      http://www.eigenkapitalforum.com/082/presentations/f1/IPO%20…

There are two time windows commonly referred to as "quiet periods" during an IPO's history. The first and the one linked above is the period of time following the filing of the company's S-1 but before SEC staff declare the registration statement effective. During this time, issuers, company insiders, analysts, and other parties are legally restricted in their ability to discuss or promote the upcoming IPO.[4]

The other "quiet period" refers to a period of 40 calendar days following an IPO's first day of public trading. During this time, insiders and any underwriters involved in the IPO are restricted from issuing any earnings forecasts or research reports for the company. Regulatory changes enacted by the SEC as part of the Global Settlement enlarged the "quiet period" from 25 days to 40 days on July 9, 2002. When the quiet period is over, generally the underwriters will initiate research coverage on the firm. Additionally, the NASD and NYSE have approved a rule mandating a 10-day quiet period after a Secondary Offering and a 15-day quiet period both before and after expiration of a "lock-up agreement" for a securities offering.

Frontier Rare Earths given buy rating, $4.80 price target from Byron Research
Saturday, March 19, 2011 by Deborah Sterescu

Frontier Rare Earths (TSE:FRO) has been given an initial 'buy' rating by equity research firm Byron, assigning the company a price target of $4.80 - nearly double Frontier's current trading price.

The valuation was made based on Frontier's prospects, including the Zandkopsdrift deposit in South Africa, a strong rare earth element property of "good in situ grade", with an "anomalously high content" of metals dysprosium and terbium.

Byron said that these two metals are likely to be in short suppy in the future, and therefore production of these rare earths would indeed be valuable, especially as Chinese export quotas tighten.

Zandkopsdrift is one of the largest known undeveloped rare earth deposits outside of China. A recent NI 43-101 compliant report estimated the project has an indicated resource of 23 million tonnes at an average grade of 2.32% Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO), representing 532,000 tonnes of contained rare earths oxide, along with additional inferred resources. This, according to Frontier, is enough to target a supply of up to 20,000 tonnes per year of REO.

Byron also believes that because Zandkopsdrift has nearby infrastructure, and is located in South Africa's oldest mining region, the mine should be developed quickly and cost less to build and operate. A pre-feasibility work programme began on the mine in January.

In addition, the equity research firm noted that Frontier negotiated an agreement with the Black Economic Empowerment Organization in South Africa, that assigns Frontier "real value for the 26% of the company [that holds the Zandkopsdrift project] it must transfer".

Luxembourg-based Frontier shares rose nearly 2% on Thursday to close at $2.75.

Frontier Rare Earths and Korea Resources Corporation Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement / KORES to acquire up to a 20% interest in the Zandkopsdrift rare earth project, up to a 10% interest in Frontier and a right to purchase up to 40% of Zandkopsdrift

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/13/11 -- Frontier Rare Earths Limited (TSX: FRO)(TSX: FRO.WT) announced today that it has signed a heads of agreement with Korea Resources Corporation ("KORES"), the Korean Government-owned mining and natural resource investment company, to form a strategic partnership designed to accelerate the development of Frontier's Zandkopsdrift rare earth project in South Africa. Under the terms of the agreement, which is non-binding, KORES will acquire up to a 20% interest in the Zandkopsdrift project as well as up to a 10% equity position in Frontier and the right to purchase up to 40% of Zandkopsdrift's rare earth production. The parties expect to sign a binding strategic partnership agreement in Q4 2011.

"Signing a strategic partnership agreement with KORES is one of our most important milestones achieved to date and represents a significant third-party endorsement of our Zandkopsdrift project," said James Kenny, President and CEO of Frontier Rare Earths. "KORES, which has earned an international reputation for its world-class financial and technical capabilities, is at the forefront of Korea's drive to secure stable supplies of natural resources, including rare earths, which are crucial to its high-tech economy. Working together with KORES, we are confident that Frontier will achieve its objective of becoming one of the first new large scale rare earth producers outside China."

Shin-Jong Kim, President and CEO of KORES said "KORES has developed a close relationship with Frontier and its management team since we commenced discussions in 2010, and we are very pleased to have reached agreement to cooperate in the development of the Zandkopsdrift rare earth project. As rare earths are a critical raw material needed to support Korea's high technology industry and future economic growth, the Zandkopsdrift project is a strategic priority project for both KORES and Korea. The development of Zandkopsdrift will be a critical element of KORES' efforts to secure a long term, stable source of rare earth supply."

      HIGHLIGHTS

-- KORES to acquire up to a 20% interest in Zandkopsdrift

-- KORES to acquire up to a 10% interest in Frontier

-- KORES to provide financial, technical and operational assistance in
relation to the development of Zandkopsdrift

-- KORES to purchase up to 40% of rare earth production from Zandkopsdrift

-- Binding agreement expected to be signed in Q4 2011

-- Discussions continuing with other potential strategic partners

Following a period of due diligence and commercial discussions, which commenced in late 2010, Frontier and KORES have executed a heads of agreement which sets out the commercial terms under which Frontier and KORES propose to establish a strategic partnership to develop the Company's Zandkopsdrift rare earth project ("HOA") The principal commercial terms contained in the HOA are as follows:

Acquisition of Interests in Zandkopsdrift and Frontier

Following completion and publication of a preliminary economic assessment ("PEA") on Zandkopsdrift, which is currently at an advanced stage and scheduled for completion in Q4 2011, KORES will acquire an initial 10% interest in Zandkopsdrift. The consideration for this acquisition will be on market-related terms at the time of completion and will be payable in cash.

Following completion and publication of a definitive feasibility study ("DFS") on Zandkopsdrift, which is currently scheduled for Q4 2012, KORES may acquire an additional 10% interest in Zandkopsdrift. The consideration for the acquisition of this 10% interest will be based on the valuation of Zandkopsdrift as set out in the DFS and will be payable in cash.

KORES will also have an option following the publication of the DFS, and subject to certain pre-conditions, to acquire up to a 10% shareholding in Frontier based on the prevailing market price for Frontier's shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at that time.

      Off take Agreement

KORES will have the right and obligation to purchase a share of rare earth production from Zandkopsdrift proportionate to its interest in Zandkopsdrift. In addition, if KORES fully exercises its option to acquire shares in Frontier, it shall have the right and obligation to purchase up to a maximum 20% additional share of rare earth production from Zandkopsdrift. All of the production purchased by KORES under the offtake arrangements as set out herein will be based on the prevailing international market prices for the relevant rare earth product(s) at the time of purchase.

      Project Finance

KORES will take responsibility for arranging debt finance from Korean and other international lenders to cover the capital requirements for the construction and development of a rare earth mining and processing operation at Zandkopsdrift. KORES will also contribute to all costs and expenses incurred in the development and operation of Zandkopsdrift pro rata to its equity interest in Zandkopsdrift.

      Technical and Operating Assistance

KORES will provide such technical, operating and other assistance relating to the design, planning, construction and operation of a rare earth mining and processing operation at Zandkopsdrift as may be required by Frontier.

      Downstream Opportunities

KORES and Frontier will cooperate to jointly pursue rare earth related downstream business opportunities in South Africa in partnership with other established Korean industry partners.

Frontier and KORES expect to sign a binding definitive agreement to give effect to the terms contained in the HOA in Q4 2011. The signing of the definitive agreement will be subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including finalisation of customary due diligence, third party consents and the securing of any regulatory approval that may be required.

Frontier is also continuing discussions with a number of other parties from whom it has received approaches, with a view to entering into further strategic partnerships that would be complementary to that proposed with KORES.

The signing ceremony for the HOA took place recently in Durban, South Africa and was attended by several senior representatives of KORES including Mr Shin-Jong Kim, President and CEO of KORES, Mr Jong Pal Kim, Director General KORES Rare Metals Investment Division, and Mr Sang Woo Kim, Deputy Director, Ministry of Knowledge Economy, and by Mr James Kenny, President and CEO of Frontier and Mr Derick de Wit, Frontier's Vice President-Project Development. About Frontier Rare Earths Limited (TSX: FRO)(TSX: FRO.WT)

Frontier Rare Earths Limited (www.frontierrareearths.com) is a mineral exploration and development company exclusively focused on the development of rare earths projects in Southern Africa. Frontier's flagship asset is the Zandkopsdrift rare earth project (95% economic interest held), which is located in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa and is one of the largest undeveloped rare earth deposits worldwide. After Molycorp's Mountain Pass and Lynas' Mount Weld projects, the Zandkopsdrift B Zone has the highest TREO(1) grade and the highest grade of high value HREOs(2) of significant advanced deposits(3) outside China. Zandkopsdrift's favourable location is expected to provide significant advantages in relation to capital costs, operating costs and development time compared to other rare earth projects currently being evaluated, and makes Frontier well positioned to become one of the most significant new producers of rare earths outside China.

Frontier filed a NI 43-101 report on Zandkopsdrift on 29 October 2010, which included a resource estimate of circa 43m tonnes at an average grade of 2.2% containing 950,000 tonnes TREO applying a 1% cut-off, of which 56% is in the Indicated Resource category. Frontier is well funded with approximately $48m cash and no debt and this strong working capital position will finance the proposed work programme of the Company and the expected completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment, Preliminary Feasibility Study and Definitive Feasibility Study on Zandkopsdrift by the end of 2012. Frontier listed on the main board of the Toronto Stock Exchange in November 2010 and currently has 89,562,781 shares outstanding.

      Notes:

(1)TREO = total rare earth oxides and includes the elements lanthanum to lutetium expressed as trivalent oxides

(2)HREOs = heavy rare earth oxides; high value HREOs are Europium, Terbium and Dysprosium

(3)Significant advanced deposits are those with greater than 200,000 tonnes TREO classified under SAMREC, JORC, CIM or equivalent international codes

      About KORES

Korea Resources Corporation ("KORES") (www.KORES.or.kr), which was established in 1967, is wholly-owned by the Korean government and has a stated objective of becoming a global top 20 mining company by 2020 principally through international investments and joint ventures. KORES is charged with a policy mandate to further Korea's access to strategically important mineral resources, both domestically and internationally. KORES exclusively carries out the Korean government's mineral resources policy objectives by engaging directly, or indirectly through joint ventures or in the form of investments, in overseas exploration, development and production of strategically important mineral resources, and managing the Korea's stockpile of rare mineral resources. KORES works very closely with all major Korean industry groups and plays an active role assembling consortia of Korean companies to selectively participate with KORES in commercial ventures. The Korean government has designated rare earths as a strategic raw material for Korea's future economic growth and has undertaken considerable work to identify the most prospective sources of future rare earth supply worldwide.

      http://eng.kores.or.kr/gpms/resources/images/common/etc_02.h…

FOR NEW STRATEGIC RESOURCES, GREEN ENERGY

Asia's fourth-largest economy would also seek to double self-suffi ciency rates for "new strategic minerals" such as rare earths and lithium, to 10 percent in 2011 from 5.5 percent in 2010, the statement said.

"We will expand access to lithium-producing markets, including Argentina, Chile and Bolivia, and Central Asia," the statement said, adding that the government would explore 11 local sites for rare metals reserves.

The country would set up its first storage facility for rare metals with a 35-day consumption capacity in the second half of 2011, and increase its inventory to 13.5 days' consumption from 8.1 days, the statement said.

The new and renewable energy sectors would be strengthened to achieve exports of $40 billion in 2015, compared with $4.6 billion in 2009, it added, noting that the government would set up four to five test beds for solar and wind power generation in 2011, investing 20 billion won ($17.56 million).

      Hallo Frontier-Freunde:
      http://www.frontierrareearths.com/pdfs/news/Frontier_Rare_Ea…
Following completion and publication of a preliminary economic assessment
(“PEA”)on Zandkopsdrift, which is currently at an advanced stage and
scheduled for completion in Q4 2011, KORES will acquire an initial 10%
      interest in Zandkopsdrift.

TCMR: In August, Frontier Rare Earths Ltd. (FRO:TSX) said an offtake agreement with Korea Resources Corp. (KORES) for the rights to buy up to 40% of rare earth production from the Zandkopsdrift mine in South Africa. Have the terms of offtake agreements become more favorable for larger end-users since the KORES agreement?

JH: No, the terms seem to still be largely market driven. The surprise for me, given the discussions of offtakes that are going on, is that there really has never been any willingness on the part of the large end users to contemplate paying a premium above market for guaranteed supply. In essence, they’re coming in and they’re providing financing and expertise, and that is buying them the right of first refusal on large quantities of material. That seems to be acceptable to the more-advanced juniors in the space. Juniors are taking the idea to heart that they need to be in production as rapidly as possible with an established partner and are forming the offtake agreements that they believe they need to make that happen.

TCMR: Is there one company that has what we might call the sweetest offtake agreement?

JH: Of the offtakes that are roughly finalized, the most favorable to the junior involved is the Frontier-KORES agreement. A good chunk of the value of the Zandkopsdrift project and Frontier stake that may be acquired will be established by NI 43-101 studies. Feasibility studies tend to overvalue the project to some extent. Frontier has done itself a service by keeping value within the company itself.

TCMR: What’s your target on Frontier?

JH: We have a $3.25 target on Frontier.

Estimatet costs per kg REO : 13,08 US-$
Lebensdauer der Mine 20 Jahre (eventuell länger) .

Korea Resources Corporation confirms $23.8M investment for initial stake in Frontier's Zandkopsdrift rare earth project
Korea Resources Corporation to contribute to Zandkopsdrift operating budget from 3 July 2012

Closing scheduled for 30 September 2012

TORONTO, July 11, 2012 /CNW/ - Frontier Rare Earths Limited (TSX: FRO) ("Frontier") is pleased to announce an update on the status of its strategic partnership agreement with Korea Resources Corporation ("Kores"), the Korean Government-owned mining and natural resource investment company.

      Background

On 5 December, 2011 Frontier announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement with Kores to form a strategic partnership to accelerate the development of Frontier's Zandkopsdrift rare earth element project ("Zandkopsdrift") in South Africa (the "Agreement"). Under the terms of the Agreement, Kores will acquire an initial 10% interest in Zandkopsdrift and off-take rights for 10% of the rare earth production from Zandkopsdrift. The Agreement also provides that Kores may acquire a further 10% interest in Zandkopsdrift and/or up to a 10% share ownership of Frontier following completion of a Definitive Feasibility Study on Zandkopsdrift, which together, if acquired, would give Kores off-take rights for an additional 21% of rare earth production. (Full details of the Agreement are set out in the Press Release issued on 5 December, 2011. See Frontier news releases)

      Agreement Update

Under the terms of the Agreement, Frontier was obliged as a condition precedent of the Agreement to file on SEDAR (www.sedar.com by 30 March, 2012 the results of a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment on Zandkopsdrift prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101(the "PEA"). Frontier satisfied this condition and the results of the PEA indicated that the proposed development of Zandkopsdrift is both technically feasible and economically robust with a low risk profile. Frontier has now also complied with its obligations in respect of all other conditions precedent of the Agreement and notification by Frontier of its compliance has been formally acknowledged by Kores. Kores has also confirmed to Frontier that:

1.The purchase price for the initial 10% interest in Zandkopsdrift to be acquired by Kores is C$23.78M and will payable to Frontier in cash by 30 September, 2012
2.As from 3 July, 2012, Kores will be responsible for its share of all operating costs and expenses related to the Zandkopsdrift project pro rata to its initial 10% interest in Zandkopsdrift.
      Korean Consortium Update

Under the terms of the Agreement Kores has the right to form a consortium of Korean companies (the "Korean Consortium") to jointly participate with it and Frontier in the development of Zandkopsdrift. Kores has advised Frontier that it has been engaged in detailed discussions with several leading Korean corporate groups and it has been agreed that Kores will have until 30 September, 2012 to finalise arrangements with the Korean Consortium. Kores has confirmed to Frontier that in the event that Kores does not form the Korean Consortium for any reason within the prescribed period, Kores shall remain liable under the Agreement as principal.

James Kenny, President and CEO of Frontier Rare Earths commented: "Frontier is the only junior company in the rare earths sector to have signed a definitive agreement with a significant strategic partner such as Kores, which we believe is a reflection of the potential of Zandkopsdrift. We have worked closely with our partners in Kores since the signing of our strategic partnership agreement in December 2011 and are very pleased to have in Kores a partner with a leading international reputation and significant technological and financial capabilities. The matters confirmed today provide an indication of the positive and collaborative working relationship already established between our companies and we look forward to Kores' continued involvement with Frontier and participation in the development of Zandkopsdrift."

Luisa Moreno im Interview mit Brian Sylvester von "The Metals Report" (30.04.2013):

TMR: Frontier Rare Earths Ltd. (FRO:TSX) is reporting costs of about $13/kg. What gets them to that level?

Luisa Moreno: That includes separation of about 10 elements. About 7% of the deposit is estimated to have HREEs and the remaining is light. That is a pretty good cost level if it can achieve that.

Frontier is targeting 20,000 tons per year (20,000 tpa) of total production. Although the HREEs only make about 7% of the deposit, because Frontier targets such a large output, it would be able to produce almost as much HREEs as Matamec Explorations Inc. and Ucore, which are smaller-scale projects targeting about 2,000–3,000 tpa. I have a buy rating on Frontier at $1.

TMR: Frontier bills itself as the next major western rare earths producer. Is that realistic?

Luisa Moreno: Yes, it is realistic. Again, time is of the essence. It has a strong team and a good-sized monazite deposit. It's facing fewer challenges than others. Its cash position is strong. It has KORES as a partner. It's doing all the right things.

Project financing will be an important step. If it can achieve that, it will be moving very close to positioning itself as a viable source of development. It could become a good source for some of these less common elements in the market. It is possible, but there are challenges.

      Mining Weekly, 17th May 2013

      Costly Extraction

There is a growing realisation within the rare earths extraction sector that those develop- ment projects that do not possess well under- stood geologies will find it increasingly difficult to attract financing, which may result in those projects falling by the wayside in the medium term. Phillip Kenny, president of South Africa-focused project developer Frontier Rare Earths, which is developing its flagship Zandkopsdrift, project, in the Northern Cape, recently told Mining Weekly that if a prospective rare earths company had not already identified one of the three well understood rare-earths ores, chances of attracting capital were slim.

Kenny explained rare earths are most economically extracted with proven processes from the minerals bastnaesite, monazite and xenotime. Any other of the more than 200 minerals known to contain essential or significant rare-earth elements (REE) would require extensive R&D to find an economically sensible process to extract REEs, which would take a lot of time and cost excessive amounts of money.

Financiers were increasingly asking for process flow sheets before they would con- sider lending developers a dime.

“The race is on to become the next rare earths producer, and we are ahead, owing to being the only rare earths junior which already has a significant strategic offtake partner. We are also well funded and the Zandkopsdrift project’s mainly monazite resource would enable us to produce rare earths at a very economical cost,” Kenny aid.

He was referring to a deal closed in December with Korean government-owned mining and natural resource investment company Korea Resources Corporation (Kores), which has acquired a 10% interest in Frontier’s Zandkopsdrift rare earths project, along with an offtake right and obligation for 10% of the production.

The company said it believed the C$23.8-million deal made it the only junior company in the rare earths sector to have signed and completed a definitive agreement with a significant strategic partner.

Under the terms of the agreement, Kores has the option to increase its participation in Zandkopsdrift to 50%, together with an offtake right and obligation for up to half of the production from the project.

Further, Kores has agreed to arrange project finance to develop the entire project on the best available market terms and to provide pro rata funding for the portion of Zandkopsdrift development costs not covered by the project finance, while it would also be responsible for providing technical and operating experience for the design, con- struction and operation of the Zandkopsdrift facilities.

Frontier added that it was willing to cooperate with Kores with regard to downstream opportunities in the area of rare-earth metals, alloys and magnets.

Frontier said its cash balance was boosted to C$52-million by the transaction and was expected to be sufficient to fund the completion of a preliminary feasibility study (PFS) and a definitive feasibility study at Zandkopsdrift, work on the company’s other proposed exploration and development programmes as well as for corporate overheads.

Kores is also required to pay Frontier 10% of all operating costs and expenses related to Zandkopsdrift from July onwards, amounting to about C$400 000 as at the end of November.

In April 2012, Frontier started work on a Canadian National Instrument 43-101- compliant PFS on Zandkopsdrift. Kenny said most of the requisite ancillary studies were now either completed or were at an advanced stage.

“The group of REE development companies have indeed already become smaller, as pressure on rare earths prices have made many projects uneconomical,” he said.

However, he believes prices have bottomed out and, with growing demand from producers of smartphones, electric vehicles and magnets, REE prices are expected to climb.

Kenny pointed out the Zandkopsdrift project would be an integrated operation, meaning it would export the separated REEs to Korea.

The highest-value heavy rare-earth oxides, namely europium, terbium and dysprosium, are contained at elevated levels at Zandkopsdrift, compared with several other deposits being evaluated in Australia and North America.

Frontier Rare Earths Limited SA : Frontier Rare Earths Provides an update on the Zandkopsdrift Rare Earth Project

      http://www.4-traders.com/FRONTIER-RARE-EARTHS-LIMI-6880443/n…

      Oct 11, 2013

Toronto, Ontario: Frontier Rare Earths Limited (TSX: FRO) ("Frontier" or the "Company") is pleased to provide a progress update on the development of its Zandkopsdrift rare earth element project in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa ("Zandkopsdrift"). Zandkopsdrift is being developed by Frontier in partnership with Korea Resources Corporation, the wholly-owned mining and natural resource investment arm of the South Korean Government.

The proposed Zandkopsdrift project comprises mining and processing activities at Zandkopsdrift to produce a mixed rare earth product, a seawater desalination plant to be located 35 km from the mine and a rare earth separation plant to be located at the deep water port of Saldanha Bay in the Western Cape Province of South Africa approximately 300 km from Zandkopsdrift.

Zandkopsdrift is expected to be one of the first new major producers of high purity separated rare earth oxides outside China, with a target total production capacity of 20,000 tonnes per annum of separated rare earth oxides, and to become one of the largest producers of high demand critical rare earth oxides ("CREOs"), which comprise dysprosium, terbium, europium, neodymium and yttrium in separated, high purity form, outside China.

      Highlights:

      • PFS Update

Individual consultants' reports for input to the PFS completed in Q3 2013 and reviewed by the Company
Capital and operating costs of mine, processing plant and related infrastructure estimated to be higher than for the PEA, partially offset by lower estimated capital and operating costs for the rare earth separation plant than for the PEA
Significant process improvements identified by on-going feasibility study test work are planned to be integrated into the PFS and expected to materially improve current PFS cost estimates
Value engineering and process optimization studies underway in parallel with several areas of additional improvement already identified
PFS flow sheet expected to result in a higher proportion of higher value CREOs and higher purity products being produced, resulting in a basket price for Zandkopsdrift production at current FoB China prices of $44/kg, compared to an in-situ basket price of $36/kg
PFS to be finalised after the current test work on process improvements is completed in Q1 2014

      • Mining right application

Application for 30 year mining right submitted to Department of Mineral Resources
Review of mine environmental impact assessment and environmental management programme under way
Issuance of mining right and environmental permits expected in 12-18 months

      • Product strategy

Focused on production of critical rare earths (CREOs) with highest demand and growth potential
Zandkopsdrift flow sheet selected to optimise CREO recovery
Separation plant process technology to produce higher purity and value rare earth products

      PFS Update
As previously reported, good progress has been made in 2013 on the various studies that are required to allow the preliminary feasibility study ("PFS") report on Zandkopsdrift (the "PFS Report") to be prepared as planned. These studies (the "PFS Studies") cover all aspects of the proposed Zandkopsdrift development, including design of the Zandkopsdrift Processing Plant ("ZPP") and Saldanha Separation Plant ("SSP"), power, water, roads, tailings, mining, reagent supply, logistics and environmental management.

The PFS Studies were completed and presented to the Company for review in Q3 2013. This review has now been completed and has identified several areas where engineering design and process improvements can be made that are expected to have a potentially significant positive impact on the estimated capital and operating costs of both the ZPP and the SSP. The process improvements, which are detailed below, were identified by metallurgical test work and studies that have been undertaken for the planned feasibility study (the "FS" and "FS Test Work", respectively) since the flow sheet was 'frozen' in Q2 2013 for the PFS. While it was originally intended that any process improvements identified by the FS Test Work would be introduced during the FS, the Company has decided that the nature and potential impact of several of the improvements is significant enough that they should be incorporated into the PFS engineering studies for the ZPP and SSP and into the PFS Report. The test work required to do so is on-going and is expected to be completed in Q1 2014, after which the necessary revisions will be made to the PFS Studies and the PFS Report completed and results announced.

      Achtung 9.000.000 : 1 !!
sollen die Kleinaktionäre mit 0,05 can$ pro "old"-Share erhalten.
