delivery of systems to customers.
Geographic distribution of sales: The geographic distribution of RADCOM's sales during 2010 was as follows: Latin America - 32%; Europe - 25%; North America - 16%; AsiaPacific - 19%; and rest of the world - 8%.

5 Little Stocks to Love (einer davon ist Radcom)
Small-cap growth stocks are your best bet right now
Feb. 8, 2011, 12:01 pm EST
Small Cap to Buy #4 – Radcom Ltd. (RDCM)
Radcom Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) reported strong earnings results for the fourth quarter last week. It logged quarterly sales of $5.4 million, up 29% year-over-year, and earnings of $500,000, or 8 cents per share, a 104% yearly increase. I can tell you just based on the year-over-year comparisons that these results are quite strong.
The company stands to benefit from the implementation of 4G/LTE technology over the next year as more and more businesses use Radcom’s products to ensure the integrity of their networks. Radcom is also rapidly expanding into emerging markets, with 32% of its sales coming from Latin America and 19% of its sales come from Asia/Pacific last year.
Now, despite these results, the company’s share price fell in the days following its report and the stock closed out January with only a modest gain. The reason for the decline is profit-taking, plain and simple. If you look at the stock’s performance in the period from Dec. 1 to mid-January, the stock moved higher by 60%. Investors have been waiting for the right time to book profits and they used the earnings announcement as impetus to do so.
I still remain quite bullish on this stock and believe it will move higher after the sell-off is over and that the current dip provides an opportunity for you to pick up shares. Buy RDCM under $13.

was denkt ihr dazu?

RADCOM Wins Major Deal With Leading South American Mobile Operator
RADCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) a leading network Service Assurance provider, today announced that a major global telecommunications operator chose RADCOM to monitor their cellular networks. This order is valued at over two million dollars.
This operator chose RADCOM's Omni-Q to monitor all of their cellular networks in this country, including GSM, GPRS and UMTS. They selected RADCOM's solution due to its comprehensive offering which is capable of providing them with one solution for all technologies on their network. Furthermore, the wide set of applications for roaming analysis, interconnection management and handset performance benchmarking, as well as the capability to optimize the radio interface were all key features for this operator.
"This order is an important achievement which confirms every element of our strategy - especially the market's growing need for service assurance solutions, the recognized superiority of RADCOM's solutions, and the significant potential for sales of our systems. It demonstrates the strong position of RADCOM's Service Assurance solution in the global market in general, and in Latin America in particular," said Ronen Hovav, RADCOM's VP Sales Global Accounts. "We believe that by using RADCOM's OmniQ system, this operator will be able to improve its network and service quality, hence increasing its revenues and reducing operational costs."
